Caffeic acid (CA)-modified graphite electrodes [GE/poly(CA)] was applied to the co-detection of copper and lead in artisanal sugarcane spirit using square-wave anodic stripping voltammetry (SWASV). Electrochemical and morphological studies were performed, and a mechanism for polymerization was proposed. Electropolymerization, SWASV, and analysis conditions parameters were optimized. Interferents, repeatability, reproducibility, and addition and recovery tests were carried out. GE/poly(CA) shows a linear range from 15 to 705 μg/L with a limit of detection of 3.01 μg/L for Pb(II) and 4.50 μg/L for Cu(II). Real samples of artisanal sugarcane spirit were used, and the electrochemical results were compared with atomic absorption spectroscopy experiments.  相似文献

In this work, a silver/silver chloride ink is fabricated using two steps. First the silver ink is prepare using silver, nail polish and acetone. Then the silver ink is painted in a paper substrate and a silver chloride layer is deposited using a bleach solution. The result is the silver/silver chloride conductive ink. The silver ink is cheap ($2.49/g), well-dispersive and very easy to fabricate. The materials were characterized by SEM and XRD. The Ag ink showed the formation of a continuous network throughout the silver ink film with fewer agglomeration. The effective chlorination process was also observed in the Ag/AgCl characterization. Since the Ag/AgCl substrate will be used as a quasi-reference electrode, it is important to investigate the electrical properties. The Ag ink showed an average ohmic resistance of 2.27 Ω. The addition of the AgCl layer decreases the conductivity, as expected. In summary, the Ag/Ag/Cl ink developed is simple, well-dispersed, cheap and with good conductivity. Therefore, it can be used as a conductive ink in the fabrication of quasi-reference electrodes.  相似文献

The analysis of 17β-estradiol with high sensitivity and selectivity is extremely relevant to control the impacts that this compound can cause on health and the environment. Thus, we describe the development and application of a magneto carbon paste electrode based on magnetic molecularly imprinted polymer (MCPE-MMIP) for determination of 17β-estradiol. The analyte adsorbed on the MMIP was immobilized on the electrode surface by magnetic capture. The morphological and structural characterization of the obtained MMIP suggests that the material was effectively synthesized. MCPE-MMIP showed an improvement in the sensitivity for 17β-estradiol detection when compared to electrode configurations in the absence of this material. The optimum conditions (0.10 mol L−1 phosphate buffer pH 7.0) were reached by differential pulse adsorptive stripping voltammetry (DPAdSV), in which the method presented linearity ranged from 0.06 to 175 μmol L−1 with limits of detection and quantification of 0.02 and 0.06 μmol L−1, respectively. The proposed sensor was applied effectively in the analysis of 17β-estradiol in river water and raw milk samples, exhibiting excellent recovery values (between 96.20 and 104 %), which were confirmed by HPLC analysis.  相似文献

The thermal fractionation kinetics of a linear low‐density polyethylene (LLDPE) during Successive Self‐Nucleation and Annealing (SSA) is investigated by fast scanning chip‐calorimetry (FSC), by systematically varying the holding times (ts) at each fractionation temperature (Ts). The range of explored fractionation times spans four orders of magnitude, from 0.001 to 10 s. Discernible thermal fractions are already detected in the very early stages of the process, at ts shorter than one second. As ts increases, the melting endotherm after SSA indicates a progressive lamellar thickening and narrowing of the thicknesses distribution of the various crystalline fractions. The largest variations are observed for the families of crystals containing the longest crystallizable sequences, which also undergo a change of their relative content as a consequence of self‐nucleated crystallization at Ts. The quality of the thermal fractionation obtained in 10 seconds with FSC is equivalent to that of conventional differential scanning calorimetry SSA (ts = 300 s). © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. In this paper we reexamine recent results obtained by our group on the crystallization of nanocomposites and linear and miktoarm star copolymers in order to obtain some general features of their crystallization properties. Different nanocomposites have been prepared where a close interaction between the polymer matrix and the nano-filler has been achieved: in situ polymerized high density polyethylene (HDPE) on carbon nanotubes (CNT); and polycaprolactone (PCL) and poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO) covalently bonded to carbon nanotubes. In all these nanocomposites a “super-nucleation” effect was detected where the CNTs perform a more efficient nucleating action than the self-nuclei of the polymer matrix. It is believed that such a super-nucleation effect stems from the fact that the polymer chains are tethered to the surface of the CNT and can easily form nuclei. For polystyrene (PS) and PCL block copolymers, miktoarm star copolymers (with two arms of PS and two arms of PCL) were found to display more compact morphologies for equivalent compositions than linear PS-b-PCL diblock copolymers. As a consequence, the crystallization of the PCL component always experienced much higher confinement in the miktoarm stars case than in the linear diblock copolymer case. The consequences of the topological confinement of the chains in block copolymers and nanocomposites on the crystallization were the same even though the origin of the effect is different in each case. For nanocomposites a competition between super-nucleation and confinement was detected and the behavior was dominated by one or the other depending on the nano-filler content. At low contents the super-nucleation effect dominates. In both cases, the confinement increases as the nano-filler content increases or the second block content increases (in this case a non-crystallizable block such as PS). The consequences of confinement are: a reduction of both crystallization and melting temperatures, a strong reduction of the crystallinity degree, an increase in the supercooling needed for isothermal crystallization, a depression of the overall crystallization rate and a decrease in the Avrami index until values of one or lower are achieved indicating a nucleation control on the overall crystallization kinetics.  相似文献

