Fifteen organometallic Ir(III) half‐sandwich complexes ( 1A – 5C ) having the general formula [(η5‐Cpx)Ir(N^N)Cl]PF6 (Cpx = Cp*, tetramethyl(phenyl)cyclopentadienyl (Cpxph) or tetramethyl(biphenyl)cyclopentadienyl (Cpxbiph); N^N = diamine) have been synthesized and characterized. The molecular structure of 1A was determined using single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis. The hydrolysis of 1A – 5C was monitored using UV–visible spectra. Complexes 3A – 3C showed catalytic activity for the oxidation of NADH to NAD+, where 3C showed the highest turnover number of 29.9 within 450 min. Cytotoxicity examination by MTT assay was carried out against two human cancer cell lines (HeLa and A549) after 24 or 48 h drug treatment. The complexes showed high potency, where the most potent complex ( 3C ; IC50 = 3.4 μM) was six times more active than cisplatin against A549 cells after 24 h drug exposure. Cytotoxic potency towards A549 cells increased with phenyl substitution on Cp ring: Cpxbiph > Cpxph > Cp*. In addition, the biological studies showed that 3C caused cell apoptosis and cell cycle arrest at G1 phase in A549 cancer cells. Moreover, 3C increased the level of reactive oxygen species markedly after 24 h, which may provide an important basis for killing cancer cells. Confocal laser scanning microscopy was used to track 3C in A549 cells. The cellular localization experiment showed that 3C targeted lysosomes and caused lysosomal damage. 相似文献

The enantiomeric separations of five chiral pesticides, diclofopmethyl, 1; benalaxy, 2; acetofenate, 3; myclobutanil, 4; and difenoconazole, 5, were conducted on a Chiralpak IB-H column by a packed-column supercritical fluid chromatography (p-SFC). All compounds, except difenoconazole and myclobutanil, were well resolved within 10 min. As the mobile phase polarity decreased through changing the percentage and the type of alcohol modifiers in the supercritical carbon dioxide (CO(2)), the retention time, the separation factors, and the resolution increased. However, based on the retention time and the resolution, the optimized separations were obtained with the mobile phase containing 10% 2-propanol for diclofop-methyl 1; benalaxy, 2; myclobutanil, 4; difenoconazole, 5; and containing 3% 2-propanol for acetofenate, 3. The optimized separation temperature was at 35°C under the supercritical fluid condition. The π-π interactions and the hydrogen bonding interactions between Chiralpak IB-H CSP and the analytes might be the main chiral discriminations on enantioseparation of these five pesticides. 相似文献

Three mixed-ligand CuII complexes bearing iminodiacetato (ida) and N-heterocyclic ligands, namely, [Cu2(ida)2(bbbm)(H2O)2] · H2O (1), [Cu2(ida)2(btx)(H2O)2] · 2H2O (2) and [Cu2(ida)2(pbbm)(H2O)2] · H2O · 3CH3OH (3) (bbbm = 1,1′-(1,4-butanediyl)bis-1H-benzimidazole, btx = 1,4-bis(1,2,4-triazol-1-ylmethyl)benzene, pbbm = 1,1′-(1,3-propanediyl)bis-1H-benzimidazole), in addition to three fcz-based CuII complexes, namely, {[Cu(fcz)2(H2O)2] · 2NO3}n (4), {[Cu(fcz)2(H2O)] · SO4 · DMF · 2CH3OH · 2H2O}n (5) and {[Cu(fcz)2Cl2] · 2CH3OH}n (6) (fcz = 1-(2,4-difluorophenyl)-1,1-bis[(1H-1,2,4-triazol-l-yl) methyl]ethanol) have been prepared according to appropriate synthetic strategies with the aim of exploiting new and potent catalysts. Single crystal X-ray diffraction shows that 1 and 2 possess similar binuclear structures, 3 features a 2D pleated network, and 4 exhibits a 1D polymeric double-chain structure. Complexes 1-6 are tested as catalysts in the green catalysis process of the oxidative coupling of 2,6-dimethylphenol (DMP). Under the optimized reaction conditions, these complexes are catalytically active by showing high conversion of DMP and high selectivity of PPE. The preliminary study of the catalytic-structural correlations suggests that the coordination environment of the copper center have important influences on their catalytic activities. 相似文献

