The densities, ρ, and refractive indices, n D, of 2-alkanols (C3–C5) with N-propylamine have been measured for the whole range of composition at temperatures from (298.15–328.15) K at 10 K intervals and ambient pressure of 81.5 kPa, using an Anton Paar DMA 4500 oscillating tube densimeter and an Anton Paar Abbemat 500 automatic refractometer. From the experimental data, excess molar volumes \( V_{\text{m}}^{\text{E}} \) partial molar volumes \( \bar{V}_{i} \) apparent molar volumes V ?i and refractive index deviations Δn D the binary systems consisting of N-propylamine + 2-alkanols (2-propanol, 2-butanol, 2-pentanol) were calculated and \( V_{\text{m}}^{\text{E}} \) and Δn D values were correlated with the Redlich–Kister polynomial. The effect of temperature and the chain length of the alcohol on the excess molar volumes and refractive index deviations are discussed in terms of molecular interaction between unlike molecules. The excess molar volumes are negative and refractive index deviations are positive over the entire composition range, which indicates strong hydrogen bonding between molecules of the mixtures. A comparative study has been made of the refractive indices obtained experimentally and those calculated by means of the Lorentz–Lorenz, Weiner and Arago–Biot relations. The perturbed chain statistical associating fluid theory (PC-SAFT), simplified PC-SAFT and Prigogine–Flory–Patterson theory were also applied to correlate and predict the density and excess molar volumes of the mixtures. 相似文献

In this work, magnetic solid-phase extraction based on sodium dodecyl sulfate-coated Fe3O4 nanoparticles has been successfully applied for extraction and preconcentration of trace amounts of nystatin from water and vaccine samples prior to high-performance liquid chromatography–ultraviolet detection. Various experimental parameters affecting extraction and recovery of the analyte, such as the amount of sodium dodecyl sulfate, pH of the sample solution, salt concentration, extraction time, sample volume and desorption conditions, were systematically studied and optimized. Under optimized conditions, nystatin was quantitatively extracted. Proper linear range with good coefficient of determination, (R 2 > 0.99) and limit of detection and quantification (based on signal-to-noise ratios of 3 and 10) of 2.0 and 5.0 µg L?1, over the investigated concentration range (5–700 µg L?1), were obtained, respectively. The intra-day and inter-day relative standard deviations at 50 µg L?1 level of NYS were 1.4 and 4.5% based on six replicate determinations. The accuracy of the method was evaluated by recovery measurements on spiked samples. Suitable recoveries of 96–102 and 26–44% were achieved (at spiked levels of 50, 300 and 500 µg L?1) for water and vaccine samples, respectively. 相似文献

A mild and efficient method for the synthesis of 1H-chromeno[2,3-d]pyrimidine-5-carboxamide derivatives via a one-pot, three-component reaction of an isocyanide, barbituric acid, and a salicylaldehyde in the presence of acetic acid in ethanol/water mixture at 75 °C is reported. Wound healing, one of the most complex processes of the body involving the cooperation of several important biomolecules and pathways, is one of the major therapeutic and economic issues in regenerative medicine. The present study aimed to introduce a novel electrospun curcumin (Cur)‐incorporated chitosan/polyvinyl alcohol/carbopol/polycaprolactone nanofibrous composite for concurrent delivery of the buccal fat pad‐derived mesenchymal stem cells (BFP‐MSCs) and Cur to a full‐thickness wound on the mouse model. Scaffolds were characterized structurally using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), fluorescence microscopy imaging and Fourier‐transform infrared spectroscopy, and toxicity of the scaffolds was also evaluated after BFP‐MSC seeding by SEM imaging and 3‐(4,5 dimethyiazol‐2‐1)‐2‐5‐diphenyl tetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay. Then, its influence on the wound‐healing process was investigated as a wound dressing for a full‐thickness skin defect in mouse model. Results demonstrated that the designed composite scaffolds have the capability for cell seeding and support their growth and proliferation. Macroscopic and histopathological characteristics were evaluated at the end of the 7 and 14 days after surgery, and their results showed that our designed scaffold groups accelerated the wound‐healing process compared with the control group. Among those, scaffold/Cur, scaffold/Cur/BFP‐MSC and scaffold/BFP‐MSC groups demonstrated more wound repair efficacy. These results indicated that the combined grafts can be used to improve the wound‐healing process, and therefore, the electrospun nanofibers presented in this study, Cur and BFP‐MSC together, were demonstrated to have promising potential for wound‐dressing applications. 相似文献

The reaction of benzilmonoxime (BMOH) with CrCl3.6H2O in methanol gives the mono nuclear Cr(III) complex, [Cr(BMO)33 ( 1 ). Reaction of complex 1 with a methanolic solution of KOH at room temperature leads to a di‐nuclear Cr(III)‐Cr(III) complex, [Cr(BMO)2(OH)]2 ( 2 ). The complexes were characterized on the basis of their elemental analysis, Mass, IR, 1H and 13C‐NMR and electronic spectra. The IR studies were useful in assigning the coordination mode of the benzilmonoxime ligand to the chromium(III) ion. In addition, the presence of a hydroxo bridge in the dimeric complex 2 is inferred from the IR spectral studies. The electronic spectra of the complexes revealed two bands due to d–d transitions, and one band assignable to an oxygen (pπ)→Cr(eg*) LMCT transition observed in both complexes. An additional charge transfer transition, assignable to μ‐OH(pπ)→Cr(eg*), was only observed for the dimeric complex 2 . The splitting energy and Racah parameter were calculated to be 18484 cm‐1 and 560 cm‐1 for [Cr(BMO)3] ( 1 ), 17986 cm‐1 and 545 cm‐1 for [Cr(BMO)2(OH)]2 ( 2 ) respectively. 相似文献
