Rare earth elements have been widely used in many areas. Rare earth complex bearing an amino acid was synthesized to study the influence and the long-term effect of rare earth elements on environment and human beings,because amino acid is the basic unit of the living things. Previous work on these kinds of comidex is focused on synthesis and characterization of them. But thermodynamic data have seldom been reported. Here we present the thermod~nRmle study of [ Ho (Thr)(H20 )5]Cl3. The heat capecity of Holmium complex with threonine,[Ho(Thr)(H2O)5]Cl3,was measured with an automatic adiabatic calorimeter in the temperature range from 79K to 330K and no thermal anomaly was found in this range,Thermodynamic functions relative to standard state 298.15K were derived from the heat capactiy data.Thermal decomposition behavior of the complex in nitrogen atmosphere in the range from 300K to 900K was studied by thermogravimetric(TG) technique and a possible decompostion mechanism was proposed according to the TG-DTG results.  相似文献

The isobaric molar heat capacities of nano Co2O3 were determined by an adiabatic calorimeter in the temper-ature range from 78 to 350K. No phase transition takes place in this temperature range. The relationship of Cp,m with respect to thermodynamic temperature T was established as Cp,m=-11.998X3-9.6431X2+63.478X+81.291(J·K-1·mol-1) , where X=(T-201.903)/121.535, the correlation coefficient R2=0.9996. Ac-cording to this relationship and the relationships between thermodynamic functions, the thermodynamic functions of nano Co2O3 relative to the standard temperature of 298.15K were derived based on the measured heat capacity data. The average grain size of the studied nano Co2O3 sample was determined to be 12nm by TEM.  相似文献

Microencapsulation of n-Eicosane as Energy Storage Material   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
For heat energy storage application, polynrea microcapsules containing phase change material, n-eicosane, were synthesized by using interfacial polymerization method with toluene-2,4-diisocyanate (TDI) and diethylenetriamine(DETA) as monomers in an emulsion system. Poly(ethylene glycol)octyl-phenyl ether (OP), a nonionic surfactant,was the emulsifier for the system. The experimental result indicates that TDI was reacted with DETA in a mass ratio of 3 to 1. FF-IR spectra confirm the formation of wall material, polyurea, from the two monomers, TDI and DETA.Encapsulation efficiency of n-eicosane is about 75%. Microcapsule of n-eicosane melts at a temperature close to that of n-eicosane, while its stored heat energy varies with core material n-eicosane when wall material fixed.Thermo-gravimetric analysis shows that core material n-eicosane, micro-n-eicosane and wall material polyurea can withstand temperatures up to 130, 170 and 250℃, respectively.  相似文献
