Using the relative abundance of metastable ions, collisional activation spectra, field ionization kinetic measurements, isotopic labelling, appearance energy and kinetic energy release data, it is shown that linear alkyne radical cations with more than six carbon atoms do not isomerize to equilibrating structures prior to decomposition. At the shortest ion lifetimes the molecular ions of linear alkynes decompose mainly by simple β-bond fission which allows an unequivocal localization of the triple bond. At medium ion lifetimes fragmentation occurs predominantly via a McLafferty rearrangement, while at long ion lifetimes competing alkyl losses prevail. These alkyl losses occur via cyclic intermediates leading to thermochemically stable cycloalkenyl ions. All these reactions occur with a high specificity with respect to the carbon and hydrogen atoms involved and are preceded by little or no hydrogen exchange reactions.  相似文献

The synthesis of some new potentially, nitrogenefree spasmolytics is described. Formally the benzene nucleus in some mandelic acid esters, known by their mild spasmolytic activity, is substituted for the isocamphane bicyclus by a) SeO2 oxidation of 1-(3,3-Dimethyl-2-exo-norbornyl)-ethanone (5) to the corresponding ketoaldehyde6, b) oxidation of6 to the isocamphane analogous mandelic acid4 and c) esterification of derivatives of4 with isoamylalcohol and benzylalcohol. Attemps to dehydrate the methylester7 to camphenylideneacetic acid methylester (12) by various methods failed, probably because of the ring strain.

Capillary electrochromatography (CEC) using polymer-based monolithic stationary phase has been developed as a promising method for the determination of lignans of Schisandra chinensis. The columns were prepared by in situ copolymerisation of acrylamide, N,N'-methylenebisacrylamide, vinylsulfonic acid and lauryl acrylate in presence of poly(ethylene glycol) as a porogenic agent. The columns [33 cm (24.5 cm effective length) x 75 microm I.D.] were successfully used to analyse and quantify the major lignans in extract of the seeds of Schisandra chinensis. Good separations were achieved in less than 35 min. The calibration graphs were linear in the range 0.025-1.0 mg/ml of given lignan with correlation coefficients between 0.9951 and 0.9996. The inter-day reproducibility of the peak area were below 3.9% and the inter-day reproducibility of the migration time were below 4.2%. The results of quantitative CEC analyses were compared with those obtained by reversed-phase HPLC, the levels of schizandrin, gomisin A, gomisin N and wuweizisu C determined by CEC were in a good agreement with those determined by HPLC.  相似文献

The synthesis of yomogi alcohol (2, 5, 5-trimethylhepta-3,6-dien-2-ol, 2 ) is described, and experiments directed towards its allylic rearrangement to artemisia alcohol detervatives have been carried out. Acidic reagents open the ring of yomogi alcohol epoxide ( 16 ) at with participation of the 6,7-double-bond, a shift of the vinyl group results to yield a compound with the santolinyl skeleton. The same reagents are without effect when this double bond reduced. Action of butyllithium of the benzaldehyde acetal ( 41 ) of 2, 5-dimethyl-4-vinyl-2, dihydroxy-hex-5-ene ( 28 ), obtained by acid-catalyzed ring opening of yomogi alcohol epoxide in the presence of benzaldehyde, leads to santolinatriene ( 42 ). This vinyl shift is not observed in the case of O-acetyl yomogi alcohol epoxide ( 46 ), from white a compound believed to be an oxetan 48 (R ? COCH3) is formed with concomitent shift of the acetate group. Further unusual reactions of the oxetan are described, and some observation about the epoxidation of sterically hindered allyl alcohols and their acetates are made.  相似文献

The reaction of linear (Si(n)Cl(2)(n)(+2); n = 3-5) and cyclic (Si(5)Cl(10)) perchloropolysilanes with 1 or 2 equiv of LiN(SiMe(3))(2) results in the formation of the bis(trimethylsilyl)amino derivatives (Me(3)Si)(2)NSi(3)Cl(7) (1), (Me(3)Si)(2)NSi(4)Cl(9) (2), (Me(3)Si)(2)N(SiCl(2))(n)N(SiMe(3))(2) (n = 3, 4; n = 4, 5; n = 5, 6), cyclo-(Me(3)Si)(2)NSi(5)Cl(9) (7), and cyclo-[(Me(3)Si)(2)N](2)Si(5)Cl(8) (8). 1-8 easily can be hydrogenated with LiAlH(4) to give the corresponding amino and diamino polysilanyl hydrides. The monosubstituted and cyclic compounds 1, 2, 7, and 8 additionally afford Si-Si bond scission products, which cannot be separated in all cases. Chloro- and dichloro derivatives of Si(3)H(8), n-Si(4)H(10), and n-Si(5)H(12) are obtained from the corresponding aminosilanes and dry HCl. All compounds were characterized by standard spectroscopic techniques. For Si-H derivatives the coupled (29)Si NMR spectra were analyzed to obtain an unequivocal structural proof.  相似文献

Optical properties of nanomaterials such as semiconductor and metal quantum dots are important for sensors and photovoltaic applications. We report on optical, microscopic, and AFM investigations on bulk and single nanoobjects such as metal and semiconducting nanoparticles. Firstly, of special interest is the investigation of Ag metal nanoaggregates formed in zeolites. Here, the defined structure of the zeolite serves both as size directing and a stabilizing agent. The size selected Ag aggregates fluoresce in the zeolite cages even after storage under ambient conditions for almost one year. In addition, single Ag particles escape the cages and can be investigated by fluorescence microscopy also with respect to sensor applications. Secondly, with respect to photovoltaic applications, energy transfer among organic dye molecules and semiconductor quantum dots is of great importance. We report on the extension of the optical absorption of ZnSe quantum dots into the UV regime and investigate excitation energy transfer within self-assembled nanoaggregates of surface functionalized QDs and fluorescent styrylpyridine dyes.  相似文献

Metabolomics has entered the well‐established omic sciences as it is an indispensable information resource to achieve a global picture of biological systems. The aim of the present study was to estimate the influence of blood removal from mice liver as part of sample preparation for metabolomic and proteomic studies. For this purpose, perfused mice liver tissue (i.e. with blood removed) and unperfused mice liver tissue (i.e. containing blood) were compared by two‐dimensional gas chromatography time of flight mass spectrometry (GC × GC‐TOFMS) for the metabolomic part, and by liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (LC‐MS/MS) for the proteomic part. Our data showed significant differences between the unperfused and perfused liver tissue samples. Furthermore, we also observed an overlap of blood and tissue metabolite profiles in our data, suggesting that the perfusion of liver tissue prior to analysis is beneficial for an accurate metabolic profile of this organ. The temperature effects during the sol–gel process and ageing of the silica-based monolith on the structure and separation efficiency of the capillary columns (100 μm i.d., 150 mm) for HPLC separations were studied. The tested columns were synthesized from a mixture of tetramethoxysilane, polyethylene glycol and urea under the acidic conditions. The temperature was varied from 40 °C to 44 °C and formation of bypass channels between the silica mold and the capillary wall was examined. The temperature of 43 °C was estimated as optimal for preparation of efficient silica capillary columns which were subsequently modified by octadecyldimethyl-N,N-diethylaminosilane or covered by poly(octadecyl methacrylate) and tested using standard mixture of alkylbenzenes under the isocratic conditions.  相似文献
