本文将形状记忆功能引入到双网络水凝胶设计之中.首先合成了聚乙二醇-聚丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵/聚(丙烯酰胺-co-丙烯酸)(PEG-PDAC/P(AAm-co-AAc))双网络水凝胶,其中第一套网络由交联的聚乙二醇(PEG)链组成,包埋着聚电解质聚丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(PDAC);第二套网络由丙烯酰胺(AAm)和丙烯酸(AAc)的共聚物交联组成,交联剂为N,N''-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBAA).结果表明,双网络水凝胶显示出高强度的特点,其断裂应力和韧性分别达到了0.9 MPa和3.8 MJ/m3.和传统地利用中性高分子作为柔软和韧性的第二套网络相比较,本文选择将具有弱电解质特性的丙烯酸单体引入到第二套网络中,利用丙烯酸与三价铁离子的络合作用,成功地赋予水凝胶在氧化环氧反应条件下的形状记忆功能.结果表明,只要巧妙地引入响应性单体,高强度和形状记忆这两种最重要的特性可以同时被引入到双网络水凝胶的设计之中. 相似文献

太阳电池组件由于局部电压不匹配,其中部分电池可能较长时间工作在负偏压状态下,从而影响电池光电性能.借助拉曼光谱、电化学阻抗谱和入射单色光量子效率(IPCE)等测试手段,研究长期负偏压作用下染料敏化太阳电池光电性能的变化及其影响机理.拉曼光谱研究结果表明:电池在1000 h负偏压作用下,电解质中阳离子(Li+)会向光阳极(TiO2电极)移动并嵌入TiO2薄膜中;长期负偏压作用还会致使TiO2/电解质界面阻抗增大和IPCE下降,导致电池开路电压升高和短路电流减小.通过加入苯并咪唑(BI)添加剂,经1000 h负偏压后电池的拉曼光谱实验表明,BI能在一定程度阻碍Li+的嵌入,电池具有较好的长期稳定性.不同负偏压下的老化实验进一步表明,通过加入添加剂能够使电池在长期负偏压下保持较好的稳定性.

Design and Fabrication of Six-Channel Complex-Coupled DFB Quantum Cascade Laser Arrays Based on a Sampled Grating 下载免费PDF全文
We designed and fabricated a six-channel complex-coupled distributed feedback (DFB) quantum cascade laser arrays based on a sampled Bragg grating. The six-channel DFB laser arrays exhibit a linear tuning range of 74nm centered at a wavelength of 7.55μm at room temperature. Robust single-mode emission with a side mode suppression ratio about 20 dB was observed, even at full power. The used sampled grating and reflectivity coating on the back facet lead to the peak output power varying from 55 to 82 m W with a small difference in slope efficiency from 100 to 128mW/A. 相似文献

The development of quantum cascade laser at 2.94 THz is reported. The laser structure is based on a bound-to-continuum active region and a semi-insulating surface-plasmon waveguide. Lasing is observed up to a heat-sink temperature of 70 K in pulsed mode with light power of 4.75 mW at 10 K and 1 mW at 70 K. A threshold current density of 296.5 A/cm2 and an internal quantum efficiency of 1.57 × 10-2 per cascade period are also observed at 10 K. The characteristic temperature of this laser is extracted to be T0 = 57.5 K. 相似文献

基于锑化物的带间级联激光器同时具有带间跃迁的高增益和级联结构的高量子效率,是中红外波段重要的相干光源,其功耗低于其它中红外半导体激光器,因而单模带间级联激光器在基于激光吸收光谱技术的高分辨气体检测和化学传感等领域具有很大的优势。目前利用Bragg光栅实现波长选择的单模分布反馈带间级联激光器已经实现商品化,但是,与同样有源区结构的Fabry-Pérot腔带间级联激光器最高600 mW的出光功率相比,单模功率最高55 mW,损耗较大。对几种不同结构的分布反馈带间级联激光器的性能进行对比分析,探讨这类单模中红外激光器损耗的主要来源以及改进思路。此外,介绍了垂直腔面发射和光子晶体带间级联激光器的进展,并与分布反馈带间级联激光器的性能进行比较,讨论其优缺点及适用的场景。 相似文献

The confined longitudinal optical, transverse optical and interface phonon modes in chirped GaAs-AIGaAs superlattices grown on the (O01)-oriented GaAs substrate are studied by the micro-Raman spectroscopy. The phonon modes are probed at the (001) and (110) faces. The temperature dependence of the longitudinal optical, transverse optical and interface phonon modes are achieved. The temperature dependence of the longitudinal optical phonon frequencies demonstrates that a tensile strain exists in the GaAs layers of the chirped superlattices, which is significant for analyzing the device failure of a terahertz quantum cascade laser. 相似文献
