FREE DEFORMATION RETRACTION IN INJECTIVE METRIC SPACES

In this paper the authors establish the concept of generalized ball-intersection (GBI) and prove that an injective metric space is freely contractible to its each GBI, which generalizes a result of Isbell from a point to a GBI.     

Xylan-type hemicelluloses supported terpyridine–palladium(II) complex as an efficient and recyclable catalyst for Suzuki–Miyaura reaction

Xylan-type hemicelluloses supported terpyridine–palladium(II) as a novel biomass-supported catalyst was synthesized and characterized in terms of morphology, composition, and thermal stability. The nano-Pd catalyst was further explored for Suzuki–Miyaura reaction between arylboronic acid and aryl halide under aerobic condition, with a yield up to 98 %. In particular, the catalyst exhibited both high catalytic activity and stability for Suzuki–Miyaura reaction. Furthermore, the catalyst could be easily recovered by simple filtration and reused at least six times without significant loss of its catalytic activity. This work provides a novel and effective supported catalyst, and broadens the applications of polysaccharides in green catalysis.

A point is called a centripetal point of relative to if or , and is centrifugal if or . In this paper we prove that if there exist centripetal points of in , then has periodic points of some odd () period . In addition, we also prove that if ) is multi-separated by Fix(), or there exists a centrifugal point of in , then is turbulent and hence has periodic points of all periods.

     

Recurrent points and non-wandering points of graph maps

Let G be a graph and f:G→G be a continuous map. Denote by P(f), R(f) and Ω(f) the sets of periodic points, recurrent points and non-wandering points of f, respectively. In this paper we show that: (1) If L=(x,y) is an open arc contained in an edge of G such that {fm(x),fk(y)}⊂(x,y) for some m,k∈N, then R(f)∩(x,y)≠∅; (2) Any isolated point of P(f) is also an isolated point of Ω(f); (3) If x∈Ω(f)−Ω(fn) for some n∈N, then x is an eventually periodic point. These generalize the corresponding results in W. Huang and X. Ye (2001) [9] and J. Xiong (1983, 1986) [17] and [19] on interval maps or tree maps.

Existence and convergence of solutions of singular boundary value problems for second order ordinary differential equations and applications

In this paper,we consider the singular boundary value problems for second order quasilinear ordinary differential equations and prove existence and convergence on second order perturbation terms.The result is applied to solve the Riemann problem for 2×2 hyperbolic conservation laws,which is a partial differential equation arising in applied mathematical area.     

中国出境旅游的外交效应

2000年以来，中国出境旅游高增长、高消费，影响力不断增大，成为国家外交战略的重要内容，外交效应逐渐显现。通过辨析中国出境旅游外交效应的概念、表现形式和结果，基于10个中国主要出境目的国的旅游互动数据，采用DIF-GMM计量经济模型，实证检验了中国出境旅游外交效应。结果表明，中国通过有序推进ADS协议、加强经济援助、举办“旅游年”活动、实施旅游“制裁”，并积极参与国际制度建设等旅游外交行为，促进了与世界各国的友好交往，维护了自身核心利益，提升了外交软实力和国际影响力。国际旅游反作用于国际关系，对国际关系具有显著的正向促进作用，不仅是国际关系的结果，而且是其重要动因之一。中国出境旅游与政治、经济、社会、文化等联动，多方面提升了中国的国际影响力。     

3,3'-diaminobenzidine (DAB)-H2O2-HRP voltammetric enzyme-linked immunoassay for the detection of carcionembryonic antigen

A new voltammetric enzyme-linked immunoassay system of 3,3'-diaminobenzidine (DAB)-H2O2-horseradish peroxidase (HRP) has been presented and used for the sensitive detection of carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) in human serum. In this proposed procedure, DAB was firstly used as the electroactive substrate in the HRP catalyzed oxidation reaction in the present of H2O2. The generated product produced a sensitive second-order derivative linear sweep voltammetric peak at potential of -0.62 V (vs. SCE) in Britton-Robinson (BR) buffer solution. The free HRP could be measured in a linear range from 2.5 x 10(-6)-2.5 x 10(-2) unit/ml and a detection limit of about 1.5 x 10(-6) unit/ml. Under the optimal experiment conditions, CEA could be detected in the linear range from 0.50 to 80 ng/ml with a detection limit of 0.5 ng/ml. The proposed electrochemical enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay method is simple, inexpensive, reproducible and sensitive, which shows promising for detecting CEA in the clinical diagnosis.