With the motivation of searching for highly selective ferric ion sorbents, two open-framework and microporous materials, {[Pb7(HEDTP)2(H2O)] x 7H2O}n (1) and {[Zn2(H4EDTP)] x 2H2O}n (2) [H8EDTP = N,N,N',N'-ethylenediaminetetrakis(methylenephosphonic acid)], have been synthesized and structurally characterized. The structure of compound 1 results from the seven crystallographically different lead atoms that are bridged by two HEDTP(7-) ligands to yield a three-dimensional microporous framework with tunnels along the a and b axes. Compound 2 features a layer architecture built of square waves along the a axis. The layers are connected by hydrogen bonds between uncoordinated phosphonate oxygen atoms to form a three-dimensional supramolecular network, with one-dimensional tunnels along the a axis. Both compounds 1 and 2 exhibited high ion sorption and exchange capacities for millimolar concentrations of Fe(III). Specifically, when 0.01 g of 1 (or 2) was added to 5 mL of a 1 mM metallic chloride aqueous solution and the mixture was allowed to stand for 2 days at room temperature, compound 1 adsorbed nearly 100% of Fe(III) and compound 2 adsorbed 96.8% of Fe(III). They were also found to adsorb ferric ions selectively over other metal ions, such as Ca(II), Cr(II), Mn(II), Cu(II), Zn(II), Cd(II), etc. Their special ferric ion uptake capacities may be attributed to the cation exchange, coordination bonding, and electrostatic attraction between ferric ions and metal phosphonates. 相似文献

The influences of binder and molding method on the catalytic performance of methane aromatization in the absence of O2 over MoO3/ZSM-5 catalysts were investigated. SEM, NH3-TPD, FT-IR of adsorbed pyridine, N2 adsorption-desorption, cyclohexane adsorption and XPS were employed to characterize the physical and chemical properties of the catalysts. It was found that SiO2 was a suitable binder for the catalyst due to its appropriate weak acidity. The laminar catalyst comprising of an inert spherical core and a MoO3/ZSM-5 laminar shell with 0.1-0.2 mm in thickness showed a better catalytic performance than the extruded catalyst. The improved activity of the laminar catalyst could be attributed to the easy carbonization of Mo species and the quick removal of reaction products from the catalyst surface. 相似文献

[reaction: see text] Carbamate deprotonation followed by treatment with CuCN.2LiCl affords alpha-(N-carbamoyl)alkylcuprates which react with propargyl halides, mesylates, tosylates, phosphates, acetates, and epoxides to give alpha-(N-carbamoyl) allenes via an anti-S(N)2' substitution process. Propargyl halides, sulfonates, and phosphates give good yields of carbamoyl allenes, while the acetates afford low yields. Propargyl substrates undergo regiospecific S(N)2' substitution in the absence of severe steric hindrance. The alpha-(N-carbamoyl) allenes can be cyclized to 2-oxazolidinones or deprotected to afford the free amines which can be cyclized to Delta(3)-pyrrolines with either AgNO(3) or Ru(3)(CO)(12). 相似文献

Catalytic spectrophotometric determination of iodine in coal by pyrohydrolysis decomposition 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
A method for the determination of iodine in coal using pyrohydrolysis for sample decomposition was proposed. A pyrohydrolysis apparatus system was constructed, and the procedure was designed to burn and hydrolyse coal steadily and completely. The parameters of pyrohydrolysis were optimized through the orthogonal experimental design. Iodine in the absorption solution was evaluated by the catalytic spectrophotometric method, and the absorbance at 420 nm was measured by a double-beam UV-visible spectrophotometer. The limit of detection and quantification of the proposed method were 0.09 μg g−1 and 0.29 μg g−1, respectively. After analysing some Chinese soil reference materials (SRMs), a reasonable agreement was found between the measured values and the certified values. The accuracy of this approach was confirmed by the analysis of eight coals spiked with SRMs with an indexed recovery from 94.97 to 109.56%, whose mean value was 102.58%. Six repeated tests were conducted for eight coal samples, including high sulfur coal and high fluorine coal. A good repeatability was obtained with a relative standard deviation value from 2.88 to 9.52%, averaging 5.87%. With such benefits as simplicity, precision, accuracy and economy, this approach can meet the requirements of the limits of detection and quantification for analysing iodine in coal, and hence it is highly suitable for routine analysis. 相似文献
