Quinones were firstly used as dipolarophiles in a photoclick 1,3-cycloaddition with 2,5-diaryltetrazoles, as photoactivatable predipoles, providing a novel and efficient access to three types of pyrazole-fused quinones (indazoledione derivatives). Distinctive features of this protocol include the use of light as the unique reagent and readily available, stable, and easy to handle starting materials and good to excellent yields. Taking into account the broad biological activities found in the meridianin indole alkaloids isolated to date, we have re‐examined the organic extracts of an Antarctic collection of the tunicates Aplidium meridianum and A. falklandicum (Chordata: Ascidiacea) by HPLC in conjunction with a high‐resolution mass spectrometer (HPLC‐MS). A new set of analogs of meridianins A–G has been detected, and their structures are proposed on the basis of the molecular formulae identified by LC‐HRMS analysis using a C18 column with a gradient of water/acetonitrile and an LTQ‐FT‐MS Orbitrap detector. Remarkably, dimers derived from meridianin A and from meridianin B or E were also detected. Our findings provide further evidence of the broad variability within the meridianin‐like derivatives of this highly bioactive alkaloid family. Copyright © 2015 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd. 相似文献

Cyclohexylamine reacts with 5‐chloro‐3‐methyl‐1‐(pyridin‐2‐yl)‐1H‐pyrazole‐4‐carbaldehyde to give 5‐cyclohexylamino‐3‐methyl‐1‐(pyridin‐2‐yl)‐1H‐pyrazole‐4‐carbaldehyde, C16H20N4O, (I), formed by nucleophilic substitution, but with 5‐chloro‐3‐methyl‐1‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazole‐4‐carbaldehyde the product is (Z)‐4‐[(cyclohexylamino)methylidene]‐3‐methyl‐1‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazol‐5(4H)‐one, C17H21N3O, (II), formed by condensation followed by hydrolysis. Compound (II) crystallizes with Z′ = 2, and in one of the two independent molecular types the cyclohexylamine unit is disordered over two sets of atomic sites having occupancies of 0.65 (3) and 0.35 (3). The vinylogous amide portion in each compound shows evidence of electronic polarization, such that in each the O atom carries a partial negative charge and the N atom of the cyclohexylamine portion carries a partial positive charge. The molecules of (I) contain an intramolecular N—H...N hydrogen bond, and they are linked by C—H...O hydrogen bonds to form sheets. Each of the two independent molecules of (II) contains an intramolecular N—H...O hydrogen bond and each molecular type forms a centrosymmetric dimer containing one R22(4) ring and two inversion‐related S(6) rings. 相似文献

There is an ongoing effort to replace rare and expensive noble-element catalysts with more abundant and less expensive transition metal oxides. With this goal in mind, the intrinsic defects of a rhombohedral perovskite-like structure of LaMnO3 and their implications on CO catalytic properties were studied. Surface thermodynamic stability as a function of pressure (P) and temperature (T) were calculated to find the most stable surface under reaction conditions (P=0.2 atm, T=323 K to 673 K). Crystallographic planes (100), (111), (110), and (211) were evaluated and it was found that (110) with MnO2 termination was the most stable under reaction conditions. Adsorption energies of O2 and CO on (110) as well as the effect of intrinsic defects such as Mn and O vacancies were also calculated. It was found that O vacancies favor the interaction of CO on the surface, whereas Mn vacancies can favor the formation of carbonate species. 相似文献

The surface-assisted hierarchical assembly of DNA origami nanostructures is a promising route to fabricate regular nanoscale lattices. In this work, the scalability of this approach is explored and the formation of a homogeneous polycrystalline DNA origami lattice at the mica-electrolyte interface over a total surface area of 18.75 cm2 is demonstrated. The topological analysis of more than 50 individual AFM images recorded at random locations over the sample surface showed only minuscule and random variations in the quality and order of the assembled lattice. The analysis of more than 450 fluorescence microscopy images of a quantum dot-decorated DNA origami lattice further revealed a very homogeneous surface coverage over cm2 areas with only minor boundary effects at the substrate edges. At total DNA costs of € 0.12 per cm2, this large-scale nanopatterning technique holds great promise for the fabrication of functional surfaces. 相似文献
