Glutathione (GSH-reduced form) is a tripeptide that plays a vital role as an antioxidant to remove xenobiotics in the human body and changes in GSH levels are a marker for the progression of various diseases. In this context, a highly sensitive non-enzymatic electrochemical biosensor for the detection of GSH has been developed using reduced graphene oxide Manganese oxide (rGMnO) nanocomposite as the nano-interface. Initially, graphene oxide was synthesized by Hummer's method and then thermally reduced in the presence of MnO2 in a blast furnace to obtain rGMnO nanocomposite. The nanocomposite was characterized to validate its structure and morphological properties via Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), Raman, and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). Cyclic voltammetry and amperometry studies showed that upon the addition of GSH, the Pt/rGMnO modified working electrode exhibited a linear response in the range of 1–100 μM at an input voltage of −0.62 V. The developed sensor was found to have a sensitivity of 0.3256 μA μM−1 and LOD of 970 nM with a recovery of 92–104 % in real blood serum samples. 相似文献
The aim of the study was to develop a new HPLC method for direct chiral separation of Ofloxacin enantiomers using polar non-aqueous mobile phase by application of response surface methodology. Rotatable central composite design (CCD) with eight factorial points, six axial points and six replications in central point was used to evaluate the influence of three independent variables (concentration of methanol, diethylamine and flow rate) on the output responses (capacity factor of first peak, tailing factors of both the enantiomers, resolution between the Ofloxacin enantiomers, retention time of the last peak and chromatographic optimization function). Further, CCD data were combined with multiple response optimization in order to obtain a set of optimal experimental conditions (% methanol/hexane/acetonitrile-43.33/10/46.62 (v/v), % acetic acid/diethylamine-0.4/0.2 and flow rate as 1.4 mL min−1) leading to the most desirable compromise between resolution and analysis time. The method demonstrated good correlation between observed and predicted responses. The developed method was validated according to ICH guidelines and applied for quantitative analysis of two commercially available tablets Zenoflox (Ofloxacin) and Glevo (Levofloxacin). Good agreement was found between the assay results and the label claim of the marketed formulations by showing good %recovery and %CV. The study resulted in a better chromatographic system for the determination of Ofloxacin enantiomers.

Twelve surfactant Schiff base ligands were synthesized from salicylaldehyde and its chloro-, bromo- and methoxy- derivatives
by condensation with long-chain aliphatic primary amines, and a number of mixed ligand cobalt(III) surfactant Schiff base
coordination complexes of the type [Co(trien)A]2+ were synthesized from the corresponding dihalogeno complexes by ligand substitution. The Schiff bases and their complexes
were characterized by physico-chemical and spectroscopic methods. The complexes form foams in aqueous solution upon shaking.
The critical micelle concentration (CMC) values of the complexes in aqueous solution were obtained from conductance measurements.
Specific conductivity data (at 303–323 K) served for the evaluation of the thermodynamics of micellization (

Random copolyester VI appears to form a birefringent fluid phase above the melting temperature. 相似文献
For distinct points x1,x2,…,xn in ℛ (the reals), letϕ[x1, x2,…,xn] denote the divided difference ofϕ. In this paper, we determine the general solutionϕ,g: ℛ → ℛ of the functional equationϕ[x1,x2,…,xn] =g(x1,+ x2 + … + xn) for distinct x1,x2,…, xn in ℛ without any regularity assumptions on the unknown functions. 相似文献
