A new method was developed for studying voids and channels in crystal structures based on the Voronoi-Dirichlet partition of crystal space, and 822 structurally characterized ternary compounds Li p X q O r were analyzed for the first time. For these compounds, the dimensionality was determined and the migration patterns of channel systems capable of providing lithium-ion transport were constructed. The calculated coordinates of lithium atoms in the centers of the voids are consistent (within 0.4 ?) with the known structural data. Among these compounds, 113 compounds have infinite channel systems, 60 compounds (18 structural types, STs) have been described earlier in the literature as solid electrolytes, and 53 compounds (23 STs) can be considered as potential one-, two-, or three-dimensional ionic conductors (13, 3, and 7 STs, respectively). The results of analysis of the oscillation intensity of RHEED specular reflection during the MBE growth of CaF2/Si(111) structures in a wide temperature range from 100 to 600°С are presented. It is shown that the preliminary formation of a 2D Si buffer layer provides the two-dimensional growth of CaF2 layers. Possible reasons which for the disruption of 2D growth at high substrate temperatures are discussed.  相似文献

A method for synthesis of complexes with 1,5-pentamethylenetetrazole ligand was proposed. These compounds hold promise for antioxidant treatment of so-called “free radical” diseases of different geneses, including those caused by unfavorable environmental factors. The antioxidant activity of the complexes synthesized was tested by two independent methods: by assessing the ability to inhibit lipid peroxidation and by measuring the SOD-like activity.  相似文献
