The reaction of Na2SO4 and K2SO4 with fuming sulfuric acid (65 % SO3) yielded colorless extremely sensitive crystals of Na[HS3O10] (monoclinic; P21/n (No. 14); Z=4; a=707.36(2), b=1378.56(4), c=848.10(3) pm; β=94.817(1)°; V=824.09(4) ? 106 pm3) and K[HS3O10] (orthorhombic; Pccn (No. 56); Z=4; a=1057.16(3), b=807.81(2), c=897.57(2) pm; V=766.51(3) ? 106 pm3). The analogous rubidium compound Rb[HS3O10] (orthorhombic; Pnma (No. 62); Z=4; a=891.43(3), b=1095.34(4), c=839.37(3) pm; V=819.58(5) ? 106 pm3) originates from the reaction of Rb2CO3 and SO3. All of the different structures contain the hitherto unknown anion [HS3O10]? and are stamped by strong hydrogen bonds linking the anions either to dimers or chains. Theoretical investigations by DFT methods give further insight in the structural characteristics of [HS3O10]?. The preparation of the [HS3O10]? anion can be seen as an important milestone on our way to the still elusive polysulfuric acids. 相似文献

Dispersions of single‐walled carbon nanotubes (SWNTs) have been prepared by using the room‐temperature ionic liquid [BMIM][BF4] (1‐butyl‐3‐methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate), the triblock copolymer Pluronic L121 [poly(ethylene oxide)5‐poly(propylene oxide)68‐poly(ethylene oxide)5] and the non‐ionic surfactant Triton X‐100 (TX100) in the pure state. The size of the SWNTs aggregates and the dispersion degree in the three viscous systems depend on the sonication time, as highlighted by UV/Vis/NIR spectroscopy and optical microscopy analysis. A nonlinear increase in conductivity can be observed as a function of the SWNTs loading, as suggested by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The generation of a three‐dimensional network of SWNTs showing a viscoelastic gel‐like behavior above a critical percolation concentration has been found at 25 °C in all the investigated systems by oscillatory rheology measurements. 相似文献

N-Heterocyclic carbene catalysed redox isomerisation with reduction about the carbonyl has been developed in the transformation of trienyl esters to tetrasubstituted benzaldehydes. The reaction proceeds in good to excellent yield, and in cases that provide 2,2′-biaryls, enantioselectivity is observed. The anaerobe Clostridium acetobutylicum belongs to the most important industrially used bacteria. Whereas genome mining points to a high potential for secondary metabolism in C. acetobutylicum, the functions of most biosynthetic gene clusters are cryptic. We report that the addition of supra-physiological concentrations of cysteine triggered the formation of a novel natural product, clostrisulfone ( 1 ). Its structure was fully elucidated by NMR, MS and the chemical synthesis of a reference compound. Clostrisulfone is the first reported natural product with a diphenylsulfone scaffold. A biomimetic synthesis suggests that pentamethylchromanol-derived radicals capture sulfur dioxide to form 1 . An acceptorless dehydrogenative strategy for the synthesis of polyfluoroalkylated bis-indoles is described by employing an earth-abundant nickel-based catalytic system under air. The notable feature of the present transformation is the use of bench stable and easily affordable polyfluorinated alcohols without any pre-functionalization for the introduction of precious polyfluoroalkyl groups. The developed straightforward protocol accomplished biologically relevant fluoroalkyl bis-indoles in a sustainable fashion. Extensive DFT study predicts the unique role of indole molecules which stabilizes the transition states during the dehydrogenation process of polyfluorinated alcohols, presumably through non-covalent π⋅⋅⋅π and H-bonding interactions. 相似文献

Five osmium(II) polypyridyl complexes of the general formula [Os(4,7-diphenyl-1,10-phenanthroline)2 L ]2+ were synthesized as photosensitizers for photodynamic therapy by varying the nature of the ligand L . Thanks to the pronounced π-extended structure of the ligands and the heavy atom effect provided by the osmium center, these complexes exhibit a high absorption in the near-infrared (NIR) region (up to 740 nm), unlike related ruthenium complexes. This led to a promising phototoxicity in vitro against cancer cells cultured as 2D cell layers but also in multicellular tumor spheroids upon irradiation at 740 nm. The complex [Os(4,7-diphenyl-1,10-phenanthroline)2(2,2′-bipyridine)]2+ was found to be the most efficient against various cancer cell lines, with high phototoxicity indexes. Experiments on CT26 tumor-bearing BALB/c mice also indicate that the OsII complexes could significantly reduce tumor growth following 740 nm laser irradiation. The high phototoxicity in the biological window of this structurally simple complex makes it a promising photosensitizer for cancer treatment. 相似文献
