Anomalous magnetic properties of an iron film system deposited on fracture surfaces of α-Al2O3 ceramics

An iron film percolation system is fabricated by vapour-phase deposition on fracture surfaces of α-Al2O3 ceramics. The zero-field-cooled （ZFC） and field-cooled （FC） magnetization measurement reveals that the magnetic phase of the film samples evolve from a high-temperature ferromagnetic state to a low-temperature spin-glass-like state, which is also demonstrated by the temperature-dependent ac susceptibility of the iron films. The temperature dependence of the exchange bias field He of the iron film exhibits a minimum peak around the temperature T=5 K, which is independent of the magnitude of the cooling field Hcf. However, for T 〉 10K, （1） He is always negative when Hcf=2kOe and （2） for Hcf= 20 kOe （1Oe≈80 A/m）, He changes from negative to positive values as T increases. Our experimental results show that the anomalous hysteresis properties mainly result from the oxide surfaces of the films with spin-glass-like phase.     

非线性光学晶体δ-LiZnPO4的制备、结构及光学性能

研究了LiF为助熔剂体系下的δ-LiZnPO4的结晶特性,通过自发结晶得到了尺寸为1~3 mm的透明块状δ-LiZnPO4和Li4Zn(PO4)2共晶体,通过PXRD衍射分析和元素分析确定了共晶体的相组成,并对从共晶体中分离出的δ-LiZnPO4晶体结构进行了分析.结果表明:δ-LiZnPO4晶体具有非中心对称结构,属于正交晶系,空间群为Pna21,晶格常数a=1.00085 nm,b=0.49390 nm,c=0.66545 nm,Z=4;δ-LiZnPO4是由PO4、ZnO4和LiO4四面体构筑成的具有类似ABW型分子筛结构的化合物.采用水热法制备了尺寸约为10 μm的纯相透明的δ-LiZnPO4晶体.粉末倍频测试表明,δ-LiZnPO4晶体倍频效应约为KDP的1.7倍,紫外截止边约为218 nm,是一种有潜在应用价值的紫外非线性光学晶体.     

顶部籽晶法生长Li掺杂非线性光学晶体SrB4O7

通过顶部籽晶法获得了大块Li掺杂的Sr B4O7(Li∶SBO)单晶,晶体尺寸为80 mm×11 mm×40 mm。元素分析和X射线衍射结果证明锂离子成功掺入SBO晶格中,并使掺入后的SBO晶胞有所增大。深紫外和紫外透过光谱显示Li掺杂后的SBO晶体紫外截止边相对于SBO的120 nm红移到了140 nm左右,倍频结果显示Li∶SBO晶体可实现较强的1064 nm的倍频光输出。晶体的缺陷研究结果显示,Li∶SBO晶体生长时容易在c轴方向上形成线状包裹体,腐蚀后的晶体表面发现了两种不同形貌的位错蚀坑,对应于晶体内部不同的位错形态。     

Synthesis,Structure Characterization and Optical Properties of β Lithium Zinc Phosphate

β-LiZnPO_4 single crystal was successfully synthesized via hydrothermal method. It crystallizes in the trigonal space group R3 with a = b = 13.6490 ?, c = 9.1123 ?, γ = 120.00° and Z = 18. Structure of the crystal is constructed by LiO_4, ZnO_4 and PO_4 tetrahedral units to form a three-dimensional(3 D) framework. The crystal has a high transmission ranging from 350 to 800 nm with UV cut-off edge at 220 nm. The nonlinear optical efficiency of the as-prepared β-LiZnPO_4 is about 1.2 times as large as that of KDP(KH_2PO_4) standard. Additionally, band structure and density of states calculations for β-LiZnPO_4 were performed using the total-energy code CASTEP, based on density functional theory(DFT).     

Cu(100)表面CO分子单层膜的原子结构

利用第一性原理研究了覆盖度分别为1.00, 0.50和0.25 ML时CO分子单层膜在Cu(100)表面的吸附系统. 计算表明CO分子对不稳定. 获得了CO分子单层膜在虚拟Cu(100)表面的原子结构, 以及CO分子单层膜在Cu(100)表面吸附系统的原子结构. 当CO分子单层膜在Cu(100)表面的三个吸附位吸附, 覆盖度为1.00 ML时, 顶位和桥位都稳定, 而空心位不稳定; 覆盖度为0.50和0.25 ML时, 三个吸附位都稳定.比较吸附前后CO分子单层膜的原子结构, 可知CO分子和Cu(100)表面的相互作用强于CO分子单层膜之间的相互作用. 关键词： CO分子单层膜 自组装 CASTEP Cu(100)
