In this paper, we discuss a multiparametric technique for findinga global minimum for an indefinite quadratic programming problembased on the spectral decomposition of the matrix of the quadraticform. Special attention is given to the case where this matrixhas only rank 1, where the multiparametric linear program turnsout to be a single-parameter linear program. An extension ofthe traditional linear parametric procedure is introduced whichin general solves this problem efficiently. The results of the investigations of thermal behaviour of Li2ZrO3, prepared in the amorphous state by means of sol-gel technique are demonstrated. The thermal treatment was carried out in air under constant heating rate of 5 deg·min–1 and cooling rate of 2.5 deg·min–1. The methods of DTA, TG, Emanation Thermal Analysis (ETA) and dilatometry were used, for characterization of the thermal behaviour in dynamic conditions. The X-ray diffraction patterns were used for characterization of the phase changes observed by TA Methods.
Zusammenfassung Ergebnisse aus Untersuchungen des thermischen Verhaltens von Li2ZrO3, hergestellt mittels einer Sol-Gel-Technik im amorphen Zustand werden dargelegt. Die thermische Behandlung wurde in Luft bei einer konstanten Aufheizgeschwindigkeit von 5 Grad·min–1 und einer Abkühlgeschwindigkeit von 2,5Grad·min–1 durchgeführt. Zur Beschreibung des thermischen Verhaltens unter dynamischen Verhältnissen wurden DTA, TG, Emanationsthermoanalyse und Dilatometrie angewendet. Zur näheren Charakterisierung der bei TG beobachteten Phasenumwandlungen wurde Röntgendiffraktion verwendet.相似文献

Propacetamol hydrochloride (PRO) is a water-soluble prodrug of paracetamol (PA) which can be parenterally administered as analgesic for the treatment of postoperative pain, acute trauma, and gastric and/or intestinal disorders where oral administration is not possible. In these circumstances, PRO can be administered in physiologic or glucose solutions since it is rapidly and quantitatively hydrolyzed into PA by plasma estearases. We have studied the degradation kinetics of PRO in 5% glucose and 0.9% saline solutions at 4 degrees C and 25 degrees C (storage and room temperatures, respectively). The analytic technique used to determine PRO and PA quantitatively was first-derivative spectrophotometry. The degradation process of PRO can be best fitted to a second-order kinetics with independence of the medium used (saline or glucose solution). The hydrolysis kinetics of PRO conversion into PA depends on the temperature but not on the assay medium (saline or glucose solution). The degradation rate constants obtained for PRO were approximately 4.5 times higher at 25 degrees C than at 4 degrees C. The values of t(90%) for PRO were 3.17 h and 3.61 h at 25 degrees C, and 13.42 h and 12.36 h at 4 degrees C when the tests were performed in 5% glucose and 0.9% saline solutions, respectively. 相似文献

Bioconversion of cereal straw to bioethanol is becoming an attractive alternative to conventional fuel ethanol production
from grains. In this work, the best operational conditions for steam-explosion pretreatment of wheat straw for ethanol production
by a simultaneous saccharification and fermentation process were studied, using diluted acid [H2SO4 0.9% (w/w)] and water as preimpregnation agents. Acid-or water-impregnated biomass was steam-exploded at different temperatures
(160–200°C) and residence times (5, 10, and 20 min). Composition of solid and filtrate obtained after pretreatment, enzymatic
digestibility and ethanol production of pretreated wheat straw at different experimental conditions was analyzed. The best
pretreatment conditions to obtain high conversion yield to ethanol (approx 80% of theoretical) of cellulose-rich residue after
steam-explosion were 190°C and 10 min or 200°C and 5 min, in acid-impregnated straw. However, 180°C for 10 min in acid-impregnated
biomass provided the highest ethanol yield referred to raw material (140 L/t wheat straw), and sugars recovery yield in the

Although the positive effect that cellulose nanofibers (CNF) can have on paper strength is known, their effect on flocculation during papermaking is not well understood, and most relevant studies have been carried out in presence of only cationic starch. Flocculation is the key to ensuring retention of fibers, fines, and fillers, and furthermore floc properties have a great influence on paper quality. The aim of this research is to study the interactions between CNF and flocculants by assessing the effect of two types of CNF, from eucalyptus and corn, on the flocculation process induced by three different retention systems [a dual system, polyvinylamine (PVA), and cationic starch as reference]. The results showed that CNF interacted with the flocculants in different ways, affecting flocculation efficiency and floc properties. In general, addition of CNF increased floc stability and minimized overdosing effects. Moreover, presence of CNF increased floc size for given PVA dose; therefore, CNF addition could contribute to improve the wet end in the paper machine if combined with the optimal flocculant and dose. 相似文献

This paper discusses the morphological and chemical features of the weathering products on Sasanian glass finds excavated at the ancient Sasanian town of Veh Arda?īr, some 30 km south of Baghdad (Iraq), and dated from the third to the sixth century. All the considered fragments represent soda-lime glass, with MgO contents between 3% and 8%, resulting from the use of soda-rich plant ash as a flux; within this general frame, two productions can be distinguished due to their MgO to K2O ratio. Four main alteration typologies were observed by visual examination of the excavated samples; these were studied by scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive X-ray analysis, inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry, X-ray diffraction and thermal analysis. Different alteration features were generally observed for samples belonging to the two compositional groups. In particular, samples with higher MgO to K2O ratios show definitely thinner crusts, associated with alteration plugs going down into the glass. Moreover, gray or black crusts are related to the presence of manganese at significant levels in the original glass. 相似文献

An asymptotic expansion is derived by the multiple scales method for the electromagnetic potential in a one-dimensional model problem for eddy current computations in periodic non-homogeneous layered media in presence of an integral constraint for each period. Error estimates for approximations with partial sums of any order are established. We demonstrate experimentally the full tunability of a coherent femtosecond source in the whole ultraviolet spectral region. The experiment relies on the technique of high-order harmonic generation driven by a near-infrared parametric laser source in krypton gas. By tuning the drive wavelength in the range between 1100 to 1900?nm, we generated intense harmonics from near to extreme ultraviolet. A number of photons per shot of the order of 107 has been measured for the first harmonic orders. Many novel scientific prospects are expected to benefit from the use of such a table-top tunable source. 相似文献
