7-Arylidene-2H,6H-naphtho[1,8-bc]furan-2,6-diones 3 were prepared by a retro-Diels-Alder reaction of the corresponding dihydro 1,3-oxazines 2 or in a one pot synthesis from 6-hydroxy-2H-naphtho[1,8-bc]furan-2-one 1 . Their E configuration was established from the chemical shift's values of the vinylic proton and by 1H nmr NOE difference spectroscopy. Cycloadditions of 3b upon styrene or stilbene were catalyzed by boron trifluoride etherate. The cycloadducts were obtained with the relative trans configuration.  相似文献

The vaporization of multicomponent fuel droplets was studied experimentally in a heated flow and the results were compared to the model proposed by Abramzon and Sirignano. The droplet was suspended on a permanent holder which was set up in a thermal wind-tunnel. This wind-tunnel was fitted with a video recording system and an infra-red camera. The period during which the droplet was suspended on the holder before the opening of the hot air flow damper was recorded. This first sequence corresponds to the droplet vaporization in natural convection, whose initial experiment conditions, especially diameter, temperature, composition of the droplet, are well known. Then the damper was turn on, and the sequence of forced convection begun. The initial diameter of the droplet was recorded by the video system. The other initial conditions of this second sequence cannot be determined experimentally. The distribution of temperature in the droplet and the surface temperature, the mass fraction distribution in the droplet and the surface mass fraction were unknown. These unknown parameters were determined by coupling our experiment with a model using “the film concept” in natural convection. Experimental results were compared with the calculations and found satisfactory, in natural convection as well as in forced convection initiated by this method. The method was tested in the case of a fuel mixture droplets (heptane–decane) for different initial concentrations and variable durations of the sequence in natural convection.  相似文献

The interaction between the arc and the anode was experimentally studied by means of a transferred arc burning in argon with copper, iron, or steel anodes. Depending on the rate of anode cooling, a stable plasma was obtained just above the anode, established either in pure argon (strong cooling) or in a mixture of argon with metal vapor. Temperature and metal concentration fields were deduced from spectroscopic measurements. Two important results were reached: the arc radius near the anode depends on the nature of the electrode, even without anode erosion; and the presence of metal vapor leads to a cooling of the plasma. The same arc configurations were theoretically simulated by a two-dimensional model. The comparison between experimental and numerical results allows a large proportion of the observed phenomena to be interpreted, in spite of partial discrepancies between predicted and measured values. The dimension of the arc root at the anode depends on the thermal conductivity of the solid metal, whereas the cooling effect due to metal vapor in the plasma is explained by the increases of electrical conductivity and of radiative losses in the presence of the vapor  相似文献

We previously reported the production of high yields of hydroxytyrosol through the bioconversion of tyrosol. In the present work, hydroxytyrosol was subjected to the lipase catalyzed acylation aiming for the recovery of more lipophilic esters that might be easily incorporated in cosmetic and food preparations. Hydroxytyrosyl acetate and hydroxytyrosyl oleate were produced with respective molar esterification yields of 98% and 78%. DPPH free radical quenching potency demonstrated that the acylation of hydroxytyrosol did not alter its antioxidant activity. The acylated esters were shown to be more effective than the natural antioxidant: caffeic acid and two synthetic ones as BHA and BHT. Antiproliferative activity on human cervical cells (HeLa) resulted in IC50 values of 0.46, 0.42 and 0.33 mM for hydroxytyrosol and its acetyl and oleyl esters, respectively. Additionally, when used at a non-cytotoxic concentration (100 μM), these compounds showed significant effectiveness in preventing iron-induced oxidative stress, resulting in a reduction of 30%, 36% and 38% in thiobarbituric acid-reactive substance production, respectively.  相似文献

Rhizopus oryzae lipase (ROL) was immobilized by adsorption onto oxidized cellulose fibers and regenerated films. The maximum adsorption level increases with the raise in the amount of carboxylic groups on cellulose surface confirming that adsorption is being governed mainly by electrostatic interaction between the enzyme and the substrate. This hypothesis was further confirmed by zeta-potential measurements showing a decrease in the zeta-potential of the fibers after enzyme adsorption. XPS analysis showed an intensification of the N 1s peak attesting the presence of the enzyme on the surface. The effect of temperature, pH and solvent polarity on the immobilized enzyme activity and stability was investigated. The catalytic esterification of oleic acid with n-butanol has been carried on using hexane as an organic solvent. A high conversion yield was obtained (about 80%) at 37 degrees C with a molar ratio of oleic acid to butanol 1:1 and 150IU immobilized lipase. The adsorption achieved two successive cycles with the same efficiency, and started to lose its activity during the third cycle.  相似文献

The aqueous and hydroalcoholic extracts of borage (Borago officinalis) leaves from Annaba region (Algeria) were preliminary analyzed for their phenolic profile (total phenolics, total flavonoids, total flavonols, total tannins and total anthocyanins). These extracts were evaluated for their antioxidant properties by different methods such as DPPH radical scavenging, test NBT and total antioxidant activity. The two extracts have exhibited a high antiradical capacity. Indeed, the ethanolic extract showed the lower IC50 values and the highest amount of phenolics (94.09 ± 1.72 mg gallic acid/g dry extract). Using LC-MS/MS analysis, it was possible to identify phenolic acids, flavonoids, sterol and for the first time oleuropein was identified in the aqueous extract of the plant. The obtained results have demonstrated that phenolic compounds are the major contributor to the antioxidant activity of plants.  相似文献

This paper deals with the stability analysis of internally damped rotating composite shafts. An Euler–Bernoulli shaft finite element formulation based on Equivalent Single Layer Theory (ESLT), including the hysteretic internal damping of composite material and transverse shear effects, is introduced and then used to evaluate the influence of various parameters: stacking sequences, fiber orientations and bearing properties on natural frequencies, critical speeds, and instability thresholds. The obtained results are compared with those available in the literature using different theories. The agreement in the obtained results show that the developed Euler–Bernoulli finite element based on ESLT including hysteretic internal damping and shear transverse effects can be effectively used for the stability analysis of internally damped rotating composite shafts. Furthermore, the results revealed that rotor stability is sensitive to the laminate parameters and to the properties of the bearings.  相似文献
