A new Mn(III) complex, [MnCl(H2O)(L)]·H2O·C2H5OH, where L = 2,2′-{1,2-phenylenebis[nitrilomethylylidene]}bis(6-methoxyphenolate), has been synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. There is a good agreement between calculated and experimental structural data. The complex is crystallized in orthorhombic with space group Pbca. The Mn1 atom is coordinated with one Schiff base ligand, one water molecule and one chloride anion, forming a six-coordination number. The electronic and fluorescence spectra of the complex were also studied.  相似文献

In this paper we relax the independence assumption of claim sizes and claim occurrence times in the Sparre Andersen model. We consider two different classes of bivariate distributions to model claim occurrence and claim sizes. A fast capillary electrophoretic method is described for the separation and determination of the enantiomers of the novel wake-promoting agent, modafinil. Several parameters affecting the separation were studied, including the type and concentration of chiral selector, buffer pH, buffer concentration, voltage and temperature. Good chiral separation of the racemic mixture was achieved in less than 5 min with resolution factor Rs?=?2.51, using a bare fused-silica capillary and a background electrolyte (BGE) of 25 mM H3PO4?1 M tris solution; pH 8.0; containing 30 mg mL?1 of sulfated-β-cyclodextrin (S-β-CD). The separation was carried out in normal polarity mode at 25 ?C, 18 kV and using hydrostatic injection. Acceptable validation criteria for selectivity, linearity, precision, and accuracy were included. The developed method was successfully applied to the assay of enantiomers of modafinil in pharmaceutical formulations. The computational calculations for the enantiomeric inclusion complexes rationalized the reasons for the different migration times between the modafinil enantiomers.  相似文献

Electrodeposition was used to deposit Cu2O thin films on ITO substrates. Photoresponse of the film clearly indicated n-type behavior of Cu2O in photoelectrochemical cells. The temperature dependence of photoluminescence (PL) revealed that the spectra consist of donor-acceptor pair emissions and the recombination between electrons bound to donors and free holes. We observed that the dominant intrinsic defect, oxygen vacancies, creates a donor energy level at 0.38 eV below the bottom of the conduction band. As a result, this donor level acts as a center for both PL emissions and to produce n-type conductivity in the electrodeposited Cu2O films. In addition, an acceptor energy level at 0.16 eV from the top of the valence band was observed.  相似文献

In this work, we report the formation of leaf-like ZnO nanoflakes by anodization of zinc foil in a mixture of ammonium sulfate and sodium hydroxide electrolytes under various applied voltage and concentration of sodium hydroxide. The morphology and structure of ZnO nanoflakes were investigated by field emission scanning electron microscopy, energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction analysis. In addition, the photocatalytic activity of the prepared nanoflakes zinc oxide was evaluated in the photodegradation of organic dye methylene blue (MB) solution under UV irradiation. It was found that zinc oxide prepared under high concentration of sodium hydroxide and high voltage showed better performance in the photodegradation of methylene blue.  相似文献

It is shown in this paper that these rates of convergence remain valid without any differentiability assumptions on f at x. Instead some simple regularity conditions are imposed on the density f at the point of interest. In this paper we consider the deconvolution problem in nonparametric density estimation. That is, one wishes to estimate the unknown density of a random variable X, say f X , based on the observed variables Y's, where Y = X + with being the error. Previous results on this problem have considered the estimation of f X at interior points. Here we study the deconvolution problem for boundary points. A kernel-type estimator is proposed, and its mean squared error properties, including the rates of convergence, are investigated for supersmooth and ordinary smooth error distributions. Results of a simulation study are also presented.  相似文献

A series of Zn(II)-Schiff bases I, II and III complexes were synthesized by reaction of o-phenylenediamine with 3-methylsalicylaldehyde, 4-methylsalicylaldehyde and 5-methylsalicylaldehyde. These complexes were characterized using FT-IR, UV-Vis, Diffuse reflectance UV-Vis, elemental analysis and conductivity. Complex III was characterized by XRD single crystal, which crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P-1, with lattice parameters a?=?9.5444(2) Å, b?=?11.9407(2) Å, c?=?21.1732(3) Å, V?=?2390.24(7) Å3, D c ?=?1.408 Mg m?3, Z?=?4, F(000)?=?1050, GOF?=?0.981, R1?=?0.0502, wR2?=?0.1205. Luminescence property of these complexes was investigated in DMF solution and in the solid state. Computational study of the electronic properties of complex III showed good agreement with the experimental data.  相似文献

The kinetics of the reaction between vitamin C (l-ascorbic acid) and ferric chloride hexahydrate was investigated in acidic medium at pH 3 spectrophotometrically. The order of the reaction was established by applying different methods, such as initial rate method, integration method and half-life method. The results obtained from each method were correlated with each other and consistency in all methods was observed. The order of the reaction with respect to each reactant was found first and the overall second order was recommended for the reaction.  相似文献

A structural study of epoxidized natural rubber (ENR-50) and its cyclic dithiocarbonate derivative was carried out using NMR spectroscopy techniques. The overlapping 1H-NMR signals of ENR-50 at δ 1.56, 1.68-1.70, 2.06, 2.15-2.17 ppm were successfully assigned. In this work, the 13C-NMR chemical shift assignments of ENR-50 were consistent to the previously reported work. A cyclic dithiocarbonate derivative of ENR-50 was synthesized from the reaction of purified ENR-50 with carbon disulfide (CS2), in the presence of 4-dimethylaminopyridine (DMAP) as catalyst at reflux temperature. The cyclic dithiocarbonate formation involved the epoxide ring opening of the ENR-50. This was followed by insertion of the C-S moiety of CS2 at the oxygen attached to the quaternary carbon and methine carbon of epoxidized isoprene unit, respectively. The bands due to the C=S and C-O were clearly observed in the FTIR spectrum while the 1H-NMR spectrum of the derivative revealed the peak attributed to the methylene protons had split. The 13C-NMR spectrum of the derivative further indicates two new carbon peaks arising from the >C=S and quaternary carbon of cyclic dithiocarbonate. All other 1H- and 13C-NMR chemical shifts of the derivative remain unchanged with respect to the ENR-50.  相似文献
