The effect of irradiation with electrons and neutrons and of exposure to synchrotron radiation on cyclic switching of polarization in thin films of lead zirconate titanate Pb(Zr,Ti)O3 (PZT) was studied. It is shown that variations in the shape of switching currents are due to the generation of a spatially nonuniform bound internal field with account for an increase in the rate of bulk screening caused by irradiation. A correlation between structural variations and the evolution of the switching current measured during and after irradiation is established.  相似文献

We show that HfO2/AlGaN/GaN structures with HfO2 layer deposited using an e‐beam in ultra high vacuum are suitable for field effect transistors. The dielectric constant of the HfO2 was found εHfO > 23–24, which is close to the highest re‐ ported values for this material. The leakage current did not exceed 10–4 A/cm2 at the threshold voltage. The interaction of labeled dinitrogen complexescis-(Me2PhP)4Mo(15N2)2 andtrans-(dppe)2W(15N2)2 with non-labeled nitronium and nitrosonium fluoroborates,14NO2BF4 and14NOBF4, in sulfolane at room temperature in the presence of H2SO4 results in rapid formation of labeled nitrous and nitric oxides (15N14NO,15NO), as well as15N14N. The yield of the products depends on the reagent ratio and reaches 10–20 mol. % per mole of a complex under optimum conditions. The mechanism of the reactions found is proposed. It involves the step of protonation of the dinitrogen ligand to form the corresponding hydrazido(2–) derivatives, which are then attacked by nitronium or nitrosonium cations. In accordance with the mechanism proposed, it was established that the hydrazido(2–) complexes, (Me2PhP)3Mo(15N2H2)Cl2 and (dppe)2W(15N2H2)Cl2, are capable of forming15N14NO,15NO, and15N14N under the action of14NO2BF4 and14NOBF4 in the absence of an acid.Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk. Zwitterionic titanoxanes {Cp[η5-C5H4B(C6F5)3]Ti}2O (I) and {(η5-iPrC5H4)[η5-1,3-iPrC5H3B(C6F5)3]Ti}2O (II), which contain two positively charged Ti(IV) centres in the molecule, are able to catalyse the ring-opening polymerization of -caprolactone (-CL) in toluene solution and in bulk. The process proceeds with a noticeable rate even at room temperature and accelerates strongly on raising the temperature to 60 °C. The best results have been obtained on carrying out the reaction in bulk. Under these conditions, the use of I as a catalyst (-CL:I = 1000:1) gives at 60 °C close to quantitative yield of poly--CL with the molecular mass of 197 000. An increase in the -CL:I ratio to 6000:1 increases the molecular mass of poly--CL to 530 000. Tetrahydrofuran (THF) is also polymerized under the action of I albeit with a lesser rate. However, the molecular mass of the resulting poly-THF can reach rather big values under optimal conditions (up to 217 000 at 20 °C and the THF:I ratio of 770:1). A rise in the reaction temperature from 20 to 60 °C results here to a decrease in the efficiency of the process. Titanoxane II is close to I in its catalytic activity in the -CL polymerization but it is much less active in the polymerization of THF. Propylene oxide (PO), in contrast to -CL and THF, gives with I only liquid oligomers in wide temperature and PO:I molar ratio ranges (−30 to +20 °C, PO:I = 500–2000:1). γ-Butyrolactone and 1-methyl-2-pyrrolidone are not polymerized under the action of I at room temperature. The reactions found are the first examples of catalysis of the cationic ring-opening polymerization by zwitterionic metallocenes of the group IVB metals.  相似文献

THz spectroscopic investigation of 2,4-dinitrotoluene   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
We have investigated the terahertz (THz) spectrum of 2,4-DNT by using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy in the 0.2–19.5 THz region. We also examined low-frequency intermolecular or phonon modes between 0.2 and 1.8 THz via THz time-domain spectroscopy. The extracted absorption coefficient and refractive index of an intermolecular band at 1.08 THz are 110 cm−1 and 1.67, respectively. Density functional theory (DFT) was applied to obtain structure and vibrational frequencies of 2,4-DNT. The calculated results are in agreement with the experimental data. Observed vibrational frequencies have been interpreted using DFT. Two intermolecular or phonon modes were identified at 1.08 and 2.52 THz.  相似文献

Geometries and electronic structures of the complexes of halide anions with cyclic trimerico-phenylenemercury, (o-C6H4Hg)3, perfluoro-o-phenylenemercury, (o-C6F4Hg)3, vinylenemercury, (C2H2Hg)3, and perfluorovinylenemercury, (C2F2Hg)3, were modelled by the MNDO method. Calculations were performed for [L-X] semisandwich complexes, [X-L-X]2– bipyramidal complexes, and [L-X-L] sandwich complexes (where X=Hal,L is a mercury-containing macrocycle). Based on the results of calculations, we concluded that it was advantageous to describe the chemical bonding between halide anions and mercury-containing macrocycles in terms of generalized chemical bonds, which were successfully used for -complexes of transition metals. In the [L-X] semisandwich complexes, the halide anion and the metallacycle are involved in the formation of three generalized chemical bonds: one headlight-shaped -bond and two two-lobe -bonds. In the [X-L-X]2– bipyramidal complexes, each halide anion forms three generalized chemical bonds with the macrocycle. It is possible because the macrocycleL has unoccupied molecular orbitals suitable for the formation of such bonds; these MOs consist mainly of the orbitals of mercury atoms directed toward both the upper and lower halogen atoms. In the [L-X-L] sandwich complexes, the halide anion cannot be bonded to each ringvia three bonds, and, hence, an unsymmetrical structure is formed, in which the rings are located at different distances from the central atom: the [L-X] semisandwich complex solvated by macrocycleL.Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk. The reaction of cyclic trimeric perfluoro-o-phenylenemercury (o-C6F4Hg)3 (1) with the polyhedral [B12H11SCN]2– anion in THF at 20 °C affords the {[(o-C6F4Hg)3](B12H11SCN)}2– (4) and {[(o-C6F4Hg)3]2(B12H11SCN)}2– (5) complexes. Complex 5 was isolated as the tetrabutylammonium salt. X-ray diffraction analysis showed that this complex has a bent-sandwich structure in which the [B12H11SCN]2– anion is located between the planes of two molecules 1 and is coordinated to both these molecules through B—H—Hg bridges and S—Hg bonds. The stability constants of complexes 4 and 5 in THF (20 °C), which were determined from the IR spectroscopic data, are 16 L mol–1 and 992 L2 mol–2, respectively.  相似文献

The first double-decker sandwich complex of a sandwich was synthesized and fully characterized. The complex was prepared by the reaction of cyclic trimeric perfluoro-o-phenylene-mercury (o-C6F4Hg)3 (1) with ferrocene in an ethereal solution at 20 °C and has the composition {[(o-C6F4Hg)3]2(Cp2Fe)} (2). The ferrocene sandwich in 2 is located between the planes of two mercury-containing macrocycles and is coordinated to each of them through donation of the -electrons of the 5-Cp ligands to vacant orbitals of the mercury atoms of the adjacent molecule 1. It was concluded that all carbon atoms of the 5-Cp rings in complex 2 are involved in the bonding to the macrocycles. Complexation with 1 leads to considerable shifts of the (C-H) and (C-H) bands of ferrocene in the IR spectrum to high frequencies.
