MBa_2Cu_3O_(7-δ)( M=Y,Sm,Gd,Eu)高温超导体的远红外反射光谱

本文报道多晶MBa_2Cu_3O_(7-8)(M=Y,Sm,Gd,Eu)高温超导体的远红外反射光谱,其频率和温度范围分别为40--360cm~(-1)和 4.2--300K。对于不同M的样品,反射光谱具有相似的结构。在测量范围内,所有样品都有5个反射峰,最低频率的两个峰均属B_(iv)对称类,分别对应Ba,Cu,O离子团振动以及M,O离子团振动,其余3个峰来自CU—O键的弯曲振动;另外,不同M的样品的反射率曲线都具有三处反转结构,即正常态和超导态的反射率曲线的高低位置发生互换。这些反转结构可能与超导能隙有关。     

半导体表面狭通道的定域态密度

在半导体表面的亚微米通道中,实验上发现电导率随门电压的变化呈现出振荡结构,本文利用格林函数方法计算了狭通道的定域态密度,并看到它具有一系列尖峰,因而定性地解释了电导率振荡的来源。 关键词：     

FAR-INFRARED AND INFRARED REFLECTIONS OF Tl2Ba2Ca2Cu3O10 FILM

The far-infrared and infrared reflection spectra of Tl₂Ba₂Ca₂Cu₃O₁₀ superconducting film are reported in this paper. It is found there are three sharp reflection edges in both the superconducting and normal states, their positions being near ≈ 150, ≈ 350 and ≈600 cm^-1. We attribute these reflection spectra to the Drude free carriers and a wide mid-infrared absorption band. When the incident angle increases from 7° to 30°, some additional stractures appear in the refiection spectra, which are the A_2u phonon modes vibrating along c-axis.

Y1-xPrxBa2Cu3O7+δ的红外反射谱

测量了温度范围为4.2—300K的Y_1-xPr_xBa₂Cu₃O_7+δ(x=0,0.1,0.2,0.4,0.5,0.61.0)的红外反射谱,发现在低温下Ba模有双模行为,随着x值增大双模强度反转,在YBa₂Cu₃O_7+δ中已被判定为Y模的位于194cm^-1的反射峰的位置与Pr的含量无关,即用Pr部份或全部替代Y时此峰不发生频移。建议Pr在Y_1-xPr_xBa₂Cu₃O_7+δ,中是正4价,Pr的替代使原来可移动的空穴被定域在Pr的周围,使超导电性受到压制。 关键词：

AGNETORESISTANCE, SPECIAL HEAT AND AC MAGNETIC SUSCEPTIBILITY IN La1-xCaxMnO3 SYSTEM

We have measured the resistivity, special heat and AC magnetic suceptibility versus temperature in La_1-xCa_xMnO₃(LCMO) bulk samples with x=0.3, 0.4, 0.5, 0.6. In the LCMO (x=0.3 and 0.4) samples a transition from dρ/dT0 was observed, accompanied by a peak in specific heat. In AC magnetic suceptibility measurement, a ferromagnetic and an antiferromagnetic transitions were observed in LCMO (x=0.5) sample.

THE SCREENING EFFECT OF PHONON MODES IN HIGH-Tc OXIDE SUPERCONDUCTOR

This paper presents three different kinds of infrared (IR) spectra of oxide materials. The first one is the IR reflection spectra of Ti₂Ba₂Ca₂Cu₃O₁₀ superconducting film at the incident angles 7°, 12° and 30°. The second one is the IR spectra of nonsuperconducting ceramic materials YBa₂Cu₃O₆ and PrBa₂Cu₃O₇. The third one is the IR spectra of superconductor YBa₂Cu₃O_7-δ and of its film with the c-axis perpendicular to the film plane, as well as the changes in the spectra of these materials after annealing at different temperatures. It is found that in the spectra of high-T_c oxide superconductor, only the phonon modes along c-axis can be observed while the modes in a-b plane are absent. But in the spectra of nonsuperconductors the modes in a-b plane can be observed, particularly in the absorption spectra of the semiconductor YBa₂Cu₃O₆, all eleven allowed IR active modes have been detected. We suggest that the above experimental phenomena may result from the fact that the phonon modes vibrating in the a-b plane of the high-T_c oxide superconducting materials are almost screened by the free carriers which can move only in a-b plane.
