CdS/Si nanofilm heterojunctions based on amorphous silicon films:Fabrication,structures,and electrical properties

Shortening the distance between the depletion region and the electrodes to reduce the trapped probability of carriers is a useful approach for improving the performance of heterojunction.The CdS/Si nanofilm heterojunctions are fabricated by using the radio frequency magnetron sputtering method to deposit the amorphous silicon nanofilms and Cd S nanofilms on the ITO glass in turn.The relation of current density to applied voltage(I-V)shows the obvious rectification effect.From the analysis of the double logarithm I-V curve it follows that below~2.73 V the electron behaviors obey the Ohmic mechanism and above~2.73 V the electron behaviors conform to the space charge limited current(SCLC)mechanism.In the SCLC region part of the traps between the Fermi level and conduction band are occupied,and with the increase of voltage most of the traps are occupied.It is believed that Cd S/Si nanofilm heterojunction is a potential candidate in the field of nano electronic and optoelectronic devices by optimizing its fabricating procedure.

四方体MgO的制备及对有机染料的吸附

以六水氯化镁和六次甲基四胺为原料,采用水热法合成四方体MgO,考察其对有机染料甲基橙和亚甲基蓝的吸附行为.通过TGA-DTA、SEM、XRD、N2-sorption和FT-IR等手段表征样品.结果表明,原料浓度、温度和表面活性剂对四方体MgO结构的形成影响较小,而反应时间的延长有助于有序结构的组装.温度170℃、时间24h、MgCl2·6H2O与C6H12N4浓度比为1∶2和表面活性剂PVP是制备四方体MgO的最佳条件.在溶液浓度10mg · L-1的单一吸附实验过程中,四方体MgO对甲基橙和亚甲基蓝的去除率分别为91.3;和22.3;,吸附过程均为单层吸附且符合Langmuir等温吸附模型和伪二级吸附动力学方程.在溶液浓度40 mg·L-1、甲基橙和亚甲基蓝浓度比3∶1的混合溶液吸附过程中,四方体MgO对甲基橙和亚甲基蓝的去除率分别为80.1;和97.9;.

Self‐emulsion polymerization of amphiphilic monomers—a green route to synthesis of polymeric nanoscaffolds

Self‐emulsion polymerization (SEP), a green route developed by us for the polymerization of amphiphilic monomers, does not require any emulsifier or an organic solvent except that the water‐soluble initiators such as 2,2′‐azobis[2‐(2‐imidazolin‐2‐yl)propane]dihydrochloride (VA‐044) and potassium persulfate (KPS) are only used. We report here the polymer nanoscaffolds from a number of amphiphilic monomers, which can be used for in situ encapsulation of a variety of nanoparticles. As a demonstration of the efficacy of these nanoscaffolds, the synthesis of a biocompatible hybrid nanoparticle (nanohybrid), prepared by encapsulating Fe₃O₄ magnetic nanoparticle (Fe₃O₄ MNPs) in poly(2‐hydroxyethyl methacrylate) in water, for MRI application is presented. The nanohybrid prepared following the SEP in the form of an emulsion does not involve the use of any stabilizing agent, crosslinker, polymeric emulsifier, or surfactant. This water‐soluble, spherical, and stable nanohybrid containing Fe₃O₄ MNPs of average size 10 ± 2 nm has a zeta potential value of ?41.89 mV under physiological conditions. Magnetic measurement confirmed that the nanohybrid shows typical magnetic behavior having a saturation magnetization (Ms) value of 32.3 emu/g and a transverse relaxivity (r2) value of 29.97 mM^?1 s^?1, which signifies that it can be used as a T2 contrast agent in MRI. © 2019 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 零误差计算

研究采用有误差的数值计算来获得无误差的准确值具有重要的理论价值和应用价值.这种通过近似的数值方法获得准确结果的计算被称为零误差计算.本文首先指出,只有一致离散集合中的数才能够开展零误差计算,即有非零隔离界的数集,这也是"数"可以进行零误差计算的一个充要条件.以此为基本出发点,本文分析代数数零误差计算的最低理论精度,该精度对应于恢复近似代数数的准确值时必要的误差控制条件,但由于所采用恢复算法的局限性,这一理论精度往往不能保证成功恢复出代数数的准确值.为此,本文给出采用PSLQ (partial-sum-LQ-decomposition)算法进行代数数零误差计算所需的精度控制条件,与基于LLL (Lenstra-Lenstra-Lovász)算法相比,该精度控制条件关于代数数次数的依赖程度由二次降为拟线性,从而可降低相应算法的复杂度.最后探讨零误差计算未来的发展趋势.
