双压电片变形反射镜样镜的设计与研制   总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1  
双压电片变形反射镜作为波前校正器具有结构简单、变形量大、成本低及制造周期短的优点,能代替传统分立式变形镜从而降低自适应光学系统的成本.为验证工艺的可行性和了解双压电片变形反射镜的性能,制造了一块20单元的试验样镜.样镜采用了双层压电陶瓷的结构,其中一层作整体离焦电极以校正大幅值的离焦像差.利用Veeco干涉仪测最了样镜单元电极影响函数,分析了其埘前36项Zernike像差的校正能力.结果表明,样镜对离焦像差能获得高达8μm以上的校正量,对其它高阶像差也能适量校正,但校正能力随空间频率升高而降低,显示出其适合校正低阶像差的特性.此外,讨论了不同有效孔径下样镜对Zernike像差的拟合能力.  相似文献

影响函数是分析双压电片变形反射镜像差校正能力的重要参量,通过建立有限元模型预测实际器件的影响函数,以有限元模型的不断优化替代实际器件的尝试性改进,可以减小构造的盲目性,从而节约研发成本,缩短双压电片变形镜的实用化进程.采用Veeco干涉仪测量了20单元双压电片变形反射镜的影响函数,同时建立有限元模型进行了相应计算,并将计算结果与实际器件的测量数据进行了对比分析.结果表明,相对于实测数据而言,有限元模型计算得出的影响函数在量值上略有偏小,但其形状和峰值位置与测量数据一致性好,两者对前35项泽尼克像差的拟合曲线也基本吻合,各项拟合误差系数之差皆小于0.1.这说明通过不断改进有限元模型实现对实际器件的优化设计是切实可行的.  相似文献

利用20单元双压电片变形镜和13×13阵列哈特曼波前传感器所构成的闭环自适应光学系统,实验测试了双压电片变形镜对3~20项静态Zernike像差的空间校正能力,并将实验结果与仿真计算结果进行了对比.最后分析了哈特曼传感器与双压电片变形镜之间的对准误差对实验结果的影响.研究表明,除了少数几项外,双压电片变形镜对3~20项Zernike像差的拟合误差都小于0.5,各项Zernike仿真和实验结果之差平均小于0.1.计算表明,与严格对准的理想情况相比,双压电片变形镜对3~20项Zernike像差中大多数项的拟合误差都随着失配程度的增加而增大,对准精度对于高阶像差拟合效果的影响尤其严重.  相似文献

血红蛋白发挥多种重要生理功能,但对其结构及功能的认识尚不能满足疾病诊治的需求。拉曼光谱在血红蛋白结构及功能研究中具有很大应用潜力,不但可以检测血红蛋白中血红素及其周围分子结构变化,还可以反映血红蛋白反应动力学具体过程。同时,血红蛋白拉曼光谱在疾病状态下异常血红蛋白检测,血氧饱和度定量测定及血液代用品的高铁血红蛋白含量检测中突显优势。本文综述了拉曼光谱在血红蛋白结构及功能领域中的研究,简述了拉曼光谱在一些病变血红蛋白诊断中的研究进展,分析了影响血红蛋白拉曼光谱检测的因素,以促进拉曼光谱技术在血红蛋白结构和功能研究中的应用。  相似文献

以聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵(PDDA)修饰的玻碳电极(GCE)为基础电极, 利用静电层-层自组装的方法将多壁碳纳米管/二茂铁接枝壳聚糖的核/壳结构组合物(MWCNTs@CHIT-Fc)和聚苯乙烯磺酸钠(PSS)在该电极表面进行交替多层组装. 用循环伏安(CV)、紫外-可见光谱(UV-Vis)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等方法对组装过程进行了跟踪表征. 用CV方法研究了抗坏血酸(AA)在该多层膜电极上的电催化氧化. 研究结果表明, 当MWCNTs@CHIT-Fc为6个双层时, AA在该修饰电极上的氧化峰电位与裸GCE相比降低了约0.4 V. 用控制电位电流法研究了不同MWCNTs@CHIT-Fc双层时AA的电流响应. 用该电极测定了AA的灵敏度, 检测限及线性范围等性能参数可通过控制组装的MWCNTs@CHIT-Fc双层数进行调节.  相似文献

