Ambazone is a pharmaceutical compound that possesses antiseptic activity and tested as well for anti-tumor properties. Metal complexes of Zn(II), Fe(III), and Cu(II) containing ambazone as ligand were synthesized using a molar ratio salt:ligand of 1:1, heating the mixture up to 50 °C for 6 h. Coordination compounds were characterized by thin-layer chromatography, FT-IR spectroscopy, elemental analysis, and thermal behavior. The non-isothermal experiments were carried out in order to investigate the thermal degradation process of these complexes and were performed in a dynamic air atmosphere at a heating rate β = 10 °C min?1 from ambient temperature, up to 500 °C. It was revealed that decomposition process is a multistadial one.  相似文献

In this paper, an original solution for the modeling and simulation of the adsorption process of a phenothiazine derivative on graphite electrodes is presented. The adsorption process is considered a distributed parameter one, due to the fact that the adsorbed phenothiazine quantity is a function depending on two independent variables. The structure parameters of the adsorption process, which define the influence of both independent variables, are determined using an experimental identification method. The experimental data are obtained through an experiment which is based on the process step response. In order to simulate the adsorption process, the approximate analytical solution, representing the process model, is determined. The simulation results prove the model generality; it is being simulated in relation to both independent variables.  相似文献

The main object of investigations in this work is the study of the various Roman mortars in Drobeta-Turnu Severin, Romania; the results help clarify the technology used for the construction of the studied sites through different thermoanalytical techniques. The first site encompasses the surviving elements of the Danube Bridge built by the Romans at the beginning of the second century AD to help in their conquest of Dacia. The aim is to establish the extent of similarity or difference between the studied samples. Thermal analysis and infrared spectroscopy are used in the study of different mortar samples. This paper highlights the compatibility of the techniques used: XRD for identifying major crystalline phases, FTIR for a more detailed image for the noncrystalline phase composition and TGA for a quantitative determination of volatile phases (especially CO2 and H2O). The analyses carried out on the mortar samples managed to divide the samples into different categories, obtaining very good correlations between the techniques used. The results also indicate that mortar samples from both the bridge and the Roman Castrum are within known values for Roman mortars.

Thus, we obtain generalizations of some well known results due to Barbashin, Datko and Rolewicz in the case of evolution equations in Banach spaces. A bidentate NO donor Schiff base, 2-(((2-chloro-5- (trifluoromethyl)phenyl)imino)methyl) phenol ( HL 1 ) and its complexes [Co(L1)2(H2O)2] ( 1 ), [Cu(L1)2] ( 2 ), [Mn(L1)2(H2O)2] ( 3 ), [Ni(L1)2(H2O)2] ( 4 ), [Pd2(L1)2(OAc)2·1.16H2O] ( 5 ), [Pt(L1)2] ( 6 ) were synthesized and characterized by different physico-chemical techniques including elemental and thermal analysis, magnetic susceptibility measurements, molar electric conductivity, IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, UV–Vis, mass spectroscopies and X-ray powder diffraction (XRD). The molecular structures of ligand HL 1 and two complexes ( 2 and 5 ) were confirmed by X-ray crystallography analysis on the monocrystal. In this complexes, the metal ions are in distorted square-planar environments. The copper (II) complex is mononuclear and crystallized in a monoclinic space group P21/c, whereas palladium (II) complex is dinuclear and crystallized in the trigonal crystal system R-3. The toxicity of the ligand and complexes was evaluated on both plant and animal cells, using the plant species Triticum aestivum L. and the crustacean Artemia franciscana Kellogg. At concentrations up to 100 μM the compounds presented very little toxicity on Artemia franciscana Kellogg. Moreover, the palladium (II) complex was devoid of any toxicity on the plant cells.  相似文献

Thermal behaviour of heptakis-6-iodo-6-deoxy-beta-cyclodextrin (HIDBCD) under inert and oxidative conditions was investigated by TG/DTG/DTA, FTIR, and using the hyphenate technique TG–FTIR. Due to the fact that thermal behaviour of HIDBCD was not studied before, we set our goal in the investigation of thermal degradation process in a dynamic air atmosphere vs. nitrogen atmosphere at a heating rate of 10 °C min?1, up to 500 °C, respectively, 600 °C. It was found that the degradation process in air occurs in a single step, with a total mass loss of 99.9 %. The results of TG/DTG/DTA–FTIR indicated that the thermal behaviour of this cyclodextrin can be divided into three stages and more information was provided about the reaction sequences and the relevant products of reaction.  相似文献
