We propose a modification of the standard inverse scattering transform for the focusing nonlinear Schrödinger equation (also other equations by natural generalization) formulated with nonzero boundary conditions at infinity. The purpose is to deal with arbitrary-order poles and potentially severe spectral singularities in a simple and unified way. As an application, we use the modified transform to place the Peregrine solution and related higher-order “rogue wave” solutions in an inverse-scattering context for the first time. This allows one to directly study properties of these solutions such as their dynamical or structural stability, or their asymptotic behavior in the limit of high order. The modified transform method also allows rogue waves to be generated on top of other structures by elementary Darboux transformations rather than the generalized Darboux transformations in the literature or other related limit processes. © 2019 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.  相似文献

One-dimensional Ni/Au/PPy-COOH nanowires with multiple segments were synthesized in this study. Smooth surfaces and magnetic properties of nanowires were investigated by scanning transmission electron microscopy (SEM), Energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX), and Electron Spin Resonance (ESR) techniques. The nanowires were used to modify the screen-printed electrode surface and as a micro-environment for Trametes versicolor laccase. The ability of this enzyme biosensor to detect dopamine change in human biological samples was demonstrated by a wide linear range (0.01–50 μM) and a low LOD (2.265 nM). In addition, the biosensor exhibited excellent selectivity allowing the detection of dopamine in the presence of ascorbic acid, uric acid, L-Cys, serotonin, and glucose, with high sensitivity of reduction currents obtained at −0.2 V (vs. Ag/AgCl). The proposed biosensor allowed the detection of dopamine in commercial serum and artificial urine with recovery values close to 100 %. It also demonstrated reproducibility, reusability, and long-term storage stability. The sensitivity, Kmapp, and Imax values of the biosensor were determined as 2.05 μM and 1.03 μA, respectively. The LAC-Ni/Au/PPy-COOH/NAF/SPE biosensor is a reliable design for detecting dopamine with a wide linear range.  相似文献

In this study, polystyrene‐block‐poly(2‐vinylpyridine), PS‐b‐P2VP, polyisoprene‐block‐poly(2‐vinylpyridne), PI‐b‐P2VP and poly(methyl metacrylate)‐block‐poly(2‐vinylpyridine), PMMA‐b‐P2VP, coordinated to Cr metal were synthesized and characterized by Fourier transform infrared, transmission electron microscopy and direct pyrolysis mass spectrometry techniques. Both thermal degradation mechanism and thermal stability of P2VP blocks were affected by the coordination of Cr nanoparticles to nitrogen of pyridine rings. Thermal decomposition of P2VP blocks was started by loss of pyridine units leaving an unsaturated and/or crosslinked polymer backbone that degraded at relatively high temperatures. Incorporation of Cr metal did not noticeably influence thermal behavior of PS and PI blocks. However, increase in thermal stability of PMMA block was detected and associated with inhibition of the interactions between carbonyl groups of MMA chains with nitrogen atom of pyridine ring as a consequence of coordination to metal. The aim of this study was to measure the thermal properties of foamed nano/macro filler–reinforced styrene maleic anhydride (SMA) composites. SMA (66%) as a polymer matrix (10% maleic anhydride content) and various fillers including wood flour, starch, α-cellulose, microcrystalline cellulose and cellulose nanofibrils as reinforcing agents (30%) and lubricant (4%) were used to manufacture the composites in a twin-screw extruder. According to the thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) results, thermal degradation of all the foamed composites was found to be lower than that of SMA composites. The storage modulus values were negatively affected with a second time foaming (reprocessing [recycling] the initially processed composites a second time), as were loss modulus and Tg. As a result, second-time-foamed composite modulus values were lower than those of the foamed composites. According to the melt flow index (MFI) results, viscosity of the SMA was found to increase with the addition of fillers.  相似文献