The two factors which influence the low temperature performance of deformable mirrors(DMs) are the piezoelectric stroke of the actuators and the thermally induced surface deformation of the DM. A new theory was proposed to explain the thermally induced surface deformation of the DM: because the thermal strain between the actuators and the base leads to an additional moment according to the theory of plates, the base will be bent and the bowing base will result in an obvious surface deformation of the facesheet. The finite element method(FEM) was used to prove the theory. The results showed that the thermally induced surface deformation is mainly caused by the base deformation which is induced by the coefficient of thermal expansion(CTE) mismatching; when the facesheet has similar CTE with the actuators, the surface deformation of the DM would be smoother. Then an optimized DM design was adopted to reduce the surface deformation of the DMs at low temperature. The low temperature tests of two 61-element discrete PZT actuator sample deformable mirrors and the corresponding optimized DMs were conducted to verify the simulated results. The results showed that the optimized DMs perform well.  相似文献

YbF3 is proposed as a substitute for ThF4 in anti-reflection or reflection coatings in the infrared (IR) range. In this letter, we study on the properties of the YbF3 thin film deposited with different deposition parameters, and find the deposition rate of YbF3 has a large effect on the substrate particles deposition both on number and area. Moreover, we find the deposition temperature is a main factor of element content. In the end, we produce an anti-reflection coating on Ge substrate, and its average transmission reaches 99.5%, which can satisfy the practical requirement.  相似文献

测试了20单元双压电片变形镜的影响函数、变形量-电压特性曲线、面形热稳定性和频率响应特性,并搭建基于20单元双压电片变形镜和13×13阵列哈特曼传感器的自适应光学系统,测试了该变形镜对自身初始面形和静态像差板的闭环校正效果.实验结果表明,各分立电极变形量对加载电压的平均灵敏度为0.57 μm/100 V,离焦电极的灵敏度为1.09 μm/100 V;各电极变形量-电压响应曲线均存在迟滞现象,滞后量在最大变形量的10%以内;在温度引起的双压电片变形镜面形变化中离焦项贡献最大,其变化对温度也最为敏感,在13℃ 关键词: 自适应光学 双压电片变形镜 特性分析 闭环校正  相似文献

One of the important characteristic of adaptive mirrors is the thermal stability of surface flatness. In this paper, the thermal stability from 13℃ to 25℃ of a 20-actuator bimorph deformable mirror is tested by a Shack--Hartmann wavefront sensor. Experimental results show that, the surface P--V of bimorph increases nearly linearly with ambient temperature. The ratio is 0.11μm/℃ and the major component of surface displacement is defocused, compared with which, astigmatism, coma and spherical aberration contribute very small. Besides, a finite element model is built up to analyse the influence of thickness, thermal expansion coefficient and Young's modulus of materials on thermal stability. Calculated results show that bimorph has the best thermal stability when the materials have the same thermal expansion coefficient. And when the thickness ratio of glass to PZT is 3 and Young's modulus ratio is approximately 0.4, the surface instability behaviour of the bimorph manifests itself most severely.  相似文献

The hysteresis nonlinearity of piezoelectric actuator is one of the main defects in the control of deformable mirror which is widely used as a key component in adaptive optics system. This letter put forward a roodified Prandtl-Ishlinskii (PI) model in order to precisely describe the hysteresis nonlinearity of piezoelectric actuator. With this proposed model, an inverse-model based controller used for trajectory tracking in open-loop operation is designed to compensate the hysteresis nonlinearity effect. Then, some tracking control experiments for the desired triangle trajectory are performed. From the experimental results, we can see that the positioning precision in open loop operation is significantly improved with this inverse-model based controller.  相似文献
