新型联苯四氮唑沙坦类化合物的合成

以3-甲基-4-硝基苯甲酸为原料,经酯化、还原、硝化等10步反应合成了4个新型的联苯四氮唑沙坦类化合物,其结构经1H NMR,13C NMR和MS表征。     

2～4μm波长的InAsPSb异质结激光管材料的液相外延

采用液相外延方法,生长出外延层与衬底之间的失配度△α/α≤1.6×10-3界面平直、组分恒定的InAsPSb/InAs外延晶体.单异质结外延层,得到了3.09μm波长的激光输出,双异质结外延片也得到了较好的伏-安特性曲线.     

在LPE生长中降温和恒温对InAsPSb外延层组分分布的影响

采用LPE技术,生长出InAsPSb外延层,研究了降温、恒温两种方法对外延层组分分布的影响。结果表明,用恒温方法生长时,外延层中P、Sb组分分布较为均匀,在脉冲电流激发下,得到了3.09μm激光输出。     

生长温度、过冷度对InAsPSb外延层表面形貌影响的研究

本文采用恒温液相外延生长方法,研究了InAsPSb四元材料外延层表面形貌与生长温度、过冷度之间的关系.实验结果表明,生长温度、过冷度对外延晶体质量及表面形貌的影响较为明显,同时对其它因素的影响也做了分析.     

Processing for laser radar range images

Imaging laser radar can give intensity and range images,which provide integrated 3-dimensional (3D) information about objects.However, dropouts and range anomalies exacerbate range images, which makes their background cluttered and target blurred.For background suppression,a new algorithm that combines intensity image and its mean is presented.By using this algorithm to process actual laser radar range images, most background noises are suppressed.According to range anomalies characteristics,multitemplate selection order mean filtering algorithm is presented and used for actual ladar range images where the distance between two targets is 77 m. This algorithm obtains the clear range image in which the interval of two objects is 75 m.The result shows that the processing algorithm is correct and effective.

用积分球和分布光强计测量红、黄、绿发光二极管(LED)的总光通

为适应半导体LED发展的需要,我们设计出积分球与转动式分布光强计,可对GaAs_xP_1-x,GaP,GaAs加荧光粉三种材料制成的红、绿、黄LED的总光通和光强空间分布进行测试。由此不难算出平面封帽数码管的发光率(亮度)。为了便于和国外发表的结果作对比,用国产标准灯作定标标准后,还把标准灯和国外照度计的测试结果作了比较。结果表明,在误差范围内彼此很好地符合。 关键词：     

碳酸酐酶活性部位模型化合物{η^3-HB(3-Phpz)3ZnX}(X=Cl^-, Br^-, I^-, NO3^-)的合成、表征及量子化学研究

制备了碳酸酐酶活性中心模型化合物{η~3-HB(3-Phpz)_3ZnX}[Ph=苯基,pz=吡唑,X=Cl~-(1),Br~-(2),I~-(3),NO_3~-(4)],通过元素分析,IR,~1HNMR对其结构进行了表征.依据模型化合物2的晶体结构数据,采用量子化学 DV-Xα方法计算了2以及{η~3-HB(3-Phpz)_3ZnOH}模型的分子轨道、键级和原子电荷,讨论了模型化合物分子的活泼原子和活泼基团.     

相干激光雷达距离像的噪声抑制算法研究

激光雷达能同时成距离像和强度像,较其他的成像体制给出更多的有用信息。距离像的去噪是激光雷达图像处理的关键步骤,去噪的好坏直接关系激光雷达在跟踪、定位等方面的精确性。根据距离像噪声来源,采用结合强度像的多级中值滤波对实际的雷达图像进行了去噪处理。首先利用强度像3×3邻域均值和图像平均值消除失落信息影响,然后采用多级中值滤波消除逸出值。分别给出了各步处理结果,最终获得了较清晰的距离像。研究结果表明运用结合强度像的多级中值滤波方法能够有效地抑制相干激光雷达距离像的噪声。
