对微结构的制作、微装配系统进行了研究. 采用飞秒激光双光子聚合微加工技术制作有底座、精细的三维立体“拱形”微结构, 其高250μm、长300μm、厚50μm. 将此微结构与实验室自主搭建的二维微装配平台相结合, 利用自主编程的人机交互界面驱动步进电机, 远程操控微装配设备; 将荧光闪烁陶瓷粉末装配到微结构中, 对装配后的微结构进行荧光光谱表征发现, 纯荧光粉末和微结构中的荧光粉末的发射光谱在测量误差范围内基本一致, 表明荧光粉末的光学性质未发生改变. 利用该装置可以将各类微纳米级材料和微结构进行装配, 形成含有不同材料的微结构系统.  相似文献

Surface chemical modification of polyolefin separators for lithium ion batteries is attempted to reduce the thermal shrinkage, which is important for the battery energy density. In this study, we grafted organic/inorganic hybrid crosslinked networks on the separators, simply by grafting polymerization and condensation reaction. The considerable silicon-oxygen crosslinked heat-resistance networks are responsible for the reduced thermal shrinkage. The strong chemical bonds between networks and separators promise enough mechanical support even at high temperature. The shrinkage at 150 C for 30 min in the mechanical direction was 38.6% and 4.6% for the pristine and present graft-modified separators, respectively. Meanwhile, the grafting organic-inorganic hybrid crosslink networks mainly occupied part of void in the internal pores of the separators, so the thicknesses of the graft-modified separators were similar with the pristine one. The half cells prepared with the modified separators exhibited almost identical electrochemical properties to those with the commercial separators, thus proving that, in order to enhance the thermal stability of lithium ion battery, this kind of grafting-modified separators may be a better alternative to conventional silica nanoparticle layers-coated polyolefin separators.  相似文献

A three-phase composite cylinder model is utilized to study the interaction of a wedge disclination dipole with a coated cylindrical inhomogeneity. The explicit expression of the force acting on the wedge disclination dipole is calculated. The motilities and the equilibrium positions of the disclination dipole near the coated inhomogeneity are discussed for various material combinations, relative thicknesses of the coating layer and the features of the disclination dipole.The results show that the material properties of the coating layer have a major part to play in alteringi the strengthening effect or toughening effect produced by the coated inhomogeneity.  相似文献

Long-term stability test of Mo/HZSM-5-N catalysts(HZSM-5-N stands for nano-sized HZSM-5) in methane dehydroaromatization(MDA)reaction has been performed with periodic CH4-H2 switch at 1033-1073 K for more than 1000 h.During this test,methane conversion ranges from 13% to 16%,and mean yield to aromatics(i.e.benzene and naphthalene) exceeds 10%.N2-physisorption,XRD,NMR and TPO measurements were performed for the used Mo/HZSM-5 catalysts and coke deposition,and the results revealed that the periodic hydrogenation can effectively suppress coke deposition by removing the inert aromatic-type coke,thus ensuring Mo/HZSM-5 partly maintained its activity even in the presence of large amount of coke deposition.The effect of zeolite particle size on the catalytic activity was also explored,and the results showed that the nano-sized zeolite with low diffusion resistance performed better.It is recognized that the size effect was enhanced by reaction time,and it became more remarkable in a long-term MDA reaction even at a low space velocity.  相似文献

In this paper we report the desgin and synthesis of dihydroxyindoles oligomers based reversible fluorescence sensor.We find dihydroxyindoles-2-carboxylic acid derived oligmer(P-DHICA)has the highest selectivity and sensitivity for Cu^2+detection.This work provide a highly efficient,environmentally friendly biosensor for potential use in medical testing.  相似文献

We propose a method for transferring quantum entangled states of two photonic cat-state qubits(cqubits)from two microwave cavities to the other two microwave cavities.This proposal is realized by using four microwave cavities coupled to a superconducting flux qutrit.Because of using four cavities with different frequencies,the inter-cavity crosstalk is significantly reduced.Since only one coupler qutrit is used,the circuit resource is minimized.The entanglement transfer is completed with a singlestep operation only,thus this proposal is quite simple.The third energy level of the coupler qutrit is not populated during the state transfer,therefore decoherence from the higher energy level is greatly suppressed.Our numerical simulations show that high-fidelity transfer of two-cqubit entangled states from two transmission line resonators to the other two transmission line resonators is feasible with current circuit QED technology.This proposal is universal and can be applied to accomplish the same task in a wide range of physical systems,such as four microwave or optical cavities,which are coupled to a natural or artificial three-level atom.  相似文献

为了深入研究车辆底部防护组件爆炸冲击下的结构响应,提高防护型车辆的抗爆炸冲击性能,建立了某车辆底部防护组件在爆炸冲击下的有限元模型,并进行爆炸冲击台架试验验证了有限元模拟的可靠性;将内凹六边形负泊松比蜂窝材料作为防护组件的夹芯部分,分析负泊松比蜂窝材料在爆炸冲击下的变形模式,并对比了同等质量的其他3种防护组件的抗爆炸冲击性能。结果表明,含有负泊松比蜂窝夹芯的防护组件具有更优的抗爆性能。建立了以内凹六边形负泊松比蜂窝胞元尺寸参数为设计变量的多目标优化问题的数学模型,采用多目标遗传算法获得胞元几何参数的最优方案,有效降低了防护组件基板的最大挠度和最大动能。  相似文献
