WATER STATES IN SBR BASED WATER SWELLING RUBBER

Water swelling rubber (WSR) was prepared by reaction blending SBR andsodium polyacrylate (PAANa). The existing states of water in the WSR was studied bymeans of DSC and TG. It was found that water exists in three states: nonfreezing water,bound freezable water and free water. The relationships between water states and structureof PAANa were investigated. The results showed that the amount of non-freezing waterwas related to total water content, and the ratio of non-freezing water versus -COONagroups on PAANa (mol/mol) was about 4. However, total water content slightly affectedthe content of bound freezable water and remarkably affected the amount of free waer.     

钒-铝催化丁二烯、丙烯交替共聚合的动力学研究(Ⅰ)——交替共聚合速度方程

本文研究了VO[OCH_2C(CH_3)_3]_2Cl-Ali-Bu_3催化丁二烯、丙烯交替共聚合的动力学特征,测定了单体和催化剂的反应级数,建立了聚合速度方程,并求得了-80℃—20℃温度范围内的一级速率常数K和总活化能E_T.     

STUDY ON THE SEQUENCE STRUCTURE OF SBR BY 13C—NMR METHOD Ⅰ. ASSIGNMENT FOR UNSATURAT CARBONS SPECTRA*

The sequence structures of emulsion-processed SBR and solution-processed (by lithium catalyst) SBR were investigated by ~(13)C-NMR spectroscopy. Seventeen peaks within unsaturated carbon region were recorded under the adopted experimental conditions. Assignments for these peaks were made by empirical-parameter-evaluation method.

THE EFFECT AND FUNCTION OF AliBu_2OR'''' ON BUTADIENE-PROPYLENE ALTERNATING COPOLYMERIZATION CATALYZED BY VO(OR)_2Cl-AIiBu_3 SYSTEM

Four kinds of AliBu_2OB' with different R' were synthesized. The effect of AliBu_2OR'/AliBu_3 mole ratio on the conversion, the [η] of copolymer and catalytic efficiency were studied. The conversion was increased obviously and the catalytic efficiency was 2.7 times higher than before. The effect of the amount of AliBu_2OR' on the valence state of vanadium ion and the change of the valence state of vanadium ion with reaction temperature and time were studied. The VIS and IR spectra of the trinary-component catalyst system were measured. The model of active center including AliBu_2OR' was proposed. The function of AliBu_2OB was explained.     

丙烯酸β-羧乙酯-苯乙烯共聚物缩合异烟肼的合成及其水解释放研究

<正> 大分子载体药物是精细高分子合成的一个重要研究领域,作为药物载体的大分子骨架需有良好的生物相容性及控制释放能力。本文采用具有较长柔性侧支链的丙烯酸β-羧乙酯(APA)-苯乙烯(St)共聚物作载体,并通过羧基与抗结核药物异烟肼反应,制备出毒性较低并能控制释放的大分子载体异烟肼药物。     

THE EFFECT OF ETHERS ON ALTERNATING COPOLYMERIZATION OF BUTADIENE AND PROPYLENE CATALYZED BY VANADIUM-ALUMINUM SYSTEM

The effect of five ethers on alternating copolymerization of br(?)adiene and propylene were investigated. It was found that under appropriate conditions, by adding ether into reaction system, the conversion could be increased by 10-20% and the catalytic efficiency doubled at -45℃. The interaction between ether and active center was also studied.     

含羧基/环氧树脂的丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液的制备和交联——1.含羧基丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液的分子设计和制备

以在低温下(<100℃)实现含羧基/环氧树脂的丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液的交联固化为目的,进行了分子设计;估算了共聚物的组成,用碱滴定法测定了乳胶粒表面的羧基数,并比较了不同单体配比所得乳液的成膜性能.     

热可逆性共价交联热塑性弹性体的研究

本文以丙烯酸环戊二烯基已酯（ＣＰＤＥＡ）、烯丙基环成二烯（Ａ－ＣＰ）与丙烯酸乙酯（ＥＡ）进行乳液共聚，制得了含环成二烯侧基的共聚物．研究了工艺条件对转化率的影响，测定了共聚物的溶解性能和热转化行为．
