本文采用固相法制备了纯相LiMn1-xFexPO4/C (x=0.2,0.4,0.6)正极材料,并用X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)进行表征,用高精度电池测试系统进行充放电和循环伏安测试.结果表明不同Mn和Fe原子比的电极材料具有很大的性能差异,其中当x=0.4时,材料具有优异的循环稳定性和较高的可逆容量.首次充电容量和放电容量分别达到141.5 mAh/g和125.7 mAh

液相球化法合成新型正极材料磷酸钒锂 总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
A novel cathode material lithium vanadium phosphate with the microstructure of submicro-particles aggregate was synthesized by liquid-phase sphericizing granulation. XRD pattern showed that the crystal structure of Li3V2(PO4)3 was monoclinic and belonged to P21/n space group. SEM revealed that the diameters of the particle and aggregated particle were in submicron range and about 10 滋m, respectively, with a narrowdistribution. The electrochemical testing showed that the obtained Li3V2(PO4)3 had the maximum discharge capacity of 126.67 mAh·g-1 and initial coulombic efficiency of 95.6%in the range of 3.0-4.3 V (vs Li/Li+), and 170.47mAh·g-1 and 97.5%in the range of 3.0-4.9 V (vs Li/Li+) at a density of 55.6 mA·g-1, respectively. Monolithic perovskite/Si tandem solar cells (TSCs) have experienced rapid development in recent years, demonstrating its potential to exceed the Shockley-Queisser limit of single junction Si solar cells. Unlike typical organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite/silicon heterojunction TSCs, here we propose CsPbI3/TOPCon TSC, which is a promising architecture in consideration of its pleasurable thermal stability and good compatibility with current PERC production lines. The optical performance of CsPbI3/TOPCon TSCs is simulated by the combination of ray-tracing method and transfer matrix method. The light management of the CsPbI3/TOPCon TSC begins with the optimization of the surface texture on Si subcell, indicating that a bifacial inverted pyramid with a small bottom angle of rear-side enables a further minimization of the optical losses. Current matching between the subcells, as well as the parasitic absorption loss from the front transparent conductive oxide, is analyzed and discussed in detail. Finally, an optimized configuration of CsPbI3/TOPCon TSC with a 31.78% power conversion efficiency is proposed. 本文建立了高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定千金止带丸中芍药苷含量的方法。采用Reliasil C18柱(150×4.6 mm i.d., 5μm),以乙腈水(12∶88,V/V)为流动相,在流速0.8 mL/min,检测波长230 nm,柱温40℃条件下,芍药苷在0.139 8~0.699 0μg范围内具有良好的线性关系,r =0.999 9,平均回收率为99. 09%, RSD = 0. 91%(n=5)。本法简便,准确,灵敏度高,重复性好,可用于该药品成分的含量测定。 相似文献

对锦屏深地核天体物理实验JUNA(Jinping Underground laboratory for Nuclear Astro-physics)离子源控制系统进行了研究,采用分布式系统模型构建。硬件采用PLC、串口服务器、伺服电机及工控机等部件实现了离子源设备的远程监测及控制。软件通过建立EPICS IOC运行时数据库,实现了对所有被控设备的集成。用户操作界面采用CSS(Control System Studio)开发,实现了操作人员对所有被控设备的透明访问。基于安全连锁规则设计了机器保护系统,实现了运行异常下的连锁保护。该控制系统应用于国内首套深地实验强流ECR离子源,运行稳定可靠,完全满足JUNA运行及物理实验的需求。 相似文献
