In this paper, we introduce a noncommutative extension of the Gross Laplacian, called quantum Gross Laplacian, acting on some analytical operators. For this purpose, we use a characterization theorem between this class of operators and their symbols. Applying the quantum Gross Laplacian to the particular case where the operator is the multiplication one, we establishes a relation between the classical and the quantum Gross Laplacians.   相似文献

Efficient separation of mucins (200 kDa-2 MDa) was demonstrated using gradient SDS agarose/polyacrylamide composite gel electrophoresis (SDS-AgPAGE). Inclusion of urea (SDS-UAgPAGE) in the gels casting were shown to have no effect on the migration of mucins in the gel and allowed casting of gel at room temperature. This simplified the procedure for multiple casting of agarose polyacrylamide gradients and increased reproducibility of these gels. Hence, the implementation of urea makes the technique applicable for high throughput isolation and screening of mucin oligosaccharides by LC-MS after releasing the oligosaccharides from isolated, blotted mucin subpopulations. It was also shown that the urea addition had no effect on other supporting applications such as western and lectin blotting. In addition, identification of the mucin protein after tryptic digestion and LC-MS was possible and no protein carbamylation due to the presence of urea in the gel was detected. LC-MS software developed for metabolomic analysis was used for O-linked oligosaccharide detection and differential display of various mucin samples. Using this method, heterogeneous glycosylation of mucins and mucin-type molecules isolated by SDS-AgPAGE and SDS-UAgPAGE was shown to consist of more than 80 different components in a single band, and in the extreme cases, up to 300-500 components (MUC5B/AC from saliva and sputum and). Metabolomic software was also used to show that the migration of mucin isoforms within the gel is due to heterogeneous size distribution of the oligosaccharides, with the slower migrating bands enriched in high-molecular-weight oligosaccharides.  相似文献

Sensitive and accurate high-performance liquid chromatographic methods have been developed for the simultaneous determination of thiocolchicoside (TC)-glafenine (GF) (Mix I) and thiocolchicoside-floctafenine (FN) (Mix II) in their pharmaceutical formulations. The analysis for both mixtures was performed using 250 mm × 4.6 mm i.d., 5 μm particle size C18 Waters Symmetry column. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.035 M phosphate buffer (50:50, v/v) of pH 4.5 for Mix I and methanol-0.03 M phosphate buffer (70:30, v/v) of pH 4 for Mix II with flow rate of 1 mL/min and UV detection at 400 nm in both cases. The calibration plots were rectilinear over the concentration range of 0.2-2 μg/mL for TC in both mixtures and 20-200 μg/mL for each of GF and FN . The limits of detection for TC and GF were 0.05 μg/mL and 0.62 μg/mL, respectively, and for TC and FN were 0.02 μg/mL and 0.70 μg/mL, respectively. Additionally, the proposed methods were successfully applied to their combined tablets with average percentage recoveries of 100.35 ± 0.61 and 100.57 ± 0.72% for TC and GF respectively and for TC and FN the percentage recoveries were 101.2 ± 0.72 and 100.36 ± 0.67%, respectively. The results obtained were favorably compared with those given using the comparison methods.  相似文献

Fluorometholone (FLM) and Sodium Cromoglycate (CMG) are co-formulated in ophthalmic preparation and showed marked instability under different conditions. Two specific, sensitive and precise stability-indicating chromatographic methods have been developed and validated for their determination in the presence of their degradation products and FLM impurity. Ten components were efficiently separated by them. The first method was HPTLC-spectrodensitometry, where the separation was achieved using silica gel 60?F254 HPTLC plates and developing system of ethyl acetate: methanol (9:1, v/v). The second method was a reversed phase HPLC associated with kinetic study of the degradation process and was successfully applied for determination of the studied compounds in spiked rabbit aqueous humor. The mobile phase was acetonitrile: methanol: 0.05?M potassium dihydrogenphosphate (0.1% trimethylamine); pH 2.5, adjusted with orthophosphoric acid (20: 30: 50, by volume). In both methods, the separated components were detected at 240?nm and system suitability was checked. Good correlation was obtained in the range of 0.10–24.00 and 0.20–48.00?µg band?1, for FLM and CMG by HPTLC. While for HPLC, the linearity ranges from 0.01–50.00 and 0.05–50.00?µg?mL?1 for both drugs. The methods were applied in pharmaceutical formulation, where they were compared to the reported method with no significant difference.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Using the framework of the density functional theory, we calculated electronic, magnetic and structural properties of terbium oxide (TbO) in rocksalt (RS), cesium chloride (CsCl) and zincblende (ZB). Full potential linearized augmented plane wave (FP-LAPW) method within the local spin density approximation (LSDA) and generalized gradient (PBE-GGA) approximations are used. Magnetic and non-magnetic calculations are performed and a modified version of Becke and Johnson (mBJ) exchange potential has been used to calculate the band gaps. We found that, although TbO is stable in a ferromagnetic state, it is stable in RS phase at ambient condition. Both LSDA and PBE-GGA calculations revealed that the three structures are metallic. However, using the mBJ calculation, it is clear that RS and CsCl phases of TbO compound are metallic, while ZB phase is found to be an insulator in the spin-up case and a semiconductor in the spin-down case at ambient pressure.  相似文献

The potential energy curves and spectroscopic constants of the ground-state of the Mg–Rg (Rg = He, Ne, Ar, Kr, and Xe) van der Waals complexes are generated by the Tang–Toennies potential model and a set of derived combining rules. The parameters of the model are calculated from the potentials of the homonuclear magnesium and rare-gas dimers. The predicted spectroscopic constants are comparable to other available theoretical and experimental results, except in the case of Mg–He, we note that there are large differences between various determinations. Moreover, in order to reveal relative differences between species more obviously we calculated the reduced potential of these five systems. The curves are clumped closely together, but at intermediate range the Mg–He reduced potential is clearly very different from the others.  相似文献
