配合物[Co(PBSP)2(H2O)2]·CH3OH的合成、晶体结构和热重分析

由对氨基苯磺酸、吡啶-2-甲醛、KOH和Co(Ac)2.4H2O在甲醇和水的混合溶剂中反应得到了标题配合物[Co(PBSP)2(H2O)2]·CH3OH(KPBSP=对氨基苯磺酸缩吡啶-2-甲醛席夫碱的钾盐),并进行了元素分析、红外光谱、X-射线衍射和热重分析等表征.结果表明:标题配合物属三斜晶系,空间群为P-1,晶体学参数为:a=1.0188(4)nm,b=1.1079(5)nm,c=1.3243(5)nm,α=98.371(5)°,β=102.324(5)°,γ=106.419(4)°,V=1.3664 (10)nm3,Z=2.配合物中的金属钴离子位于非对称中心,分别与两分子脱质子的PBSP-配体中的吡啶氮原子、亚氨基氮原子及两个水分子的O原子配位,形成变形的八面体结构.     

配合物｛[Ni（tyr）2（4,4’-bpt）]·H2O｝·H2O的合成及晶体结构

本文以3,5-二(4-吡啶基)-1,2,4-三唑和酪氨酸为混合配体,利用水热法合成了一个单核镍配合物{[Ni(tyr)2(4,4’-bpt)].H2O}.H2O(1)(其中4,4’-bpt=3,5-二(4-吡啶基)-1,2,4-三唑,Htyr=L-酪氨酸)并利用元素分析、红外光谱和X射线单晶衍射法对其结构进行了表征。结果表明,配合物属于单斜晶系,P21空间群,a=6.0720(12),b=14.083(3),c=17.609(4),β=92.18(3)°,V=1504.6(5)3,Z=2,F(000)=950,S=1.011,最终偏离因子[I>2σ(I)]R1=0.0481,wR2=0.0952,对全部数据R1=0.0583,wR2=0.1000。     

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of a New 2D O-bridged Copper(Ⅱ) Coordination Polymer Constructed from Sulfonate-derived Schiff Base

A new chain-like coordination polymer, namely, [CuL ]n(1, Na2 L = 2-[(2-hydroxybenzylidene)-amino]-benzenesulfonic acid sodium salt), has been synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, IR spectroscopy and elemental analysis. Complex 1 crystallizes in monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 9.2296(16), b = 10.4754(18), c = 12.200(2) A, β =102.392(2)°, V = 1152.0(3) A3, C13H9 CuN O4S, Mr = 338.83, Dc = 1.953 g/cm3, Z = 4, F(000) = 684,μ = 2.089 mm-1, the final R = 0.0376 and w R = 0.0956. X-ray diffraction analyses indicate that 1displays a square-pyramidal metal center with NO4 donor sets. The sulfonate-derived Schiff base serves as a common N,O,O′-tridentate and a unique O-bridged ligand connecting the metals.Dinuclear copper complexes serve as secondary building blocks(SBUs) to construct an unusual2 D coordination network. In the crystal, the components form a stable 3D supramolecular architecture by C–H···O interactions and π-stacking.     

吡啶-2-甲醛缩邻氨基苯磺酸Ni(Ⅱ)配合物的合成、表征和晶体结构

在甲醇和水的混合溶剂中,以Ni(NO_3)_2·6H_2O和吡啶-2-甲醛缩邻氨基苯磺酸席夫碱反应合成了一个新的配合物[Ni(OBSP)(SCN)(H_2O)_2](HOBSP=吡啶-2-甲醛缩邻氨基苯磺酸),并采用元素分析、红外光谱和X-射线单晶衍射法进行了结构表征。结果表明标题配合物属于单斜晶系,P2(1)/c空间群,a=1.17217(13)nm,b=0.97165(11)nm,c=1.48019(16)nm,β=90.9950(10),V=1.6856(3)nm~3,Z=4,Dc=1.632g·cm~(-3),s=1.069,R_1=0.0247,wR_2=0.0625。标题配合物拥有一个以N3O3六配位的镍(III)中心,从而形成一个畸变的八面体构型,其中一个SCN-、两个水分子和一个以N,O,O'-三齿螯合方式的磺酸类席夫碱参与配位。在配合物中,大量的氢键和π-π堆积有益于三维结构的形成和稳定(CCDC 1567210)。     

