直流射频等离子体增强化学气相沉积类金刚石碳薄膜的结构及摩擦学性能研究

利用直流射频等离子增强化学气相沉积技术在单晶硅表面制备了类金刚石碳薄膜．采用Raman光谱、红外光谱、x射线光电子能谱和原子力显微镜等研究了薄膜的微观结构和表面形貌,在UMT-2MT型摩擦磨损试验机上考察了薄膜在不同载荷与滑动速度下的摩擦学性能。结果表明：所制备的类金刚石碳薄膜具有典型的类金刚石结构特征,薄膜均匀、致密,表面粗糙度小,硬度较高;薄膜与Si3N4陶瓷球对摩时显示出良好的抗磨减摩性能;随着试验载荷与滑动速度的提高,薄膜的摩擦系数降低,耐磨寿命降低;薄膜的减摩抗磨性能同其在Si3N4陶瓷球偶件磨损表面形成的转移膜相关。     

Properties of the πh_(9/2)  νi_(13/2) band in odd-odd ~(188)Au

A new rotational band has been identified and assigned to 188Au for the first time using the 173Yb(19F,4nγ) reaction at the beam energies of 86 and 90 MeV. This band is proposed to be built on the πh9/2  νi13/2 configuration by comparing the band properties with known bands in neighboring nuclei. The prolate-to-oblate shape transition through triaxial shape has been proposed to occur around 188Au for the πh9/2  νi13/2 bands in odd-odd Au isotopes on the basis of total Routhian surface (TRS) calculations.     

Properties of the 3/2~-[521] band in the odd-N rare-earth nuclei

High-spin states in 161Er have been studied experimentally via the 150Nd(16O, 5n) reaction at a beam energy of 86 MeV. Three rotational bands built on the 5/2+[642], 3/2-[521], and 11/2-[505] configurations have been extended up to high-spin states, and particularly, the α = -1/2 branch of the ground state 3/2-[521] band has been revised significantly. 本文给出了带正则*-断面的正则半群的若干性质,获得了带拟理想正则*-断面的正则半群的一个构造方法.利用这一构造定理,考虑了这类半群上的同余.     

Design studies on the 4π γ-ray calorimeter for the ETF experiment at HIRFL-CSR

A high detection efficiency calorimeter which is used to detect γ-rays with energies from 1 MeV up to 10 MeV as well as light charged particles has been proposed. Design of the geometry, results of the crystal tests and Monte Carlo simulations are presented in this paper. The simulation results confirm that the calorimeter can obtain high detection efficiency and good energy resolution with the current designed geometry. And the calorimeter is competent for the future External Target Facility (ETF) experiments.     

Preparation of a silicon micro-strip nuclear radiation detector by a two-step annealing process

The annealing process for boron implantation is a crucial step during large size nuclear radiation detector fabrication. It can reduce the lattice defects and the projection straggling. A two-step annealing process for boron implantation was developed instead of a one-step annealing process, and the reverse body resistance of a silicon micro-strip detector was significantly increased, which means that the performance of the detector was improved.     

Coral reef-like polyanaline nanotubes prepared by a reactive template of manganese oxide for supercapacitor electrode

Coral reef-like PANI nanotubes composed of nanopaticles were successfully synthesized by a reactive template of manganese oxide.The structure was characterized by using SEM,TEM,and FT-IR,and the supercapacitive behaviors of these nanotubes were investigated with cyclic voltammetry（CV）,and charge-discharge tests,respectively.A maximum specific capacitance of 533 F/g could be achieved in 1mol/L aqueous H₂SO₄ with the potential range of -0.2 to 0.8 V（vs.the saturated calomel electrode） in a half-cell setup configuration for PANI electrode,suggesting its potential application in the electrode material for electrochemical capacitors.     

Inverse hydrogen bonds between SiH_4 and hydrides of Na,Mg and Be

The optimized geometries of the three complexes between MeHn (Me=Na,Mg,Be;n=1 or 2) and SiH4 have been calculated at the B3LYP/6-311++g**,MP2/6-311++g(3df,3pd) and MP2/aug-cc-pvtz levels,respectively.The red-shift inverse hydrogen bonds (IHBs) based on Si-H,an electron donor,were reported.The calculated binding energies with basis set super-position error (BSSE) correction of the three complexes are-5.98,-8.65 and-3.96 kJ mol-1 (MP2/6-311++g(3df,3pd)),respectively,which agree with the results obtained via M...     

Density functional theory study of the mechanism of the acid-catalyzed decarboxylation of pyrrole-2-carboxylic acid and mesitoic acid

The mechanisms of the acid-catalyzed decarboxylation of pyrrole-2-carboxylic acid and mesitoic acid have been investigated based on density functional theory calculations at the B3LYP/6-311G (d,p) level.
