蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酶1B(PTP1B)作为胰岛素和瘦素信号转导通路的负调节因子,已成为治疗糖尿病和肥胖症的潜在靶标.为了寻找非磷酸酯类PTP1B抑制剂,设计、合成了一系列(E)-1-取代苯基-3-[4-((E)-(2-(4-苯基噻唑-2-基)腙)甲基)苯基]-2-丙烯-1-酮(4a~4n),并对化合物进行了PTP1B抑制活性测定.结果显示,所有化合物对PTP1B均显示出较强的抑制活性,其中化合物4h活性最佳,IC50为(2.57±0.50)μmol L-1. 相似文献

We present a compact all-solid-state cw mid-infrared intracavity singly resonant optical parametric oscillator (OPO) that is based on a self-fabricated 1-mm-thick 40-mm-long doped MgO periodically poled lithium niobate (MgO:PPLN). At a diode pump power of 15.6 W, the compact intracavity Nd:YVO4/MgO:PPLN OPO produced 1.9 W output power at 3.19μm, corresponding to conversion efficiency of 12.2% from the laser diode pump to OPO idler output. 相似文献

岩体中结构面的展布及其组合特征决定了岩体的工程地质性质和力学性状,影响着岩体的破坏方式。大瑞铁路澜沧江大桥所处的澜沧江构造带,具有高地震烈度、活跃的新构造运动、活跃的外动力地质条件、活跃的岸坡浅表改造过程等地质特征。工程区两岸节理裂隙等弱面发育,岸坡浅表改造过程强烈,导致岩体结构复杂。通过野外现场调查,对两岸边坡岩体结构面数据进行统计分析,采用x2检验与K-S检验法对结构面进行概率密度拟合,分析岩体结构特征。结果表明:(1)右岸的优势结构面有三组; (2)左岸的优势结构面有四组; (3)各组优势结构面产出状态数据均服从正态分布。在统计分析结果的基础上,建立两岸岩体结构的统计模型,并对边坡破坏模式进行定性分析,认为:(1)右岸边坡变形破坏模式为滑移 压致拉裂; (2)左岸结构面贯通性不好,主要的破坏模式是局部块体滑移。

采用微波消解样品-电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法同时测定镍精矿样品中铝、钙、钴、铬、铜、锰、镁、镍、铅、锌等10种金属元素的含量。0.200 0g试样置于消解罐中,先后加入盐酸2mL、硝酸6mL及氢氟酸1mL,密闭罐盖按设定的微波消解程序进行消解。试验选择铝、钙、钴、铬、铜、镁、锰、铅、锌和镍的分析线分别为308.215,317.933,228.616,267.716,324.745,279.079,257.610,220.353,206.200,231.604nm,配制工作曲线时采用基体匹配的方法消除基体干扰。方法用于镍钴矿标准样品(GBW 07283)和镍精矿实际样品的分析,此方法的测定值与认定值及国标方法的测定值相一致。方法的回收率在95.8%~103.1%之间,相对标准偏差(n=6)均小于4.5%。 相似文献

Because pulse repetition rate affected directly the momentum coupling coefficient of transversely excited atmospheric (TEA) CO2 laser propulsion, a double pulse trigger, controlling high voltage switch of laser excitation circuit, was designed. The pulse interval ranged between 5 and 100 ms. The momentum coupling coefficient for air-breathing mode laser propulsion was studied experimentally. The effects of main laser parameters,such as pulse energy,pulse duration,frequency,and work time on laser propulsion of "air-breathing mode",are investigated experimentally with a high power and high repetition frequency TEA-CO2 pulsed laser.The results show that the momentum coupling coefficient Cm decreases with increasing the pulse energy for single pulse tests and pulse duration of about 1μs.Either higher or lower frequency will reduce Cm in multi-pulse tests,which suggests an optimal frequency for the maximum Cm.As to the work time,the longer the work time is,the less the Cm will be. 相似文献
