An antimony film electrode prepared on‐line and installed as part of a sequential injection system, was used as an electrochemical detector to determine azo dyes in food samples. The influence of several flow variables were evaluated using a central composite design. In optimal conditions, the linear range of the calibration curve varied from 1–5 µM, with a limit of detection limit of 0.3 µM. The relative standard deviation of analytical repeatability was <5.0 %.The method was validated by comparing the results obtained with those provided by HPLC; no significant difference were seen.  相似文献

The controlled assembly of gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) with the size of quantum dots into predictable structures is extremely challenging as it requires the quantitatively and topologically precise placement of anisotropic domains on their small, approximately spherical surfaces. We herein address this problem by using polyoxometalate leaving groups to transform 2 nm diameter gold cores into reactive building blocks with hydrophilic and hydrophobic surface domains whose relative sizes can be precisely tuned to give dimers, clusters, and larger micelle-like organizations. Using cryo-TEM imaging and 1H DOSY NMR spectroscopy, we then provide an unprecedented “solution-state” picture of how the micelle-like structures respond to hydrophobic guests by encapsulating them within 250 nm diameter vesicles whose walls are comprised of amphiphilic AuNP membranes. These findings provide a versatile new option for transforming very small AuNPs into precisely tailored building blocks for the rational design of functional water-soluble assemblies.  相似文献

We consider a transmission problem consisting of two semilinear parabolic equations involving fractional diffusion operators of different orders in a general non-smooth setting with emphasis on Lipschitz interfaces and transmission conditions along the interface. The conjunctival bacterial resident and opportunistic flora of dogs may represent a major source of dissemination of pathogens throughout the environment or to other animals and humans. Nevertheless, contamination with bacteria from external sources is common. In this context, the study of the antimicrobial resistance (AMR) pattern may represent an indicator of multidrug resistant (MDR) strains exchange. The present study was focused on a single predisposed breed—Saint Bernard. The evaluated animals were healthy, but about half had a history of ocular disease/treatment. The swabs collected from conjunctival sacs were evaluated by conventional microbiological cultivation and antimicrobial susceptibility testing (AST). The most prevalent Gram-positive was Staphylococcus spp.; regardless of the history, while Gram-negative was Pseudomonas spp.; exclusively from dogs with a history of ocular disease/treatment. Other identified genera were represented by Bacillus, Streptococcus, Trueperella, Aeromonas and Neisseria. The obtained results suggest a possible association between the presence of mixed flora and a history of ocular disease/treatment. A high AMR was generally observed (90%) in all isolates, especially for kanamycin, doxycycline, chloramphenicol and penicillin. MDR was recorded in Staphylococcus spp. and Pseudomonas spp. This result together with a well-known zoonotic potential may suggest an exchange of these strains within animal human populations and the environment.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

New fluorene-containing copolymer was prepared via the catalytic dehydrocoupling reaction of 9,9-dipropargylfluorene and 4,4′-diphenyl-2,6-dibromo-dithieno-[3,2-b:2′,3′-d]silole in 44% yield. The resulting polymer was completely soluble in common organic solvents. The thermal behaviors and optical properties of the resulting polymer were measured and discussed. The chemical structure of polymer was characterized by NMR, IR, and UV-visible spectroscopies. The polymer showed characteristic wide UV-visible absorption band and blue PL maximum value at 440 nm, which is corresponding photon energy of 2.82 eV. The quantum yield (6.44%) of poly(DPF-DTS) was found to be 5 times higher than that of poly(DPF-bithiophene)).  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Interactions of cycloheptatriene derivatives, C7H6X, (X?=?NH, PH, AsH, O, S, Se) with the cations H+, CH3+, Cu+, Al+, Li+, Na+, and K+ are studied using B3LYP functional and 6-311++G(d,p) basis set. The calculated gas-phase cation affinities (CA) and cation basicities (CB) for all molecules decrease as H+ > CH3+ > Cu+ > Al+ > Li+ > Na+ > K+. We used the induced aromaticity in the 7-membered ring of C7H6X upon interaction with the cations, M+, as a measure of C7H6X/M+ interaction. Nucleus-independent chemical shift (NICS) and harmonic oscillator model of aromaticity (HOMA) were used as two indices of aromaticity. The highest and lowest induced aromaticities were observed for interactions of H+ and K+, respectively. Also, the aromaticity induced by interaction with a cation in C7H6AsH and C7H6PH was larger than that in C7H6NH and C7H6O. Hence, the aromaticity was considered as a measure of covalency for the C7H6X/M+ interactions showing a rational dependence on both the molecule and cation. The nature of the interactions was also assessed using electron density, charge distribution analysis and NBO calculations. The results of the aromaticity indices, NICS and HOMA, were compared with the electron density and NBO results.  相似文献

By analogy with the probabilistic approach of the classical Bernstein polynomials, in this paper firstly we give the proof for the uniform convergence of the nonlinear max-product Bernstein operator by using the theory of possibility. This new approach, which interprets the max-product Bernstein operator as a possibilistic expectation of a particular fuzzy variable having a possibilistic Bernoulli distribution, does not only offer a good justification for the max-product Bernstein operator, but also allows to extend the method to other discrete max-product Bernstein type operators.  相似文献

Using advanced machine learning techniques as an alternative to conventional double-entry volume equations, a regression model of the inside-bark volume (dependent variable) for standing Eucalyptus globulus trunks (or main stems) has been built as a function of the following three independent variables: age, height and outside-bark diameter at breast height (DBH). The experimental observed data (age, height, outside-bark DBH and inside-bark volume) for 142 trees (E. globulus) were measured and a nonlinear model was built using a data-mining methodology based on support vector machines (SVM) and multilayer perceptron networks (MLP) for regression problems. Coefficients of determination and Furnival’s indices indicate the superiority of the SVM with a radial kernel over the allometric regression models and the MLP.  相似文献
