We report 8-step syntheses of (−)-minovincine and (−)-aspidofractinine using easily available and inexpensive reagents and catalyst. A key element of the strategy was the utilization of a sequence of cascade reactions to rapidly construct the penta- and hexacyclic frameworks. These cascade transformations included organocatalytic Michael-aldol condensation, a multistep anionic Michael-SN2 cascade reaction, and Mannich reaction interrupted Fischer indolization. To streamline the synthetic routes, we also investigated the deliberate use of steric effect to secure various chemo- and regioselective transformations.  相似文献

This article demonstrates how important it is to find the optimal heating conditions when electrospun organic/inorganic composite fibers are annealed to get ceramic nanofibers in appropriate quality (crystal structure, composition, and morphology) and to avoid their disintegration. Polyvinylpyrrolidone [PVP, (C6H9NO) n ] and ammonium metatungstate [AMT, (NH4)6[H2W12O40nH2O] nanofibers were prepared by electrospinning aqueous solutions of PVP and AMT. The as-spun fibers and their annealing were characterized by TG/DTA-MS, XRD, SEM, Raman, and FTIR measurements. The 400–600 nm thick and tens of micrometer long PVP/AMT fibers decomposed thermally in air in four steps, and pure monoclinic WO3 nanofibers formed between 500 and 600 °C. When a too high heating rate and heating temperature (10 °C min−1, 600 °C) were used, the WO3 nanofibers completely disintegrated. At lower heating rate but too high temperature (1 °C min−1, 600 °C), the fibers broke into rods. If the heating rate was adequate, but the annealing temperature was too low (1 °C min−1, 500 °C), the nanofiber morphology was excellent, but the sample was less crystalline. When the optimal heating rate and temperature (1 °C min−1, 550 °C) were applied, WO3 nanofibers with excellent morphology (250 nm thick and tens of micrometer long nanofibers, which consisted of 20–80 nm particles) and crystallinity (monoclinic WO3) were obtained. The FTIR and Raman measurements confirmed that with these heating parameters the organic matter was effectively removed from the nanofibers and monoclinic WO3 was present in a highly crystalline and ordered form.  相似文献

Explicit construction of the basic SU(2) anti-instantons over the multi-Taub–NUT geometry via the classical conformal rescaling method is exhibited. These anti-instantons satisfy the so-called weak holonomy condition at infinity with respect to the trivial flat connection and decay rapidly. The resulting unit energy anti-instantons have trivial holonomy at infinity.  相似文献

Physisorption and chemisorption of hydrogen on solid-state materials are two fundamentally different interactions, both of which display advantages and drawbacks for hydrogen storage. It has been hypothesised that their combination by merging two classes of materials showing different sorption behaviour towards hydrogen in the same composite may synergistically combine their desirable properties. As representatives of such composites, palladium nanoparticles, nanoclusters, and single atoms have been encapsulated in a metal-organic framework matrix, embedded, or immobilised in its pores, respectively. In this minireview, we review advances on the understanding and potential applications of the combination of Pd with metal-organic framework matrices through the analysis of the nanocomposite materials’ interaction with hydrogen and sorption properties.  相似文献

Summary Penieillic acid was isolated in crystalline form from aPenicillium-Thomii- strain coming from a dripstone cave. The tautomerism of the active material was thoroughly studied by UV spectroscopic measurements and discussed.

Nuclear inelastic resonant scattering of synchrotron radiation was applied to the study solutions of 57Fe complexes. In order to reveal different inelastic contributions solutions of two different 57Fe complexes of different molecular dimensions with solvents of substantially different viscosities were studied. We argue that the only former experiment available in the literature overestimates the role of the diffusivity in affecting the spectrum. The first direct observation of an intramolecular vibrational transition assisting the nuclear resonance absorption in a liquid is reported.  相似文献

An imidazolate-bridged copper(II)-zinc(II) complex (Cu(II)-diethylenetriamino-μ-imidazolato-Zn(II)-tris(2-aminoethyl)amine perchlorate (denoted as “Cu,Zn complex”) and a simple copper(II) complex (Cu(II)-tris(2-aminoethyl) amine chloride (“Cu-tren”) were prepared and immobilised on silica gel (by hydrogen or covalent bonds) and montmorillonite (by ion exchange). The immobilised substances were characterised by FT-IR spectroscopy and their thermal characteristics were also studied. The obtained materials were tested in two probe reactions: catalytic oxidation of 3,5-di-tert-butyl catechol (DTBC) (catecholase activity) and the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide (catalase activity). It was found that the catecholase activity of the Cu,Zn complex increased considerably upon immobilization on silica gel via hydrogen bonds and intercalation by ion exchange among the layers of montmorillonite. The imidazolate-bridged copper(II)-zinc(II) complex and its immobilised versions were inactive in hydrogen peroxide decomposition. The Cu(II)-tris(2-aminoethyl)amine chloride complex displayed good catalase activity; however, immobilisation could not improve it.  相似文献
