基于0-1稀疏循环矩阵的测量矩阵分离研究

当前压缩感知中测量矩阵的优化是测量阶段和重构阶段采用同一矩阵的事前优化。采用了以行变换为主的测量矩阵优化算法和过渡矩阵将压缩感知的测量矩阵和重构矩阵相分离,在测量阶段采用单像素相机的0-1稀疏矩阵,在重构阶段采用近似矩阵,这是区别于传统思路的测量数据和测量矩阵的事后优化方法。理论分析和实验结果表明,优化矩阵的性能好于稀疏循环矩阵,近似矩阵和优化矩阵具有相近的性能。研究成果降低了测量矩阵工程设计和实现的难度。     

血红素LB膜的电化学行为

采用循环伏安法研究了血红素与脑磷脂混合Y型LB（Langmuir-Blodgett）膜在玻碳电极上的电化学行为，结果表明血红素LB膜有良好的电化学活性，在0．1mol/L KCl溶液中有一对氧化还原峰（－0．42V／－0．30V）；将血红素LB膜转移到玻碳电极表面得到的血红素LB膜修饰电极（heme LB-GC）对溶液中溶解氧的电化学还原有良好的催化作用，其催化还原过程具有不可逆电荷传递特性。     

Wavefront reconstruction algorithm for wavefront sensing based on binary aberration modes

We propose a new algorithm for wavefront sensing based on binary intensity modulation. The algorithm is based on the fact that a wavefront can be expended with a series of orthogonal and binary functions, the Walsh series. We use a spatial light modulator(SLM) to produce different binary-intensity-modulation patterns which are the simple linear transformation of the Walsh series. The optical fields under different binary-intensity-modulation patterns are detected with a photodiode.The relationships between the incident wavefront modulated with the patterns and their optical fields are built to determinate the coefficients of the Walsh series. More detailed and strict relationship equations are established with the algorithm by adding new modulation patterns according to the properties of the Walsh functions. An exact value can be acquired by solving the equations. Finally, with the help of phase unwrapping and smoothing, the wavefront can be reconstructed. The advantage of the algorithm is providing an analytical solution for the coefficients of the Walsh series to reconstruct the wavefront. The simulation experiments are presented and the effectiveness of the algorithm is demonstrated.     

导电聚合物薄膜的喷墨打印制备及其光电器件

聚(3,4-乙撑二氧基噻吩):聚(苯乙烯磺酸)(PEDOT:PSS)由于兼备优良的导电性和透光率,被广泛用于透明功能性薄膜的制备,可作为空穴传输层或直接用作电极,运用到有机光伏器件(OPV)、有机场效应晶体管(OFET)、有机发光二极管(OLED)等薄膜器件的结构中,部分实现了氧化铟锡(ITO)薄膜的替代。常见的溶液成膜工艺是旋涂法,这种工艺操作较为简便,但原料利用率低,并且难以大面积均匀制备及图案化制膜, 不利于规模化生产和推广。近年来,喷墨打印制膜技术得到人们越来越多的关注。由于喷墨打印制膜技术可在多种基底上快速、高效地制备均匀大面积薄膜,并可轻易地实现各种精细图案化的制作,可溶液加工,更与卷对卷加工技术兼容,因此能够很好地节约原料,降低能耗和制作成本。目前已被广泛应用于有机电子学各个领域,特别是在制备柔性器件方面,展现出独特优势。本文对基于导电聚合物PEDOT:PSS的喷墨打印工艺进行了系统的阐述,对其制膜、图案化及其电子器件应用等相关研究作了较为全面的总结,并展望了其应用前景,对于更为全面、深刻地理解和推动喷墨打印制膜技术在有机电子学领域的应用具有重要的指导和借鉴意义。     

2D parameter optimization of Ne-like Cr x-ray laser on slab

A method of studying a non-equilibrium x-ray laser plasma is developed by extending the existing one-dimensional similarity equations to the case of two-dimensional plasma study in the directions perpendicular to the slab and along a focal line. With this method the characteristics of pre-plasma are optimized for transient neon-like Cr x-ray laser. It is found that when the duration and the intensity of 1.053μm pre-pulse are 1.2ns and 6.5 TW/cm² respectively with a delay time of 1.5ns, the temperature and the temperature discrepancy each approach a proper state, which will provide a uniform distribution of properly ionized neon-like Cr ions before the arrival of pumping pulse.     

A slope-based decoupling algorithm to simultaneously control dual deformable mirrors in a woofer–tweeter adaptive optics system

We propose a slope-based decoupling algorithm to simultaneously control the dual deformable mirrors(DMs) in a woofer–tweeter adaptive optics system. This algorithm can directly use the woofer's response matrix measured from a Shack–Hartmann wave-front sensor to construct a slope-based orthogonal basis, and then selectively distribute the largeamplitude low-order aberration to woofer DM and the remaining aberration to tweeter DM through the slope-based orthogonal basis. At the same moment, in order to avoid the two DMs generating opposite compensation, a constraint matrix used to reset tweeter control vector is convenient to be calculated with the slope-based orthogonal basis. Numeral simulation demonstrates that this algorithm has a good performance to control the adaptive optics system with dual DMs simultaneously. Compared with the typical decoupling algorithm, this algorithm can take full use of the compensation ability of woofer DM and release the stroke of tweeter DM to compensate high-order aberration. More importantly, it does not need to measure the accurate shape of tweeter's influence function and keeps better performance of restraining the coupling error with the continuous-dynamic aberration.     

STUDY ON INDUCTION OF DIFFERENTIATION OF A HUMAN MEGAKARYOBLASTIC LEUKEMIA CELL LINE (HIMeg) BY 1,25-DIHYDROXYVITAMIN D_3

It is reported that 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D_3(1,25(OH)_2D_3), a physiological factor, has aninductive effect on the differentiation of a novel human megakaryoblastic leukemia cell line(HIMeg) in vitro. At the concentrations ranging from 10~(-9) to 10~(-6) mol/L, 1,25(OH)_2D_3 showedinhibition of proliferation on HIMeg cells which was demonstrated by count of survivalcells and cloning efficiency. Meanwhile, using light/electron microscopy, stain of cytochem-istry (including immunoenzymatic technique) and flow cytometry, we found that HIMeg cellscould be further induced into more mature cells in megakaryocytic lineage confirmed by aseries of evidence, including the changes of cell morphology/structure and cytochemistry,increased expression of differentiation antigens on the cell surface, and polyploidization.So, it is possible for 1,25(OH)_2D_3 to promote the differentiation of the cells in megakaryo-cytic lineage in vivo and to be used to treat acute megakaryoblastic leukemia and other di-seases with mal     

双界面耦合作用对KH不稳定的影响（英）
