Site-selective transformations of densely functionalized scaffolds have been a topic of intense interest in chemical synthesis. Herein we have repurposed the rarely used Cornforth rearrangement as a tool to effect a single-atom ring contraction in cyclic peptide backbones. Investigations into the kinetics of the rearrangement were carried out to understand the impact of electronic factors, ring size, and linker type on the reaction efficiency. Conformational analysis was undertaken and showed how subtle differences in the peptide backbone result in substrate-dependent reaction profiles. This methodology can now be used to perform conformation-activity studies. The chemistry also offers an opportunity to install building blocks that are not compatible with traditional C-to-N iterative synthesis of macrocycle precursors.  相似文献

Two new one‐dimensional CuII coordination polymers (CPs) containing the C2h‐symmetric terphenyl‐based dicarboxylate linker 1,1′:4′,1′′‐terphenyl‐3,3′‐dicarboxylate (3,3′‐TPDC), namely catena‐poly[[bis(dimethylamine‐κN)copper(II)]‐μ‐1,1′:4′,1′′‐terphenyl‐3,3′‐dicarboxylato‐κ4O,O′:O′′:O′′′] monohydrate], {[Cu(C20H12O4)(C2H7N)2]·H2O}n, (I), and catena‐poly[[aquabis(dimethylamine‐κN)copper(II)]‐μ‐1,1′:4′,1′′‐terphenyl‐3,3′‐dicarboxylato‐κ2O3:O3′] monohydrate], {[Cu(C20H12O4)(C2H7N)2(H2O)]·H2O}n, (II), were both obtained from two different methods of preparation: one reaction was performed in the presence of 1,4‐diazabicyclo[2.2.2]octane (DABCO) as a potential pillar ligand and the other was carried out in the absence of the DABCO pillar. Both reactions afforded crystals of different colours, i.e. violet plates for (I) and blue needles for (II), both of which were analysed by X‐ray crystallography. The 3,3′‐TPDC bridging ligands coordinate the CuII ions in asymmetric chelating modes in (I) and in monodenate binding modes in (II), forming one‐dimensional chains in each case. Both coordination polymers contain two coordinated dimethylamine ligands in mutually trans positions, and there is an additional aqua ligand in (II). The solvent water molecules are involved in hydrogen bonds between the one‐dimensional coordination polymer chains, forming a two‐dimensional network in (I) and a three‐dimensional network in (II).  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to measure the radiation exposure to operator and patient during cardiac electrophysiology study, radiofrequency catheter ablation and cardiac device implantation procedures and to calculate the allowable number of cases per year. We carried out 9 electrophysiology studies, 40 radiofrequency catheter ablation and 11 cardiac device implantation procedures. To measure occupational radiation dose and dose–area product (DAP), 13 photoluminescence glass dosimeters were placed at eyes (inside and outside lead glass), thyroids (inside and outside thyroid collar), chest (inside and outside lead apron), wrists, genital of the operator (inside lead apron), and 6 of photoluminescence glass dosimeters were placed at eyes, thyroids, chest and genital of the patient. Exposure time and DAP values were 11.7?±?11.8?min and 23.2?±?26.2?Gy?cm2 for electrophysiology study; 36.5?±?42.1?min and 822.4?±?125.5?Gy?cm2 for radiofrequency catheter ablation; 16.2?±?9.3?min and 27.8?±?16.5?Gy?cm2 for cardiac device implantation procedure, prospectively. 4591 electrophysiology studies can be conducted within the occupational exposure limit for the eyes (150?mSv), and 658-electrophysiology studies with radiofrequency catheter ablation can be carried out within the occupational exposure limit for the hands (500?mSv). 1654 cardiac device implantation procedure can be conducted within the occupational exposure limit for the eyes (150?mSv). The amounts of the operator and patient's radiation exposure were comparatively small. So, electrophysiology study, radio frequency catheter ablation and cardiac device implantation procedures are safe when performed with modern equipment and optimized protective radiation protect equipment.  相似文献

Supramolecular polyurethane ureas are expected to have superior mechanical properties primarily due to the reversible, noncovalent interactions such as hydrogen bonding interactions. We synthesized polyurethane prepolymers from small molecular weight of poly(tetramethylene ether)glycol and isophorone diisocyanates, which were end capped with propylamine to synthesize polyurethane ureas with high contents of urea and urethane groups for hydrogen‐bonding formations to facilitate self‐healing. The effects of polyurethane urea molecular weight (3000 ≤ Mn ≤ 9000), crosslinking, and cutting direction were studied in terms of thermal, mechanical, and morphological properties with an emphasis on the self‐healing efficiency. It was found that the thermal self‐healability was more pronounced as the molecular weight of polyurethane urea decreased, showing a maximum of more than 96% with 3000 Mn when the sample was cut along the stretch direction. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. In this research,the morphologies,isothermal-crystallization kinetics,and spherulite growth of aliphatic polyketone/polyamide-6 blends were studied.A single glass-transition temperature (Tg) was determined,and the composition dependence of Tg for these blends was well described by the Kwei equation.The strong intermolecular interaction between the two polymer components was confirmed by melting-point depression.The isothermal-crystallization kinetics were analyzed on the basis of the Avrami approach.A linear increase in the radii of the spherulites with time was observed for all compositions.All the spherulites continued to grow at nearly identical growth rates.With increasing polyamide-6 content,the size of the spherulites in the polyketone/polyamide-6 blends gradually decreased,and the number of spherulites in the blends increased.  相似文献

We investigate the jumping conics of stable vector bundles E of rank 2 on a smooth quadric surface Q with the first Chern class c1 = OQ(-1,-1){c_1= \mathcal{O}_Q(-1,-1)} with respect to the ample line bundle OQ(1,1){\mathcal {O}_Q(1,1)} . We show that the set of jumping conics of E is a hypersurface of degree c 2(E) − 1 in \mathbb P3*{\mathbb {P}_3^{*}} . Using these hypersurfaces, we describe moduli spaces of stable vector bundles of rank 2 on Q in the cases of lower c 2(E).  相似文献
