Dedicated to the memory of Pr. Ladjama Daif A series of chiral cyclosulfamides have been synthesized by alkaline cyclisation starting from N‐benzoylamino acids (Ala, Val, Leu, Phe) derivatives and chlorosulfonyl isocyanate. A simplified and regioselective deprotection of the cyclic compounds (cyclosulfamides) containing the tert‐butyloxycarbonyl group (Boc) has been achieved in good yield by fusion under reduced pressure.  相似文献

In the course of our studies on Cerpegin analogues synthesis, a serendipitous reactivity of enaminolactone nitrile has been observed. Instead of expecting iminocerpegins, we have gained new class of substituted 2-aminopyridines. The methodology has been applied on a wide range of primary amines, as aliphatic, aromatic, heteroaromatic and also, diamines, hydrazines and chiral amines.  相似文献

Systems with vacations are usually modeled and analyzed by queueing theory, and almost all works assume that the customer source is infinite and the arrival process is Poisson. This paper aims to present an approach for modeling and analyzing finite-source multiserver systems with single and multiple vacations of servers or all stations, using the Generalized Stochastic Petri nets model. We show how this high level formalism, allows a simple construction of detailed and compact models for such systems and to obtain easily the underlying Markov chains. However, for real vacation systems, the models may have a huge state space. To overcome this problem, we give the algorithms for automatically computing the infinitesimal generator, for the different vacation policies. In addition, we develop the formulas of the main exact stationary performance indices. Through numerical examples, we discuss the effect of server number, vacation rate and vacation policy on the system’s performances.  相似文献

A simple, sensitive and rapid HPLC method was developed and validated for the simultaneous determination of famotidine (FMT) and related impurities in pharmaceuticals. Chromatographic separation was accomplished within 10 min on a porous graphitic carbon (PGC) column using 50:50 v/v ACN-water containing 0.5% pentane sulphonic acid (PSA) as the mobile phase. Separation was achieved with a flow rate of 1 mL/min and a detection wavelength of 265 nm. The calibration curves were linear over a concentration range of 1.5-100 microg/mL. The intra- and interday RSDs (n = 5) for the retention times and peak area were all less than 2%. The method was sensitive with an LOD (S/N = 3) of 0.1 microg/mL for FMT, imp. C and 0.05 microg/mL for imp. 2, A and D. All recoveries were greater than 98%. The method was demonstrated to be precise, accurate and specific with no interference from the tablet ingredients and separation of the drug peak from the peaks of the degradation products (oxidative degradation and acid and base degradation). The results indicated that the proposed method could be used for the determination of FMT in commercial dosage forms and as a stability-indicating assay.  相似文献

A post-synthesis alignment of individual single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) is desirable for translating their unique anisotropic properties to a macroscopic scale. Here, we demonstrate excellent dispersion, orientation and concomitant-polarised photoluminescence of SWCNTs in a nematic chromonic liquid crystal. The methods to obtain stable suspension are described, and order parameters of the liquid crystal matrix and of the nanotubes are measured independently.  相似文献

Jonesia denitrificans BN-13 produces six xylanases: Xyl1, Xyl2, Xyl3, Xyl4, Xyl5, and Xyl6; the Xyl4 was purified and characterized after two consecutive purification steps using ultrafiltration and anion exchange chromatography. The xylanase-specific activity was found to be 77 unit (U)/mg. The molecular weight of the Xyl4 estimated using sodium dodecyl sulfate–polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS–PAGE) revealed a monomeric isoenzyme of about 42 kDa. It showed an optimum pH value of 7.0 and a temperature of 50 °C. It was stable at 50 °C for 9.34 h. The enzyme showed to be activated by Mn+2, β-mercaptoethanol, and dithiothreitol (DTT) with a high affinity towards birchwood xylan (with a K m of 1 mg ml?1) and hydrolysis of oat-spelt xylan with a K m of 1.85 mg ml?1. The ability of binding to cellulose and/or xylan was also investigated.  相似文献
