数字无透镜傅里叶变换全息术中非傍轴及离焦像差的校正 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
对数字无透镜傅里叶变换全息图直接采用逆傅里叶变换进行物场的数值重建时.需要满足两个条件:第一,全息图的记录过程必须满足傍轴近似条件,否则再现过程中会产生非傍轴像差;第二,记录全息图时物平面与参考点光源到全息图记录平面的距离必须相等,否则再现过程中会产生离焦像差.理论分析了非傍轴及离焦记录条件下数字无透镜傅里叶变换全息图的灰度分布特点,并提出了相应的非傍轴及离焦像差的数值校正方法.根据实际的非傍轴或离焦记录情况.分别给所记录的数字全息图灰度分布矩阵乘以适当的非傍轴或离焦校正因子,以消除灰度矩阵中非傍轴或离焦因素的影响.然后再对校正后的伞息图灰度矩阵做逆傅里叶变换处理.即可得到准确的数字再现像.实验结果表明.该数值重建方法能够有效地消除无透镜傅里叶变换全息术中数字再现像的非傍轴像差及离焦像差,提高再现像的质量. 相似文献

Phase correction and resolution improvement of digital holographic image in numerical reconstruction with angular multiplexing 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
A phase correction method is presented to remove the phase slope of the sub-holograms caused by the multi-direction illumination on object in digital holography. To improve the resolution of the reconstructed holographic images, two sub-holograms are recorded by using angular multiplexing and their phase slope parameter is obtained by theoretical analysis. Introducing a phase correction parameter to this phase slope, the ideal complex reconstructed image can be obtained by superposing the reconstructed object wave fields of the two sub-holograms. Experimental results demonstrate that the resolution of the reconstructed image can be effectively enhanced. 相似文献

The degradation mechanism of enhancement-mode Al Ga N/Ga N high electron mobility transistors(HEMTs)fabricated by fluorine plasma ion implantation technology is one major concern of HEMT’s reliability.It is observed that the threshold voltage shows a significant negative shift during the typical long-term on-state gate overdrive stress.The degradation does not originate from the presence of as-grown traps in the Al Ga N barrier layer or the generated traps during fluorine ion implantation process.By comparing the relationships between the shift of threshold voltage and the cumulative injected electrons under different stress conditions,a good agreement is observed.It provides direct experimental evidence to support the impact ionization physical model,in which the degradation of E-mode HEMTs under gate overdrive stress can be explained by the ionization of fluorine ions in the Al Ga N barrier layer by electrons injected from 2DEG channel.Furthermore,our results show that there are few new traps generated in the Al Ga N barrier layer during the gate overdrive stress,and the ionized fluorine ions cannot recapture the electrons. 相似文献

数字全息显微术克服了传统光学显微术无法直接提取样品相位信息的缺点,可以对活体细胞组织等相位型生物样品进行定量测量和有效观察。但在数字全息显微成像过程中,像场弯曲会对再现像相位分布的测量和观察产生影响。提出一种采用相位相减来校正数字全息再现像像场弯曲的方法。通过在样品加入前后两次拍摄全息图,并对数值重建像分别进行去包裹运算再令其相减,即可实现对像场弯曲的有效校正,对蝉翼和大蒜表皮细胞等相位型物体进行测量,并采用数值校正和相位相减两种方法对像场弯曲进行校正。与现有的数值校正方法相比,利用相位相减获得样品三维相位信息的方法更为简单、可靠,是校正像数字全息再现场弯曲的有效方法。 相似文献

以长江三角洲地区(江苏省、浙江省、上海市、安徽省)1074个传统村落为研究对象, 运用空间分析理论剖析该地区传统村落的空间分布特征及其与自然环境、社会经济、历史文化等影响因素的关系. 研究发现: (1)长江三角洲地区传统村落呈集聚性分布状态. (2)传统村落空间上极不均衡, 从市域尺度来看, 主要分布在安徽省的黄山市、宣城市; 浙江省的丽水市、金华市、台州市、衢州市和杭州市. (3)交通不便、经济相对落后的山区丘陵地带以及有河流分布地带的传统村落分布较为密集, 且布局深受历史风俗文化影响. 研究结果可为长江三角洲地区传统村落的有机更新与可持续发展提供借鉴. 相似文献
