This article studies the rate of convergence of the weak Euler approximation for Itô diffusion and jump processes with Hölder-continuous generators. It covers a number of stochastic processes including the nondegenerate diffusion processes and a class of stochastic differential equations driven by stable processes. To estimate the rate of convergence, the existence of a unique solution to the corresponding backward Kolmogorov equation in Hölder space is first proved. It then shows that the Euler scheme yields positive weak order of convergence.  相似文献

Some earlier synthesized copper selenide (Cu x Se) layers formed on the surface of polyamide 6 by sorption-diffusion method using potassium selenotrithionate (K2SeS2O6) as precursor of selenium were characterized by the XRD, XPS and SEM methods. According to the results of the SEM studies, the most uniform Cu x Se layers form at the 2.5 h polyamide seleniumized duration at the temperature of 60°C. The thickness of layers, which dependeds on the duration of seleniumization, changed in the range of 0.8–3.2 µm. The XRD patterns of not previously studied Cu x Se layers showed their phase composition of six copper selenides: Cu2Se, two phases of CuSe2, Cu3Se2, berzellianite, Cu2-x Se, and bellidoite Cu2Se. Analysis of the XRD and XPS data shows that the macrostructure and composition of the CuxSe layers depend on the conditions of formation of these layers.   相似文献

In this paper, we consider the closure property of a random convolution $ \sum\nolimits_{n = 0}^\infty {{p_n}{F^*}^n} $ , where F is a heavy-tailed distribution on [0, ??), and p n (n?=?0, 1, . . . ) are the local probabilities of a nonnegative integer-valued random variable. We obtain conditions under which the fact that distribution F belongs to the dominatedly varying-tailed class, long-tailed class, or to the intersection of these classes implies that $ \sum\nolimits_{n = 0}^\infty {{p_n}{F^*}^n} $ is in the same class.  相似文献

We consider a box-constrained global optimization problem with a Lipschitz-continuous objective function and an unknown Lipschitz constant. The well known derivative-free global-search DIRECT (DIvide a hyper-RECTangle) algorithm performs well solving such problems. However, the efficiency of the DIRECT algorithm deteriorates on problems with many local optima and when the solution with high accuracy is required. To overcome these difficulties different regimes of global and local search are introduced or the algorithm is combined with local optimization. In this paper we investigate a different direction of improvement of the DIRECT algorithm and propose a new strategy for the selection of potentially optimal rectangles, what does not require any additional parameters or local search subroutines. An extensive experimental investigation reveals the effectiveness of the proposed enhancements.  相似文献

The well known DIRECT (DIviding RECTangles) algorithm for global optimization requires bound constraints on variables and does not naturally address additional linear or nonlinear constraints. A feasible region defined by linear constraints may be covered by simplices, therefore simplicial partitioning may tackle linear constraints in a very subtle way. In this paper we demonstrate this advantage of simplicial partitioning by applying a recently proposed deterministic simplicial partitions based DISIMPL algorithm for optimization problems defined by general linear constraints (Lc-DISIMPL). An extensive experimental investigation reveals advantages of this approach to such problems comparing with different constraint-handling methods, proposed for use with DIRECT. Furthermore the Lc-DISIMPL algorithm gives very competitive results compared to a derivative-free particle swarm algorithm (PSwarm) which was previously shown to give very promising results. Moreover, DISIMPL guarantees the convergence to the global solution, whereas the PSwarm algorithm sometimes fails to converge to the global minimum.  相似文献

The process of obtaining semiconductive and electrical conductive layers of copper sulfides by the sorption — diffusion method on polymers (polyamide 6 and low density polyethylene) using solutions of potassium pentathionate, K2S5O6, and higher polythionic acids, H2S n O6 (n = 21, 33), was investigated. The layers were characterized for compositional and electrical properties by X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis and sheet resistance measurements. The thickness of copper sulfides layers on polyamide and polyethylene increased with increasing time of polymer sulfurization and varied from 10 to 43 μm. The variations of the sheet resistance of copper sulfides layers formed on the surface of polymers on sulfurization agent used, the conditions of sulfurization, chemical and phase composition of the obtained layers were established. Sheet resistance of copper sulfides layers decreases with increasing time of the duration of sulfurization and the number of sulfur atoms in the polythionate anion. The sheet resistance values for copper sulfide layers formed on the polyamide surface are much lower than those of Cu x S formed on the polyethylene surface. XRD showed the predomination of Cu x S phases with low x values.   相似文献
