High-speed Optoelectronic Modules using Vertical Cavity Surface Emitting Lasers (VCSEL) coupled to Multi Mode Fibers (MMF)
are a performing and low-cost solution for 10 Gigabit Ethernet (10 GbE) in short-distance optical links. A complete model
of the spatiotemporal behavior of multimode VCSELs, through static and dynamic response, noise, thermal effects, and its coupling
to MMF has been investigated. Relative Intensity Noise shows modal dependence and can be affected by spatial filtering due
to coupling and fiber propagation. Simulations permit to evaluate critical parameters, such as modulation formats, launching
conditions, and operating temperature for global bandwidth and eye diagram optimization up to 10 Gb/s. Simulation results

Photocatalysis has been known as one of the promising technologies due to its eco-friendly nature. However, the potential application of many photocatalysts is limited owing to their large bandgaps and inefficient use of the solar spectrum. One strategy to overcome this problem is to combine the advantages of heteroatom-containing supports with active metal centers to accurately adjust the structural parameters. Metal nanoparticles (MNPs) and single atom catalysts (SACs) are excellent candidates due to their distinctive coordination environment which enhances photocatalytic activity. Metal-organic frameworks (MOFs), covalent organic frameworks (COFs) and carbon nitride (g-C3N4) have shown great potential as catalyst support for SACs and MNPs. The numerous combinations of organic linkers with various heteroatoms and metal ions provide unique structural characteristics to achieve advanced materials. This review describes the recent advancement of the modified MOFs, COFs and g-C3N4 with SACs and NPs for enhanced photocatalytic applications with emphasis on environmental remediation. 相似文献

The absolute stereochemistry of cyanohydrins, derived from ketones and aldehydes, is obtained routinely, in a microscale and derivatization‐free manner, upon their complexation with Zn‐MAPOL, a zincated porphyrin host with a binding pocket comprised of a biphenol core. The host–guest complex leads to observable exciton‐coupled circular dichroism (ECCD), the sign of which is easily correlated to the absolute stereochemistry of the bound cyanohydrin. An efficient and eco-friendly method is reported for the synthesis of 2-substituted-2,3-dihydroquinazolin -4(1 H)-ones from direct cyclocondensation of anthranilamide with aldehydes and ketones using N-propylsulfamic acid supported onto magnetic Fe3O4 nanoparticles(MNPs-PSA) as a recoverable and recyclable nanocatalyst in good to excellent yields in water at 70℃.The catalyst was readily separated using an external magnet and reusable without significant loss of their catalytic efficiency. 相似文献

A nonlocal elastic beam model is developed to investigate the small scale effects on the large-amplitude vibration analysis
of embedded multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) at an elevated temperature. The nested slender nanotubes are coupled with
each other through the van der Waals (vdW) interlayer interaction. The curvature-dependent vdW force employed incorporates
not only pairwise nearest-neighbor but also nonneighbor interactions between nested nanotubes. The incremental harmonic balance
method is adopted to analytically solve the nonlinear equations that are governed by the vibrations of nested nanotubes. The
