UV photoexcitation of (t-butylethynyl copper)24
cluster films induces segregation of the crystals into metallic and organic
phases and leads to evolve the metallic sheets sandwiched by organic
polymers. The growth of the metallic crystals in the plane of the
photo-electromagnetic field is attributed due to plasmon-plasmon interaction
among nanoparticles embedded in dielectric polymer matrices. The surface
enhanced photochemical reaction of residual cluster molecules on the photon
incident direction is expected to take an important role for joining the
metal particles to produce a metallic sheet. We can apply this phenomenon
for photolithographic copper pattern generation on a flexible base plate. 相似文献

New organic–inorganic hybrid material composed of typical single-molecule magnet [Mn12(CH3COO)16(H2O)4O12]·2CH3COOH·4H2O (Mn12-acetate) and photochromic azobenzene in PMMA cast films was prepared to observe novel photomagnetic phenomenon. We characterized it by means of UV–visible absorption and IR spectra to confirm photoisomerization of azobenzene even at room temperature. We measured temperature and field dependence of DC susceptibility, and temperature and frequency dependence of AC susceptibility as comparing with bulk precipitates of Mn12-acetate. We found some differences in hysteresis loops for them. After alternate illumination of UV or visible light for 3 min at 3 K, we could observe reversible decrease or increase of in-phase AC susceptibility (and little changes of DC susceptibility) for the hybrid materials accompanying cis–trans photoisomerization of azobenzene. 相似文献

The interaction of cholesterol with heptakis (2,3,6-tri-O-methyl)-beta-cyclodextrin (TOM-beta-CyD) was investigated in water using solubility method. It was found that TOM-beta-CyD forms two kinds of soluble complexes, with molar ratios of 1:1 and 1:2 (cholesterol:TOM-beta-CyD). The thermodynamic parameters for 1:1 and 1:2 complex formation of cholesterol with TOM-beta-CyD were: DeltaG0(1:1)=-11.0 kJ/mol at 25 degrees C (K1:1=7.70 x 10 M(-1)); DeltaH0(1:1)=-1.28 kJ/mol; TDeltaS0(1:1)=9.48 kJ/mol; DeltaG0(1:2)=-27.8 kJ/mol at 25 degrees C (K1:2)=7.55 x 10(4) M(-1)); DeltaH0(1:2)=-0.57 kJ/mol; TDeltaS0(1:1)=27.3 kJ/mol. The formation of the 1:2 complex occurred much more easily than that of the 1:1 complex. The driving force for 1:1 and 1:2 complex formation was suggested to be exclusively hydrophobic interaction. Based on the measurements of proton nuclear magnetic resonance spectra and studies with Corey-Pauling-Koltun atomic models, the probable structures of the 1:2 complex were estimated. In addition, the interaction of TOM-beta-CyD with cholesterol was compared with that of heptakis (2,6-di-O-methyl)-beta-CyD (DOM-beta-CyD). The interaction of TOM-beta-CyD is more hydrophobic than that of DOM-beta-CyD, and the life time of the complexed TOM-beta-CyD is sufficiently long to give separated signals, at the NMR time scale, which differs from that of complexed DOM-beta-CyD. 相似文献

A facile method to prepare one-dimensional (1D) organometallic nanomaterials from various ethynyl-substituted molecules is reported. The reactions of 3-chloro-1-ethynylbenzene, p-tBu-phenylacetylene and 4-ethynylbiphenyl with Cu+ ions in acetonitrile yield nanorod-shaped copper acetylides (Cu−C≡C−R) crystals. In the case of linear alkynes, namely, propyne, 1-pentyne and 1-hexyne, it was found that using an aqueous ammonia/ethanol mixed solvent instead of acetonitrile is a better approach to obtain 1D nanostructures. This procedure also enables us to prepare functional 1D nanomaterials. We demonstrate the preparation of a paramagnetic nanorod from the organic radical p-ethynylphenyl nitronyl nitroxide, and fluorescent nanorods from 9-ethynylphenanthrene and 2-ethynyl-9,9′-spirobifluorene. 相似文献

The interaction of cyclodextrins (CDs) with L-alpha-dipalmitoyl phopsatidyl choline (DPPC), L-alpha-distearoyl phosphatidyl choline (DSPC), and L-alpha-dimyristoyl phosphatidyl choline (DMPC) unilamellar liposomes was investigated by the leakage of carboxylfluorescein (CF) entrapped in the inner aqueous phase of liposomes, at 25 degrees C (DPPC and DSPC liposomes) and at 5 degrees C (DMPC liposomes). The efficiency of CDs for CF leakage was remarkable in the order of heptakis (2,6-di-O-methyl)-beta-CD (DOM-beta-CD) > alpha-CD > heptakis (2,3,6-tri-O-methy)-beta-CD (TOM-beta-CD) from DPPC liposomes, in the order of DOM-beta-CD > TOM-beta-CD > alpha-CD from DSPC liposomes and in the order of alpha-CD > DOM-beta-CD > TOM-beta-CD from DMPC liposomes. The other CDs used in the present studies, beta-CD, 2-hydroxylpropyl beta-CD, and gamma-CD scarcely induced the CF leakage from above the three liposomes. From the profiles of % CF leakage, together with measurements of differential scanning calorimetry, it was found that hydrophobic DOM-beta-CD penetrates the matrix of the liposomes to interact with them as well as TOM-beta-CD, and that less hydrophobic alpha-CD exists at the surface of the membrane to interact with the liposomes. Further, it was found that the interaction of CDs with liposomes changes depending not only on the length of fatty acid chain of phospholipid (condensation force and hydrophobicity) but also the hydrophobicity and the cavity size of CD. 相似文献
