高压变质二氧化硅矿物的合成及表征

根据高能机械球磨与地球板块碰撞之间具有的碰撞局域性和剪切应力相似的特点, 采用高能机械球磨和静高温高压技术, 以α-石英与石墨混合粉末为原料, 提出了人工合成地表柯石英的一种新方法. 利用高能机械球磨制备了α-石英和石墨纳米非晶混合粉末, 其高温高压合成柯石英的最低条件是970 K和3.7 GPa. 合成的柯石英有10个Raman峰, 分别位于120, 152, 179, 206, 270, 329, 357, 428, 467和521 cm-1, 是目前最全的柯石英Raman谱.     

Growth of Mn5Ge3 ultrathin film on Ge（111）

The growth of Mn5Ge3 ultrathin films with different thicknesses, prepared by solid phase epitaxy, is studied. The results of scanning tunnelling microscopy and low energy electron diffraction studies show that the film can be formed and it is terminated with a （√3 × √3） R30° surface reconstruction when the thickness of Mn exceeds 3 monolayers. The magnetic properties show that the Curie temperature is about 300 K and the T^2-dependent behaviour is observed to remain up to 220 K.     

Magnetization reversal of ultrathin Fe film grown on Si（111） using iron silicide template

Ultrathin Fe films were epitaxially grown on Si（lll） by using an ultrathin iron silicide film with p（2 × 2） surface reconstruction as a template. The surface structure and magnetic properties were investigated in situ by low energy electron diffraction （LEED）, scanning tunnelling microscopy （STM）, and surface magneto-optical effect （SMOKE）. Polar SMOKE hysteresis loops demonstrate that the Fe ultrathin films with thickness t 〈 6 ML （monolayers） exhibit perpen-dicular magnetic anisotropy. The characters of M-H loops with the external magnetic field at difference angles and the angular dependence of coercivity suggest that the domain-wall pinning plays a dominant role in the magnetization reversal process.[第一段]
