To systematically evaluate the quality of SiNx films in multi-stacked structures, we investigated the effects of post-deposition annealing (PDA) on the film properties of SiNx within the SiO2/SiNx/SiO2/Si stacked structure by performing X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), X-ray reflectivity (XRR), Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy, and scanning transmission electron microscope–electron energy loss spectroscopy (STEM-EELS) analyses. The XPS results showed that PDA induces the oxidation of the SiNx layer. In particular, new finding is that Si-rich SiNx in the SiNx layer is preferentially oxidized by PDA even in multi-stacked structure. The XRR results showed that the SiNx layer becomes thinner, whereas the interface layer between the SiNx layer and Si becomes thicker. It is concluded by STEM-EELS and XPS that this interface layer is SiON layer. The density of N–H and Si–H bonding within the stacked structure strongly depends on the PDA temperature. Our study helps elucidate the properties of SiNx films in stacked structures from various perspectives.  相似文献

Direct numerical simulations of Taylor-Couette flow from Re= 8000 to 25000 have been conducted to investigate changes of turbulence statistics in the transition of the Reynolds number dependency of the mean torque near Re= 10000. The velocity fluctuations are decomposed into the contributions of the Taylor vortex and remaining turbulent fluctuations. Significant Reynolds number dependencies of these components are observed in the radial profiles of the Reynolds stress and the transmission of the mean torque. The contributions of Taylor vortex and turbulent components in the net amount of mean torque are evaluated. The Taylor vortex component is overtaken by the turbulent counterpart around Re= 15000 when they are defined as the azimuthally averaged component and the remnants. The results show that the torque transition can be explained by the competition between the contributions of azimuthally averaged Taylor vortex and the remaining turbulent components.  相似文献

We have studied luminescence enhancement of zinc oxide (ZnO) nanoparticles with the average size of 30 nm on several metal surfaces at low temperatures. Bandedge luminescence originated from bound exciton (BE) annihilation is observed at 3.360 eV, and strongly depends on the kind and surface roughness of metal. The luminescence intensity is about 10 times larger for Ag surface than that for quartz surface. Furthermore, the luminescence increases remarkably when the roughness of Ag surface is almost the same as the particle size. The intensity ratio of the fast decay component to the slow one decreases for Ag surface compared with quartz. These results suggest that the luminescence enhancement is partially attributed to suppressing of the nonradiative recombination process in ZnO nanoparticles on metal surface.  相似文献

The internal friction Q?1 and Young’s modulus E of Zr–Ti–Cu–Ni–Be bulk metallic glass specimens were measured using a dynamical mechanical spectrometer. Temperature dependence measurements were carried out for differently heat-treated specimens from room temperature up to a temperature above the crystallization temperature using several vibration frequencies (0.2–25 Hz). Two types of Q?1 peaks appeared: a high-temperature peak in the supercooled region, and a medium-temperature peak in the glassy state region. Both of them were shown to be Arrhenius-type anelastic peaks. From the obtained results, the kinetics of movable atoms in the material were discussed. The amplitude dependence of the internal friction was measured at a given frequency at various temperatures. Fluctuations and rapid changes were observed in Q?1 when the amplitude was gradually increased. The fluctuations were especially large near the glass transition temperature. The results were considered on the basis of the dynamics of the atoms in glass-forming materials near the glass transition.  相似文献

To investigate the relationship between characteristics of the coherent fine scale eddy and a laminar–turbulent transition, a direct numerical simulation (DNS) of a spatially-developing turbulent mixing layer with Reω,0 = 700 was conducted. On the onset of the transition, strong coherent fine scale eddies appears in the mixing layer. The most expected value of maximum azimuthal velocity of the eddy is 2.0 times Kolmogorov velocity (uk), and decreases to 1.2uk, which is an asymptotic value in the fully-developed state, through the transition. The energy dissipation rate around the eddy is twice as high compared with that in the fully-developed state. However, the most expected diameter and eigenvalues ratio of strain rate acting on the coherent fine scale eddy are maintained to be 8 times Kolmogorov length (η) and :β:γ = −5:1:4 in the transition process. In addition to Kelvin–Helmholtz rollers, rib structures do not disappear in the transition process and are composed of lots of coherent fine scale eddies in the fully-developed state instead of a single eddy observed in early stage of the transition or in laminar flow.  相似文献

13C-NMR spectra of ring carbons and O-acetyl carbonyl carbons of cellulose acetate (CA) in dimethyl sulfoxide-d6 were analyzed. The CA samples with the degree of substitution (DS) ranging from 0.84 and 1.91 were prepared by homogeneous acetylation of cellulose with acetic anhydride in a 10% LiCl/dimethyl acetamide solvent. It was found that the use of these low DS samples permitted easier assignments not only of the ring carbon but also of the O-acetyl carbonyl carbon signals. The assignments were confirmed by comparing with the 1H-NMR spectra of the samples obtained by complete acetylation of the corresponding CA samples with acetyl-d3 chloride. Two methods for determining the distribution of O-acetyl groups of CA, i.e., the relative DS at the three different types of hydroxyl groups, were developed. One is based on the measurements of the relative intensities of the signals for the ring carbons and the other is based on the measurements of the relative intensities of the signals for the O-acetyl carbonyl carbons.  相似文献
