Based on the crystal structure of a natural protein substrate for microbial transglutaminase, an enzyme that catalyzes protein crosslinking, a recognition motif for site‐specific conjugation was rationally designed. Conformationally locked by an intramolecular disulfide bond, this structural mimic of a native conjugation site ensured efficient conjugation of a reporter cargo to the therapeutic monoclonal antibody cetuximab without erosion of its binding properties.  相似文献

Pair correlations and the magnetic susceptibility of electrons in a spherical cavity are studied both for grand canonical and the canonical ensemble. The coupling constant of the BCS Hamiltonian is adjusted to experimental values of the gap parameter. The gap parameter is found to increase for small grains as a consequence of the pronounced shell structure in the spectrum of the spherical cavity. The sharp phase transition at Tc is smeared out for the canonical ensemble. The strong paramagnetic susceptibility of the normal electrons in the cavity is reduced by the superconductivity, but it remains positive.  相似文献

Comparing with the exact solutions of the model system of one and two particles coupled to an axial rotor, the quality of the semi classical tilted axis cranking approximation is investigated. Extensive comparisons of the energies and M1 and E2 transition probabilities are carried out for the lowest bands. Very good agreement is found, except near band crossings. Various recipes to take into account finite K within the frame of the usual principal axis cranking are included into the comparison. A set of rules is suggested that permits to construct the excited bands from the cranking configurations, avoiding spurious states.  相似文献

A general core-quasiparticle coupling (CQPC) formalism is presented that properly accounts for the particle-hole structure in odd-A transitional nuclei. The method is a consequent generalization of the Coriolis-coupling approach. The formalism is applied to the coupling of a quasiparticle to the γ = 30° triaxial rotor and to a γ-unstable core. A comparison with the experimental 191Pt spectrum shows that the odd particle is not a sufficiently sensitive probe to distinguish between the two core models.  相似文献

The structure of 105Sn has been investigated through the 50Cr(58Ni,2pn) reaction at a beam energy of 210 MeV. In addition to an extension of the spherical level scheme, a regular sequence of dipole transitions has been found. The experimental results are in agreement with the prediction of Tilted Axis Cranking calculations, which satisfactorily explain the properties of the band.  相似文献

The level structures of neutron-rich ~(105)Mo,~(106)Mo,~(108)Mo and 110Ru nuclei in A≈100 region have been carefully investigated by coincidence measurements of the prompt γ-rays populated in the spontaneous fission of ~(252)Cf with the Gammasphere detector array.In 105Mo,one-phonon K =9/2 and two-phonon K=13/2 γ-vibrational bands have been identified.In ~(108)Mo,one-phonon γ-vibrational band is expanded and two-phonon γ-vibrational band has been identified.Two similar sets of bands in ~(106)Mo and ~(110)Ru are observed to high spins,which have been proposed as the soft chiral γ-vibrational bands.The characteristics for these γ-vibrational bands and chiral doublet bands have been discussed.  相似文献

High spin states in A ~ 110 neutron-rich 106Mo, 110Ru and 112Ru nuclei have been reinvestigated by measuring the prompt γ-rays from the spontaneous fission of 252Cf. Two similar sets of bands are observed to high spins in each of three nuclei. Through analyzing of characters of the band structures, the chiral doublet bands are suggested in 106Mo, 110Ru and 112Ru.  相似文献

Evidence is presented for multiphonon excitations based on a high-spin (25 Planck) intrinsic state in the deformed nucleus 182 Os. Angular momentum generation by this mode competes with collective rotation. The experimental data are compared with tilted-axis cranking calculations, supporting the vibrational interpretation. However, the lower experimental energies provide evidence that more complex interactions of states are playing a role.  相似文献

High-spin states have been studied in 72Kr and 72Br using the 40Ca + 40Ca and 36Ar + 40Ca reactions at 164 and 145 MeV, respectively. The properties and configurations of the high-spin bands observed have been interpreted using unpaired cranked Nilsson-Strutinsky (CNS), and for 72Kr, paired cranked relativistic Hartree-Bogoliubov (CRHB) calculations. In 72Kr a new band has been identified that has the properties expected for the doubly aligned S-band configuration. In 72Br the previously known bands have been extended to higher spin.
