采用Monte Carlo模拟方法研究了多嵌段聚合物在A/B/嵌段聚合物三组份体系作为相容剂使用的有效性.占总体积19%的A组份在体系中为分散相.模拟结果显示了两嵌段和多嵌段聚合物在界面上的聚集行为,以及如何影响这个不相容体系的相形为.两嵌段聚合物趋于直立在相界面上,而多嵌段聚合物更容易横跨在相界面上并占据较大的界面积.从而导致多嵌段聚合物更有效的阻止体系相分离的发生. 相似文献

The capability of our newly developed DNA-machine-driven strategy in tuning the association rate of DNA-AuNPs was compared with that of linker-addition strategy which has potential practical applications in different fields. The new established strategy shows its superiority to the linker-addition strategy in tuning the association rate of DNA-AuNPs in both pre-incubation treatment and non-incubation treatment conditions since its two components (a complex and a catalyst-oligonucleotide) can be individually optimized to make the machine run at an optimal rate. This strategy will provide a more convenient and flexible option in designing an oligonucleotide detection system and building a complex and versatile device. 相似文献

In a three-dimensional off-lattice model,the method of Shakhnovich and Gutin for minimizing the Hamiltonian is applied to the design of a protein-model chain.The effect of the number of hydrophobic and hydrophilic monomer types on the designability of a protein-model chain is investigated.The simulation results reveal that the number of hydrophobic monomer types is a much more important factor than that of the polar monomer types in the design of a protein-model chain. 相似文献

The surface-induced effect on the morphologies of lamella-forming diblock copolymers in nanorod arrays is studied by using the self-consistent field theory.In the simulation study,a rich variety of novel morphologies are observed by variations in the strength of the surface field for the diblock copolymers.Different surface-field-induced effects are examined for the diblock copolymers in the arrays with distinct preferential surfaces.It is observed that the majority-block preferential surfaces have more obvious induced effects than those of minority-block preferential surfaces.The strong surface fields exhibit different behaviours from those observed in the weak surface fields,by which the morphologies possess cylindrical symmetries.Results from this research deepen the knowledge of surface-induced effects in a confinement system,which may aid the fabrication of polymer-based nanomaterials. 相似文献

利用高分子-纳米粒子粗粒化模型,对高分子纳米复合材料(polymer nano-composites,PNC)的拉伸、压缩及平衡态过程进行分子动力学模拟研究.通过模拟PNC的拉伸及压缩过程,研究纳米粒子大小、质量分数对PNC力学性能的影响及拉伸、压缩过程中PNC体系微观交联网络的变化.在纳米粒子表面积或质量分数相同的情况下,小尺寸纳米粒子对PNC的力学性能增强效果更显著.对于含有质量分数不同的小尺寸纳米粒子的PNC体系,随纳米粒子质量分数增加,其力学性能增强,但增强程度逐渐减弱,且对于拉伸过程的材料增强效应,纳米粒子的质量分数存在最优值.在PNC体系中存在高分子-高分子(polymer-polymer)、高分子-纳米粒子(polymer-NP)2种微观交联网络,拉伸及压缩过程中PNC体系中2种微观交联网络的变化趋势不同,PNC拉伸及压缩产生应力的微观机制也相应有所不同.此外,对含质量分数不同的小尺寸纳米粒子的PNC平衡态过程的模拟研究表明,PNC体系中2种微观交联网络的比例直接影响其力学性能的变化,而纳米粒子的聚集则会降低PNC的力学性能增强效果. 相似文献

流体在微流通道中形成剪切流场(低雷诺数).不同于宏观体系,由于剪切力和表面张力的竞争作用,产生的液滴在微尺度下的微流通道中形成特殊的排列现象---周期性类似“晶格”排列现象.设计了新型流动聚焦型微流控芯片,分析研究在微流体系中液滴周期性图案化排列和转变机理性,液滴排列模式受两方面因素影响:水油两相的流速比值和微通道尺寸.当微通道宽度为250或300 μm时,液滴形成单层分散,双层和单层挤压排列.当微通道宽度为350 μm 时,液滴会形成单层分散到三层排列到双层挤压最后到单层挤压排列.当出口通道宽度增加到400 μm时,甚至出现了液滴四层排列的现象.同时研究了各个液滴排列模式的“转变点”. 相似文献
