Reported is the enantioselective total syntheses of mavacuran alkaloids, (+)‐taberdivarine H, (+)‐16‐hydroxymethyl‐pleiocarpamine, and (+)‐16‐epi‐pleiocarpamine, and their postulated biosynthetic precursor 16‐formyl‐pleiocarpamine. This family of monoterpene indole alkaloids is a target of choice since some of its members are subunits of intricate bisindole alkaloids such as bipleiophylline. Inspired by the biosynthetic hypothesis, an oxidative coupling approach from the geissoschizine framework to form the N1?C16 bond was explored. Quaternization of the aliphatic nitrogen center was key to achieving the oxidative coupling induced by KHMDS/I2 as it masks the nucleophilicity of the aliphatic nitrogen center and locks in the required cis conformation. 相似文献

We report the straightforward, time‐efficient synthesis of radical core–shell nanoparticles (NPs) by polymerization‐induced self‐assembly. A nitroxide‐containing hydrophilic macromolecular precursor was prepared by ring‐opening metathesis copolymerization of norbornenyl derivatives of TEMPO and oligoethylene glycol and was chain‐extended in situ with norbornene in ethanolic solution, leading to simultaneous amphiphilic block copolymer formation and self‐assembly. Without any intermediate purification from the monomers to the block copolymers, radical NPs with tunable diameters ranging from 10 to 110 nm are obtained within minutes at room temperature. The high activity of the radical NPs as chemoselective and homogeneous, yet readily recyclable catalysts is demonstrated through oxidation of a variety of alcohols and recovery by simple centrifugation. The interaction of Love waves with square array of pillars deposited on a cavity defined in a 2D holey phononic crystal is numerically investigated using Finite Element Method. First, the existence of SH surface modes is demonstrated separately for phononic crystals that consist of square arrayed holes, or rectangular arrayed Ni pillars, respectively in, or on, a SiO2 film deposited on a ST-cut quartz substrate. The coupling between SH modes and torsional mode in pillars induces a transmission dip that occurs at a frequency located in the range of the band-gap of the holey phononic crystal. Second, a cavity is constructed by removing lines of holes in the holey phononic crystal and results in a transmission peak that matches the dip. The optimal geometrical parameters enable us to create a coupling of the cavity mode and the localized pillar mode by introducing lines of pillars into the cavity, which significantly improved the efficiency of the cavity without increasing the crystal size. The obtained results will pave the way to implement advanced designs of high-performance electroacoustic sensors based on coupling modes in phononic crystals. 相似文献

Cold tube drawing is a metal forming process that allows manufacturers to produce high-precision tubes. The dimensions of the tube are reduced by pulling it through a conical converging die with or without inner tool. In this study, finite element modelling has been used to give a better understanding of the process.This paper presents a model that predicts the final dimensions of the tube with very high accuracy. It is validated thanks to experimental tests. In this article, a new framework to design high-order approximations in the context of node-centered finite volumes on simplicial meshes is proposed. The major novelty of this method is that it relies on very simple and compact differential operators, which is a critical point to achieve good performances in the High-performance computing context. This method is based on deconvolution between nodal and volume-average values, which can be conducted to any order. The interest of the new method is illustrated through three different applications: mesh-to-mesh interpolation, levelset curvature computation, and numerical scheme for convection. Higher order can also be achieved within the present framework by introducing high-rank tensors. Although these tensors feature much symmetries, their manipulation can quickly become an overwhelming task. For this reason and without loss of generality, the present articles are limited to third-order expansion. This method, although tightly connected to the k-exact schemes theory, does not rely on successive corrections: the high-order property is obtained in a single operation, which makes them more attractive in terms of performances. 相似文献

Porous TiNxOy‐based particles were synthesized by an aerosol spray process. At first, the starting sol solution containing the metal precursor and the nitrogen source is sprayed to form an aerosol that is subsequently pyrolysed at different temperatures. The obtained dried particles are an amorphous coordination “polymer” rich in carbon and nitrogen. These “glassy” particles are finally thermally treated at 800 °C, promoting the crystallization of the particles and the release of a major part of the carbon. As the particles keep their original shape, carbon loss and density increase during the crystallization step and lead to the development of an accessible pore structure. The process was analyzed and extended to the synthesis of other metal nitrides, such as VN and W2N, thereby showing its general validity for the production of functional nanocrystalline nitride ceramics with high porosity still occupying a relatively small volume, and otherwise not easily accessible. 相似文献
