Synthesis and deprotonation reactions of half‐sandwich iridium complexes bearing a vicinal dioxime ligand were studied. Treatment of [{Cp*IrCl(μ‐Cl)}2] (Cp*=η5‐C5Me5) with dimethylglyoxime (LH2) at an Ir:LH2 ratio of 1:1 afforded the cationic dioxime iridium complex [Cp*IrCl(LH2)]Cl ( 1 ). The chlorido complex 1 undergoes stepwise and reversible deprotonation with potassium carbonate to give the oxime–oximato complex [Cp*IrCl(LH)] ( 2 ) and the anionic dioximato(2?) complex K[Cp*IrCl(L)] ( 3 ) sequentially. Meanwhile, twofold deprotonation of the sulfato complex [Cp*Ir(SO4)(LH2)] ( 4 ) resulted in the formation of the oximato‐bridged dinuclear complex [{Cp*Ir(μ‐L)}2] ( 5 ). X‐ray analyses disclosed their supramolecular structures with one‐dimensional infinite chain ( 1 and 2 ), hexagonal open channels ( 3 ), and a tetrameric rhomboid ( 4 ) featuring multiple intermolecular hydrogen bonds and electrostatic interactions. 相似文献

We synthesised palladium and platinum complexes possessing cyclic and acyclic pincer‐type polyaromatic ligands and investigated their structural effect on the catalysis. The pincer‐type bis(6‐arylpyridin‐2‐yl)benzene skeleton was constructed via Kröhnke pyridine synthesis under transition metal‐free conditions on gram‐scale quantity. Ligand structure significantly influenced catalytic activity toward the platinum‐catalysed hydrosilylation of diphenyl acetylenes, despite the ligand‐independence of the conformations and electronic properties of these complexes. 相似文献

A facile synthetic strategy towards conformationally stable chiral chromophores based on dimeric porphyrinoids has been established. A peculiar class of face-to-face intramolecularly interlocked corrole dimers were formed by the oxidative C−C coupling linked at the inner carbon sites upon simple treatment of copper(II) ions. Their intrinsic electronic structures were modulated by the peripheral corrole ring annulations, which lead to distinct optical properties and redox profiles. The stereogenic carbon centers implemented in the confused corrole skeleton provided a rationale for designing novel chiral materials. 相似文献

In native systems, scaffolding proteins play important roles in assembling proteins into complexes to transduce signals. This concept is yet to be applied to the assembly of functional transmembrane protein complexes in artificial systems. To address this issue, DNA origami has the potential to serve as scaffolds that arrange proteins at specific positions in complexes. Herein, we report that Kir3 K+ channel proteins are assembled through zinc‐finger protein (ZFP)‐adaptors at specific locations on DNA origami scaffolds. Specific binding of the ZFP‐fused Kir3 channels and ZFP‐based adaptors on DNA origami were confirmed by atomic force microscopy and gel electrophoresis. Furthermore, the DNA origami with ZFP binding sites nearly tripled the K+ channel current activity elicited by heterotetrameric Kir3 channels in HEK293T cells. Thus, our method provides a useful template to control the oligomerization states of membrane protein complexes in vitro and in living cells. 相似文献

Stellatolide H (1) was isolated from a deep-sea sponge Discodermia sp. as the cytotoxic constituent. The planar structure of 1 was elucidated on the basis of the NMR spectroscopic and mass spectrometric data. The absolute configurations of the constituent amino acid residues were determined by the Marfey’s method. Abstract To assess the risks of organochlorine pesticides discharged into the hydrospheric environment of Egypt, river and lake water, drinking water, suspended solids, sediments and fish were collected during 1993—1994 from the Nile River and Manzala Lake in Egypt and were transported to Japan for chemical analysis. Among different organochlorine pesticides analyzed, p,p′-DDE was the most predominant in fish (7.6 to 67 ng/g wet wt.), sediments (3.2 to 432 ng/g dry wt.) and suspended solids (5.3 tc 138 pg/L). However, in the dissolved phase of water samples HCH compounds predominated (α-HCH, 71 to 2,815 pg/L). Concentrations of organochlorine pesticides, except chlordane, were higher in Manzala Lake than in the River Nile. Concentrations of organochlorine pesticides in fish corresponded with those in sediments from each location. Comparison of organochlorine concentrations in Nile River water with those reported in earlier studies suggested a decrease in concentrations during the last decade. However, concentrations of p,p′-DDE has increased in fish. It appears that the release of this metabolite from contaminated sediment is the major source of p,p′-DDE in fish during recent years. 相似文献

By addition of a carboxylated amino acetate (2) to a low-molecular-weight hydrogel (1) which has a unique thermally induced volume-phase transition character, a macroscopic pH-responsive feature is newly conferred on the supramolecular hydrogel. The direct observation of temperature-dependent behavior of the mixed hydrogel clearly showed that the thermally induced swelling-shrinkage type of the volume phase transition at pH 4 is shifted to the gel–sol transition at pH 7 by 10?mol% addition of 2 to the hydrogel 1. On the basis of the measurements by TEM, SEM, XRD and FT-IR, it is conceivable that incorporation of the anionic carboxylate of 2 slightly disturbs the packing of the hydrogen bond belt of the mixed hydrogel. Such a slight disturbance greatly leads to the sol–gel transition by elevating temperature, instead of the volume-phase transition. Introduction of dynamic characteristics to supramolecular systems in a macroscopic level may extend the potential of these materials in various fields. 相似文献
