This study presents the mechanical characterization of the dry film photoresist PerMX and its adhesion properties when laminated onto Kapton® E (PI) and Melinex® ST506 (PET). Additionally, the processing temperature, the adhesion strength, and the neutral plane position are investigated and optimized. A relatively low-temperature (85 °C) process is developed to protect the integrity of the polymers with low glass transition temperature and reduce the thermal mismatch stress. Reduction in processing temperature led to a decrement in the adhesion strength. To counteract this unwanted effect, surface treatments (oxygen plasma) are performed on the polymer surface before lamination. Using the latter techniques, adhesion of PerMX to PET (hard bake: 1 h at 85 °C) is increased from 0.07 to 0.26 N mm−1 (variation of 270%). Finally, the mechanical robustness is investigated and increased by tuning the position of the neutral plane, after 50,000 bending cycles and a radius of curvature of 2.5 mm. © 2013 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The 3D periodic state, following the steady thermocapillary convection state, around an air bubble immersed in a low-Prandtl-number silicone oil layer under a heated wall was experimentally investigated on the ground and during parabolic flights. This oscillation was observed under reduced gravity conditions for the first time. Consequently, the initiation of this oscillation seems to be independent of gravity and so of buoyancy convection. The reduced and increased gravity conditions showed that the gravity level modifies the oscillation. Its frequency increases with the gravity level. The comparison with the results obtained on the ground shows the bubble aspect ratio is not a relevant parameter when the gravity varies. Received: 27 November 2000/Accepted: 25 May 2001  相似文献

The pure rotational spectrum of the complex Kr-AgCl has been measured between 8-15 GHz using a cavity pulsed-jet Fourier transform microwave spectrometer. The complex was found to be linear and relatively rigid, with a Kr-Ag bond length of approximately 2.641 ?. The Kr-Ag stretching frequency was estimated to be 117 cm(-1). Ab initio calculations performed at the MP2 level of theory gave the geometry, vibration frequencies, Kr-Ag bond dissociation energy, and orbital populations. The Kr-Ag bond dissociation energy was estimated to be approximately 28 kJ mol(-1). The Kr-Ag force constant and dissociation energy are greater than those of Ar-Ag in Ar-AgCl. The chlorine nuclear quadrupole coupling constants show slight changes on complex formation. Ab initio orbital population analysis shows a small shift in sigma-electron density from Kr to Ag on complex formation. The combined experimental and ab initio results are consistent with the presence of a weak Kr-Ag covalent bond. Copyright 2001 Academic Press.  相似文献

With a three-dimensional (3D) quadrupole ion trap running in a Fourier transform operating mode, the detected signal is an image of the collective motion of the confined ions. Consequently, it is assumed that the image signal is the sum of the axial trajectories of the simultaneously confined ions. The resulting frequency spectrum after Fourier transformation comprises frequency peaks at the axial secular frequencies of the confined species according to their mass/charge ratio. With a singly confined species, the maximal amplitude of the image signal is proportional to the amplitude of the secular axial frequency peak. The matrix method is employed to express the axial trajectory sampled at the confinement field period. In that case, the expression of the image signal, as well as its maximal amplitude, is calculated as a function of the trap operating conditions and initial axial positions and axial velocities of the ions. The initial position and velocity distributions are connected to the injection mode. With the steady ion flow injection mode (SIFIM) and an initial phase of the confinement field equal to kπ, the maximal amplitude of the image signal is proportional to either the sum of the initial axial positions or the number of confined ions and the mean value of the initial axial positions. By simulation, amplitude fluctuation of the frequency peak is then calculated for a number of ions ranging between some tens to some thousands of ions injected by SIFIM. The peak amplitude fluctuations induced by the fluctuations of the number of ions are seven times greater than those induced by the fluctuations of the distribution of the initial axial positions.  相似文献

The aim of this study is to evaluate the capabilities of zeolites as selective sorbents for on-line dioxin monitoring. The adsorption isotherms of 2,3-DCDD and 1,2,3,4-TCDD from isooctane on several zeolites with different pore sizes (*BEA, EMT, FAU and MFI-type zeolites) are determined. Selective adsorption is shown for FAU and EMT-type zeolites. 2,3-DCDD is adsorbed by FAU with the highest adsorption capacity and affinity while 1,2,3,4-TCDD is not adsorbed whatever the zeolites. The adsorption of 2,3-DCDD inside the pores of FAU is qualitatively confirmed by diffuse reflectance UV spectrometry and thermogravimetry measurements.  相似文献

The graphitic layered compound C6N9H3·HCl was prepared by reaction between melamine and cyanuric chloride under high pressure-high temperature conditions in a piston cylinder apparatus and characterised using SEM, powder X-ray diffraction, UV Raman and near-IR Fourier transform Raman spectroscopy with near-IR excitation. Theoretical calculations using density functional methods permitted evaluation of the mode of attachment of H atoms to nitrogen sites in the structure and a better understanding of the X-ray diffraction pattern. Broadening in the UV and near-IR FT Raman spectra indicate possible disordering of the void sites within the graphitic layers or it could be due to electron-phonon coupling effects.  相似文献