A reagentless amperometric biosensor sensitive to lactate was developed. The sensor employs a carbon paste electrode modified with lactate oxidase (LOx) and Meldola’s Blue (MB) adsorbed on silica gel coated with niobium oxide. The dependence on the biosensor response was investigated in terms of pH, supporting electrolyte, ionic strength, lactate oxidase (LOx) amounts and applied potential. The biosensor showed an excellent operational stability (96 % of the activity was maintained after 150 determinations) and storage stability (allowing measurements for more than 1.5 months, when stored in a refrigerator). The proposed biosensor also presented good sensitivity allowing lactate quantification at levels down to 6.5×10?7 mol L?1. Moreover, the biosensor showed a good linear response range (from 0.1 to 5.0 mmol L?1 for lactate). Lactate analysis in biological samples such as blood was also performed. The precision of the data obtained by the proposed biosensor showed reliable results for real complex matrices.  相似文献

The application of the Successive Self-nucleation and Annealing (SSA) thermal fractionation technique can yield detailed information of the structural changes induced in linear polyethylene by irradiation. The production of tertiary carbons during the crosslinking reactions can be equivalent to the structural heterogeneity present in branched polyethylenes since in both cases interruption of the linear crystallizable sequences occurs, and these are structural differences that can be easily detected by thermal fractionation. We demonstrate how correlations between melting point and short chain branching content employed for branched polymers can be useful to characterize the distribution of chain heterogeneity produced by crosslinking. As the radiation dose is increased and the crosslinking content also increases, the distribution of chain heterogeneity gets broader as detected by SSA. When the results are coupled with morphological observations made by transmission electron microscopy, valuable information on the morphological changes produced by crosslinking can also be ascertained, since the distribution of lamellar thicknesses substantially broadens with crosslinking. Such a broad distribution can also be predicted from SSA by simple calculations performed employing a modified version of the Gibbs–Thomson equation and is expected on the basis of random crosslinking reactions.  相似文献

Novel food, super food, wolfberry, the Himalayan longevity fruit. Several different and, even more, colourful names define the fruits of Lycium barbarum L., one of the most popular food supplements and anti-aging remedies of the recent years. Goji derivatives find application at the interface between food and medicine thanks to the claimed antioxidant and immunomodulatory properties. Aiming at identifying the most effective extraction protocol for processing different goji berries samples (fresh and dried, commercial and from an Italian cultivar), combinations of extractive and analytical techniques were attempted. The concentration of bioactive compounds and of total phenols were measured and the antioxidant activity of the obtained extracts was studied. The results highlight the most suitable combination of source and process to obtain an extract that can be suitable for nutraceutical applications.  相似文献

The definition and simulation of fractional Brownian motion are considered from the point of view of a set of coherent fractional derivative definitions. To do it, two sets of fractional derivatives are considered: (a) the forward and backward and (b) the central derivatives, together with two representations: generalised difference and integral. It is shown that for these derivatives the corresponding autocorrelation functions have the same representations. The obtained results are used to define a fractional noise and, from it, the fractional Brownian motion. This is studied. The simulation problem is also considered.  相似文献
