超导共面波导谐振腔主要包括四分之一波长型和半波长型.本文对半波长超导共面波导谐振腔使用并联RLC电路进行等效分析,使用sonnet软件进行仿真其传输特性,通过电子束蒸发和激光直写等工艺制备出样品,在低温超导状态下使用矢量网络分析仪对其传输特性进行测量,以及通过持续降温方式研究其传输特性受温度的影响.实验表明:测得的谐振频率和外部品质因数与设计值吻合;谐振频率受动态电感的影响随温度降低而升高;外部品质因数随温度降低而保持基本不变;内部品质因先受导体损耗的影响随温度降低而急剧升高,当温度降低至一定温度后内部品质因数受介电损耗的影响随温度降低而保持基本不变;总品质因数在温度较高时主要来自于导体损耗,在温度较低时主要来自于介电损耗和外部品质因数,随温度的变化趋势和内部品质因数一致.  相似文献

针对钢铁工业烟气成分复杂、排放量大且处理难的问题,分析各碳捕集技术特点、发展现状以及未来趋势。目前,吸收法是最成熟、最适合的碳捕集方法,在工业上已出现商业化应用。新型碳捕集技术在碳捕集方面有很大潜力,但大多都处于实验室规模的开发,未来这方面是一项巨大挑战。以膜接触器为代表的复合捕集技术破单一捕集技术瓶颈,已出现应用在燃煤工业上。未来在实际过程中,要根据钢铁各工序烟气特点及浓度差异选择不同的捕集方法并对钢铁工业碳捕集技术进行了展望。  相似文献

Indentations etched on the output surface of a metallic mask are proposed to produce fine lithographic patterns with a resolution of 500 nm using the finite-difference time domain(FDTD) method.Such a designed mask is capable of enhancing near field lithography(NFL) resolution more than three times compared with the structure without indentations.The simulation results show that the interference disturbance between the adjacent lithographic channels can be eliminated efficiently by employing the indentations.As a straightforward consequence,the channel-to-channel interspaces can be shortened significantly,maintaining a uniform field distribution and high contrast.  相似文献

The bowtie aperture surrounded by concentric gratings(the bull’s eye structure) integrated on the near-field scanning optical microscopy(NSOM) probe(aluminum coated fiber tip) for nanolithography has been investigated using the finite-difference time domain(FDTD) method.By modifying the parameters of the bowtie aperture and the concentric gratings,a maximal field enhancement factor of 391.69 has been achieved,which is 18 times larger than that obtained from the single bowtie aperture.Additionally,the light spot depends on the gap size of the bowtie aperture and can be confined to sub-wavelength.The superiority of the combination of the bowtie aperture and the bull’s eye structure is confirmed,and the mechanism for the electric field enhancement in this derived structure is analyzed.  相似文献

为了揭示D-SS和D-ST分子敏化的染料敏化太阳能电池(DSSCs)的物理机制,采用密度泛函理论(DFT)、含时密度泛函理论(TDDFT)和自然键轨道(NBO)分析,模拟计算染料D-SS和D-ST分子的结构、紫外-可见吸收光谱和能级结构.D-SS的紫外-可见吸收光谱相比于D-ST的有明显的红移,而且D-SS分子的摩尔吸光系数也高于D-ST分子的.D-SS分子本应该比D-ST分子拥有更高的俘获太阳辐射光子的能力,但由于D-SS分子的最高占据分子轨道(HOMO)能级位置比氧化还原电解质(|-/|-3)的氧化还原能级高,处于光激发态的D-SS分子向TiO2电极注入电子而被氧化后,不能顺利地从电解质中得到电子而还原,使得D-SS分子俘获光子的能力不能充分发挥,从而严重地降低了由其敏化的DSSCs的光电性能和光电能量转换效率.揭示了D-SS敏化的DSSCs的光电性能,特别是光电能量转换效率比D-ST敏化的DSSCs的低的原因.染料敏化剂分子的HOMO能级的位置对于DSSCs来说也是很重要的,用于DSSCs的有机敏化剂分子的HOMO能级的位置必须低于氧化还原电解质的氧化还原能级.  相似文献

Based on passive theory, this paper studies a hybrid chaotic dynamical system from the mathematics perspective to implement the control of system stabilization. According to the Jacobian matrix of the nonlinear system, the stabilization control region is gotten. The controller is designed to stabilize fast the minimum phase Lorenz-Chen chaotic system after equivalently transforming from chaotic system to passive system. The simulation results show that the system not only can be controlled at the different equilibria, but also can be transformed between the different chaotic attractors.  相似文献

Two different sliding mode controllers for a fractional order unified chaotic system are presented. The controller for an integer-order unified chaotic system is substituted directly into the fractional-order counterpart system, and the fractional-order system can be made asymptotically stable by this controller. By proving the existence of a sliding manifold containing fractional integral, the controller for a fractional-order system is obtained, which can stabilize it. A comparison between these different methods shows that the performance of a sliding mode controller with a fractional integral is more robust than the other for controlling a fractional order unified chaotic system.  相似文献

We investigate optical properties of a bowtie-shaped aperture using the finite difference time domain method to optimize its geometric parameters for specific incident lights.The influence of the parameters on local field enhancement and resonant wavelength in the visible frequency range is numerically analysed.It is found that the major resonance of the spectrum is exponentially depended on the bowtie angle but independent of the whole aperture size.The simulation also demonstrates that increasing the aperture size raises the local field intensity on the exit plane due to an enlarged interaction area between the light and the metal medium.And the near-field spot size is closely related to the gap.Based on these results,the design rules of the bowtie structure can be optimized for specific wavelengths excited.  相似文献
