配合物稳定性与配体酸碱强度之间的直线自由能关系 XIII. N-(间位取代苯基)氨基乙酸，邻菲啰啉(α,'α-联吡啶)与镍(II),钴(II)和锌(II)生成三元配合物的稳定性研究

The formation constants of ternary mixed ligand complex compounds (logK_(MAB~(MA)) formed from 1,10-phenanthroline or 2,2'-bipyridyl (A), N-(meta-substituted phenyl) glycines, (B, m-RphG, R=CH_3, H, CH_3O, Cl) with Nickel(Ⅱ), Cobalt(Ⅱ) and Zinc(Ⅱ) were determined by pH method at 25 ℃ in 30% (Volume) ethanol solution in presence of 0.1 mol·dm~(-3) NaClO_4 or 0.1 mol·dm~(-3) KNO_3. It was found that linear free energy relationships exist between the stability of ternary complex compounds and the base strengths of ligands in all six ternary systems investigated. The stability of the ternary complex compounds was discused in terms of ΔlogK_M values and HSAB theory. It was found that linear relationships also exist between ΔlogK_M and pK_2 in the Ni(II)-phen-m-RPhG ternary system.     

氨基酸水杨醛席夫碱与铜(Ⅱ)配合物的合成及其抗菌活性和稳定性、结构间的关系

n-Salicylideneamino acids and their Cu(Ⅱ) complexes are synthesized. The structures of the compounds are characterized by elementary analysis, molar conductance, magnetic susceptibility, electronic and infrared spectra. The stability constants and the antibacterial activities have been determined. The relativity between antibacterial activities and structures of ligands and stability of complexes has been preliminarily studied.

铜(Ⅱ)-氨基酸水杨醛席夫碱-α-氨基酸三元配合物的稳定性研究

在25±0.1℃、I=0.1 mol·L^-1 KNO₃条件下，应用pH法测定了氨基酸水杨醛席夫碱(Sal∶A，A配体)-α-氨基酸(Aa,B配体)三元配合物的稳定常数，实验发现在三元配合物的稳定性与B配体的碱性之间存在良好的线性自由能关系。同时，以稳定性数据为探针，研究了三元配合物分子内存在的配体间疏水缔合作用。     

配合物稳定性与酸碱强度之间的直线自由能关系——ⅪⅤ.N-(取代苯基)亚氨基二乙酸与铜(Ⅱ)、镍(Ⅱ)、锌(Ⅱ)钴(Ⅱ)二元配合物的稳定性研究

The dissociation constants of N-(para-substituted phenyl) iminodiacetic acid (p-RPhID A, R= Cl, H, CH₃, CH₃O) and N-(ortho-substituted phenyl) iminodiacetic acid (o-RPhlDA) and the formation constants of binary complex compounds of Cu(Ⅱ)-o-RPhIDA, Cu(Ⅱ)-p-RPhIDA, Co(Ⅱ)-p-RPhIDA, Ni(Ⅱ)-p-RPhIDA and Zn(Ⅱ)-p-RPhIDA were determined by pH method in the presence 0.1mol·dm^-3KNO₃ at 25℃ . It has been found that linear free energy relationships not only exist between stability of these binary complex compounds and base strength of ligand, but also exist between logβ and σ'(=pK₂-pK₂).The deviation of Cu(Ⅱ)-o-CH₃PhIDA from linearity may be ascribed to steric effect of methyl group at ortho position.     

配合物稳定性和配体酸碱强度之间的直线自由能关系──铜(Ⅱ)、锌(Ⅱ)-芬布芬-α-氨基酸三元配合物体系

在25±0.1℃,I=0.1mol·dm^-3KNO₃条件下,80%(v/v)DMSO-H₂O混合溶剂中,应用pH法测定了甘氨酸,L一缬氨酸,L-异亮氨酸,L-脯氨酸,L-丝氨酸,DL-苯丙氨酸等六种α-氨基酸(缩写为α-AA,记为B配体)的酸离解常数,铜(Ⅱ)-α-氨基酸。锌(Ⅱ)-α-氨基酸二元配合物的稳定常数及铜(Ⅱ)-芬布芬-α-氨基酸(芬布芬缩写为Fen,记为A配体)和锌(Ⅱ)-芬布芬-α-氨基酸三元配合物的稳定常数。实验发现,在下面三对参数之间,即logβ₁₀₂与pK₂^B,lOgβ₁₁₁;与pK₂^B及10gβ₁₁₁与logβ₁₀₂,均存在良好的直线自由能关系。用△logK_M和△logβ₁₁₁两个参量描述了三元配合物相对于母体二元配合物的稳定性。讨论了溶剂的性质,配合物分子内配体之间的疏水作用,芳环之间的堆积作用对配合物稳定性的影响。     

N-亚水杨基氨基酸的某些过渡金属络合物的合成及薄层色谱与紫外光谱的研究

本文合成了甘氨酸、苯氨酸水杨醛席夫(Schiff)碱及其Mn(Ⅱ)、Co(Ⅱ)、Ni(Ⅱ)Cu(Ⅱ)和Zn(Ⅱ)的络合物.元素分析和摩尔电导测定的结果证明,氨基水杨醛Schiff碱的3d金属络合物配位比为1:1,络合物为非电解质.在硅胶G板上,以甲醇-乙醇-丙酮-水[2.22:4.44:3.33:0.5(体积比)]为流动相研究了络合物的薄层色谱行为,各组分络合物得到了满意的分离,且R_1值以下列顺序递增:R_1(Mn)R_1(Zn).讨论了该系列络合物薄层色谱比移值(R_1)与紫外光谱R带λmax变化关系的一致性.     

联苯乙酮缩氨基硫脲过渡金属配合物的合成及其对水稻白叶枯病菌的杀菌活性研究

合成了联苯乙酮缩氨基硫脲及其铜(Ⅱ)、锌(Ⅱ)、钴(Ⅱ)、镍(Ⅱ)的配合物，通过元素分析、摩尔电导、红外光谱、电子光谱以及磁化率等进行了表征，用浓度稀释法研究了它们对水稻白叶枯病菌的杀菌活性。试验发现，铜(Ⅱ)配合物对该菌具有良好的杀菌活性。

在25±0.1℃,I=0.1 mol·L^-1 KNO₃条件下,应用pH法测定了甲酰基甲酸缩氨基硫脲(A配体,缩写H₂FFTSC),甘氨酰甘氨酸(B配体,缩写HGG)的质子化常数,它们与锰(Ⅱ)、钴(Ⅱ)、镍(Ⅱ)、铜(Ⅱ)和锌(Ⅱ)的二元配合物以及过渡金属(Ⅱ)-甲酰基甲酸缩氨基硫脲-甘氨酰甘氨酸三元配合物稳定常数,讨论了过渡金属席夫碱配合物的杀菌活性与其稳定性之间的关系,对杀菌机理提出了一些看法。