含硫芳香羧酸与三唑配体构筑的镍配合物的合成及结构

以1-氢-3,5-二(3-吡啶基)-1,2,4-三唑和2,2'-二硫二苯甲酸(H2L)为混合配体与硝酸镍反应合水热成了一个镍配合物[Ni(L)(3,3'-bpt)2·(H2O)3]·H2O(3,3'-bpt=3,5-二(3-吡啶基)-1,2,4-三唑,L=脱质子2,2'-二硫二苯甲酸)(1)并利用元素分析、红外和X射线单晶衍射法对其结构进行了表征。结果表明标题配合物属于单斜晶系,P21空间群,晶胞参数为a=7.9020(16),b=19.152(4),c=18.196(4),β=92.69(3)°,V=2750.7(10)3,Z=4,F(000)=1360,S=1.067。配合物中金属镍(Ⅱ)形成六配位畸变八面体构型,相邻的镍结构单元通过三唑配体的吡啶氮原子桥联形成一维无限链状结构,整个配合物通过丰富的氢键形成三维网络结构(CCDC:986971)。     

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of a Novel 3D Inorganic-organic Hybrid Metallic Coordination Polymer, [Na2Cd（2,6-pyda）（N3）2（H2O）6]n

A novel coordination polymer [Na2Cd（2,6-pyda）（N3）2（H2O）6]n （2,6-H2pyda = 2,6- pyridinedicarboxylic acid） has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system, space group C2/c, with a = 24.416（4）, b = 10.7638（17）, c = 6.9224（11） A^°, β= 106.124（2）A^°, V = 1747.7（5） A^°3, Mr = 515.64, De= 1.960 g/cm^3,μ = 1.365 mm^-1, F（000） = 1024, Z = 4, the final R = 0.0426 and wR = 0.1320. In the title complex, there exist two kinds of metal centers in the structure, cadmium ions and sodium ions. The Cd（Ⅱ） atom shows a distorted pentagonal-dipyramidal geometry defined by two O and one N atoms from one deprotonated pyda ligand and four N atoms from four μ-1,1,3 azido groups. The adjacent cadmium atoms are bridged via two μ-1,1,3 azido groups, along the c axis to afford an extended chain. There is also a 2D network which is comprised of binuclear subunits [NaE（H2O）6] connected by O atoms from coordinated water between the adjacent Cdn（pyda）n（Na）2n infinite chains. Furthermore, each cadmium atom is connected with four adjacent sodium atoms through the bridging N3- ligand in μ-1,3 patterns. Thus, the title complex exhibits a novel three-dimensional network structure.     

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of a Novel Binuclear Copper（Ⅱ） Complex, [Cu（paba）Cl]

A novel binuclear Cu（Ⅱ） complex [Cu（paba）Cl] （pabaH = 2-（2-pyridylmethylimine）benzenesulfonic acid） has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal of the title complex crystallizes in a monoclinic system, space group P21/n, with a = 6.8165（7）, b = 15.3073（16）, c = 12.3795（13） A^°, β= 95.0160（10）°, V= 1286.8（2） A^°^3, Mr = 360.26, Dc= 1.860 g/cm^3,μ = 2.074 mm^-1, F（000） = 724, Z = 4, the final R = 0.0252 and wR = 0.0675 for 2395 observed reflections with I 〉 20（I）. The title complex is centrosymmetric and a pair of chlorides act as μ2-bridges to link two Cu（Ⅱ） ions forming a binuclear complex. Every Cu（Ⅱ） ion is five-coordinated by pyridyl N, imine N and sulfonate O atoms of the tridentate paba ligand as well as two bridging Cl^-, constructing the distorted square-pyramidal geometry. In the structure extensive hydrogen bonds and weak π-π stacking stabilize the solid structures, through which the complex builds its 3-dimensional supramolecular structure.     

一种双核铜配合物[Cu(II)2(Paba)2(4,4'-Bipy)(H2O)2]·(ClO4)2的合成、表征及晶体结构

在水和甲醇的溶剂中合成了标题配合物[Cu(II)2(Paba)2(4,4'-Bipy)(H2O)2]·(ClO4)2 [PabaH=2-(2-吡啶甲基亚氨基)苯磺酸],通过红外光谱、元素分析、X射线单晶衍射等手段对配合物进行了表征.结果表明,该配合物晶体属于单斜晶系,空间群为P2(1)/n. 晶体学参数: a=14.559(2) nm, b=0.95984(13) nm, c=1.6038(2) nm, α=γ=90°, β=115.694(2)°, V=2.0197(5) nm3, Z=2.
