基于表面增强拉曼光谱的多组分物质分类识别 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
为提高混合物质组分识别的准确性、降低建模的复杂度,构建了一种先粗分、后细分的递进式表面增强拉曼光谱检测系统.首先,用一种特征峰判别算法对全部样本进行特征提取并建立粗分模型,以分离单组分和多组分物质.然后,联合归一化与主成分分析法完成光谱特征的自动提取,并建立多输出最小二乘支持向量机细分模型.最后,采用粒子群优化算法进行参数寻优,实现多组分样本成分的精确预测.选用罗丹明6G、耐尔蓝和结晶紫三种探针分子进行实验,结果表明,特征峰判别算法提取样本特征的正确率达到99.44%,粗分模型对90例盲测样本全部识别正确;细分模型对多组分样本识别的相关系数不小于0.995,均方根误差不大于2.67343%.该拉曼检测系统能实现样本的定性、定量检测,为药品等复杂物质的检测提供了一种有效的识别途径. 相似文献

为分析喷流冷却复合陶瓷薄片激光器的热特性,设计用于冷却复合陶瓷薄片的喷流冷却系统.利用湍流换热理论和计算流体动力学仿真方法建立喷流冷却复合陶瓷薄片激光器的流固耦合热仿真模型,定义评价其冷却能力和冷却均匀性的定量参数.根据该仿真模型得到喷流冷却系统的最优设计参数,并进行实验验证.使用163孔喷板,流量为0.2kg/s,入口温度为20℃,在1200 W泵浦时获得359 W激光输出功率,并测得复合陶瓷薄片上表面的最高温度为92℃.激光输出功率与复合陶瓷薄片上表面温度均与泵浦功率呈近似正线性关系,且温度的实验值与仿真值相符度较高. 相似文献

By partially doping Pb to effectively suppress the superstructure in single-layered cuprate Bi_2Sr_2CuO_(6+δ)(Pb-Bi2201) and annealing them in vacuum or in high pressure oxygen atmosphere, a series of high quality Pb-Bi2201 single crystals are obtained with T_c covering from 17 K to non-superconducting in the overdoped region. High resolution angle resolved photoemission spectroscopy measurements are carried out on these samples to investigate the evolution of the Fermi surface topology with doping in the normal state. Clear and complete Fermi surfaces are observed and quantitatively analyzed in all of these overdoped Pb-Bi2201 samples. A Lifshitz transition from holelike Fermi surface to electron-like Fermi surface with increasing doping is observed at a doping level of ~0.35. This transition coincides with the change that the sample undergoes superconducting-to-non-superconducting states.Our results reveal the emergence of an electron-like Fermi surface and the existence of a Lifshitz transition in heavily overdoped Bi2201 samples. This provides important information in understanding the connection between the disappearance of superconductivity and the Lifshitz transition in the overdoped region. 相似文献

We report the dark blue nonlinearˇCerenkov radiation by the second harmonic generation(SHG)in a two-layer-stacked hexagonal periodically-poled-MgO:LiNbO3s(PPMgOLNs).Based on the direct wafer bonding of two target PPMgOLNs rotating around the axis perpendicular to the plane with an angle of 30°,twelve bright spots as twice of those in a single PPMgOLN are shown at each second-harmonicˇCerenkov ring.The experimental results agree with the theoretical ones and present a promising application in the fabrication of three-dimensional(3D)PPMgOLNs. 相似文献

Recently, an indirect method has been proposed to study the optical model potential of exotic nuclear systems by fitting the transfer reaction angular distribution. The sensitivity test of this transfer method is performed with 2~8 pb(T Li,6 He)2~9 Bi as an example, by varying the potential parameters individually. The results indicate that, except for the ambiguity in the real potential depth V, other optical potential parameters of 6He+209Bi as well as the structural information of the reactions can be extracted reliably, Moreover, the radius parameter of the bound state, rbound, is an extraordinarily sensitive parameter, which should be taken care of in the calculation procedure. We develop a picosecond widely tunable laser in a deep-ultraviolet region from 175 nm to 210 nm,generated by two stages of frequency doubling of a 80-MHz mode-locked picosecond Ti:sapphire laser.A β-BaB2O4 walk-off compensation configuration and a KBe2BO3F2 prism-coupled device are adopted for the generation of second harmonic and fourth harmonics,respectively.The highest power is 3.72 mW at 193 nm,and the fluctuation at 2.85 mW in 130 min is less than ±2%. 相似文献

对热扩散阴极表面微区发射状态进行原位观察和分析一直是热阴极研究的重要课题.本文着重介绍深紫外激光光发射电子/热发射电子显微镜的基本原理及其在热扩散阴极研究中的典型实例.系统配备了高温激活所用的加热装置,样品可被加热至1400℃.系统具有光发射电子、阴极热发射电子、光发射电子和阴极热发射电子联合三种电子成像模式.应用表明,对于热扩散阴极而言,深紫外激光光发射电子像适于呈现阴极表面的微观结构形貌;热发射电子像适于反映阴极表面的本征热电子发射及均匀性;光电子和热电子联合成像适于对阴极表面的有效发射点做出精确定位. 相似文献

Due to the fact that traditional ray field tracking approaches require a large number of geometrical optical(GO) ray tubes,they are very inefficient in many practical applications.An improved ray model scheme for a complex source beam(CSB) tracking technique is proposed in this paper.The source field can be expressed by a superposition of CSBs,then every CSB basis function has a Gaussian-type amplitude distribution and is suitable for replacing a GO ray tube in the ray tracing approach.The complex phase matching technique is adopted to find the reflected beam in the reflection point where local approximation is used to represent the curved surface in its neighborhood.A new solution to multiple reflections using the conventional right-handed reflected system is used to track the field easily.Numerical results show the accuracy of the proposed method. 相似文献
