Hierarchically porous Co3O4 film is prepared by a cathodic electrodeposition via liquid crystalline template. The as-prepared Co3O4 film has a net-like structure of interconnected nanoflakes with a thickness of 15–20 nm. Interestingly, the Co3O4 nanoflakes possess mesoporous walls ranging from 2 to 3 nm. As cathode material for supercapacitors, the hierarchically porous Co3O4 film exhibits superior supercapacitor performances with high specific capacitances (443 F g− 1 at 2 A g− 1 and 334 F g− 1 at 40 A g− 1) as well as excellent cycle life, making it suitable for high-performance supercapacitor application. The improved supercapacitor performances are due to its unique hierarchically porous morphological characteristics, which provide fast ion and electron transfer, large reaction surface area, resulting in fast reaction kinetics.  相似文献

Interconnected porous hydroxyapatite (HA) scaffolds are widely used for bone repair and replacement, owing to their ability to support the adhesion, transfer, proliferation and differentiation of cells. In the present study, the polymer impregnation approach was adopted to produce porous HA scaffolds with three-dimensional (3D) porous structures. These scaffolds have an advantage of highly interconnected porosity (≈85%) but a drawback of poor mechanical strength. Therefore, the as-prepared HA scaffolds were lined with composite polymer coatings in order to improve the mechanical properties and retain its good bioactivity and biocompatibility at the same time. The composite coatings were based on poly(d,l-lactide) (PDLLA) polymer solutions, and contained single component or combination of HA, calcium sulfate (CS) and chondroitin sulfate (ChS) powders. The effects of composite coatings on scaffold porosity, microstructure, mechanical property, in vitro mineralizing behavior, and cell attachment of the resultant scaffolds were investigated. The results showed that the scaffolds with composite coatings resulted in significant improvement in both mechanical and biological properties while retaining the 3D interconnected porous structure. The in vitro mineralizing behaviors were mainly related to the compositions of CS and ChS powders in the composite coatings. Excellent cell attachments were observed on the pure HA scaffold as well as the three types of composite scaffolds. These composite scaffolds with improved mechanical properties and bioactivities are promising bone substitutes in tissue engineering fields.  相似文献

Nicotinamide (NA) yields a polarographic catalytic wave with a peak potential -1.38 V (vs. SCE) in 0.1 mol/L HAc-NaAc (pH 4.7)/4 x 10(-3) mol/L KIO3 buffer solution. The sensitivity of the catalytic wave increased in one order of magnitude as compared to that of the responding reduction wave without KIO3. Based on this observation, a new method for the determination of NA was recommended. The second order derivative peak current was proportional to the NA concentration in the range of 5 x 10(-8)- 6 x 10(-7) mol/L. 0.11-fold vitamin B1, 0.13-fold B2, 0.14-fold B6 and 8-fold nicotinic acid amounts do not interfere the determination of 1 x 10(-6) mol/L NA. The proposed method was used to determine the NA content in multivitamin tablets, with good agreement to the declared amount.  相似文献

基于氢化物发生器与原子吸收光谱联用(HG-AAS),测定土壤样品中硒的含量,并与电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)进行了对比。在两种仪器的最佳工作条件下,测定土壤硒的含量,实验结果表明:ICP-MS法和HG-AAS法对土壤硒含量测定的线性范围分别为0.85~100.00 μg/L和0.08~16.00 μg/L,检出限分别为0.25 μg/L和0.02 μg/L,精密度分别为1.34%和2.12%;用加标回收率试验和测定国家标准土壤样品(GSS-7)对这两种方法的准确性进行了验证,ICP-MS法和HG-AAS法的加标回收率分别为96.7~99.4%和94.9~99.5%,GSS-7标准土样的结果均在标准值范围内,说明这两种测定土壤中硒含量的方法是准确可靠的。HG-AAS法测定线性范围窄,部分样品需要稀释,而且氢化物发生系统是手动进样,导致操作复杂,分析周期长;ICP-MS法仪器测定快速,但是仪器昂贵。  相似文献

A 520-base pair human IFN-alpha gene was isolated by PCR method twice from chromosome DNA of a Chinese (Han Nationality) fetal liver. The nucleotide sequences were determined. These two separately amplified DNA fragments shared the completely identical nucleotide sequence but possessed C and G at positions 410 and 541, respectively, which differ from those of IFN-alpha 1 and IFN-alpha D previously described. Therefore the deduced amino acid sequence would have an Ala at position 114 and a Val at position 158. At all other sites it has the same amino acids as those in IFN-alpha 1 and IFN-alpha D. We recommend that IFN-alpha D gene, IFN-alpha I gene and IFN-alpha I/158V gene found in our laboratory, be named IFN-alpha 1a gene, IFN-alpha 1b gene and IFN-alpha 1c gene.  相似文献

A biologically active peptide designated hLCP has been isolated and purified to homogeneity from human lung carcinoma by means of acidic extraction and successive chromatography on Sephadex G-50, Toyopearl HW-40 F and reverse-phase high performance liquid chromatography columns. Analysis showed that peptide consists of thirteen amino acids. Primary structure of hLCP has been deduced by double-coupling Edman degradation combined with enzyme digestion as H-Ser-Pro-Pro-Asp-Gly-Lys-Lys-Glx-Ser-Ala-Asp-Val-Lys-OH. hLCP possessed significant excitatory activity on an electrical stimulation induced contraction. No hLCP could be detected in normal lung tissue. The possibility of using hLCP as a biochemical marker in the clinic for the early detection of lung carcinoma is being investigated.  相似文献

A new generation multiple collector plasma source mass spectrometer (PSMS) produced by Nu Instruments Ltd is evaluated. The instrument has a double-focusing Nier–Johnson analyser with laminated magnet and a novel variable dispersion ion optical arrangement, enabling all masses to be located in the centre of the Faraday collectors of a fixed static array. mThe performance of the instrument has been assessed through the analysis of NBS-981 Pb using a Tl doping technique with Faraday collector efficiencies and amplifier gains determined independently. A second method of analysis involves comparison of interspersed standard and sample Pb measurements with effective gains for each collector determined from the standards. In both cases the repetition of Pb isotope measurement is competetive with the thermal ionization mass spectrometry (TIMS) double-spike method.  相似文献

Gas-phase activation data were obtained for model sulfoxide elimination reactions. The activation enthalpy for methyl 3-phenylpropyl sulfoxide is 32.9 +/- 0.9 kcal/mol. Elimination by methyl vinyl sulfoxide to form acetylene has an enthalpic barrier of 41.6 +/- 0.8 kcal/mol and that of 3-phenylpropyl methanesulfinate to form hydrocinnamaldehyde is 34.6 +/- 0.6 kcal/mol. Calculations at the MP2/6-311+G(3df,2p)//MP2/6-31G(d,p) level for simplified models of these reactions provide barriers of 32.3, 40.3, and 32.7 kcal/mol, respectively. A series of other compounds are examined computationally, and it is shown that the substituent effects on the sulfoxide elimination reaction are much more straightforward to interpret if DeltaH data are available in addition to the usually determined DeltaH++. The activation enthalpy of the reverse addition reaction is also subject to structural variation and can usually be rationalized on the basis of nucleophilicity of the sulfur or polarity matching between the sulfenic acid and olefin derivative.  相似文献
