We introduce the formation and characterization of heterometallic single-chain nanoparticles entailing both catalytic and luminescent properties. A terpolymer containing two divergent ligand moieties, phosphines and phosphine oxides, is synthesized and intramolecularly folded into nanoparticles via a selective metal complexation of Pt(ii) and Eu(iii). The formation of heterometallic Eu(iii)/Pt(ii) nanoparticles is evidenced by size exclusion chromatography, multinuclear NMR (1H, 31P{1H}, 19F, 195Pt) as well as diffusion-ordered NMR and IR spectroscopy. Critically, we demonstrate the activity of the SCNPs as a homogeneous and luminescent catalytic system in the amination reaction of allyl alcohol.

A bifunctional terpolymer containing two orthogonal ligand moieties was synthesized, giving way to the facile formation of heterometallic Eu(iii)/Pt(ii) single-chain nanoparticles, which display both catalytic and luminescent properties.  相似文献

The effects of formaldehyde on the growth of two strains of fodder yeastsCandida diddensii 74-10 andCandida tropicalis R-70 were investigated using the method of continuous cultivation under conditions of carbon limitation and at dilution rates of 0.1/h and 0.25/h. The results indicate that formaldehyde induces a decrease in the yield of biomass, but stimulates the synthesis of protein and RNA. The authors studied the activities of the following enzymes: NADPH-linked glutamate dehydrogenase, NADH-linked glutamate dehydrogenase, alanine dehydrogenase, glutamine synthetase, and glutamate synthase, which are utilized in nitrogen metabolism. The data obtained showed an increase in the activity of the glutamate dehydrogenase pathway of ammonium assimilation. It was also established that formaldehyde caused considerable changes in the micro-organisms at the higher dilution rate.  相似文献

Dihydroxy naphthalenes have been applied in Betti-type solventless condensation between aldehydes and (S)-phenylethylamine as a chiral auxiliary. A series of chiral 1,3-aminonaphthols has been synthesized and isolated in diastereoisomerically pure form. The absolute configurations of the aminonaphthols synthesized have been determined by means of advanced NMR experiments and confirmed by X-ray crystallography. The new chiral aminonaphthols have been tested as pre-catalysts for the addition of diethyl zinc and alkynyl-Zn-reagents to aldehydes with enantioselectivities of up to 98% ee.  相似文献

Aminoacylation of tRNA in cells involves activation of the amino acid as an aminoacyl adenylate, a mixed anhydride with AMP, which reacts with tRNA. We have now established that aminoacyl phosphate esters in the presence of lanthanide ions in water will acylate hydroxyls at the 3'-terminus of RNA or a simple nucleotide. By extension, this will permit synthetically aminoacylated tRNA to be produced in a single-step biomimetic process. The reactions of Boc-4-fluorophenylalanyl ethyl phosphate were followed by HPLC separation, MS, and 19F NMR analysis. In stoichiometric combination with lanthanum salts in aqueous buffer, Boc-4-fluorophenylalanyl ethyl phosphate rapidly produces 2'- and 3'-monoesters of cytidine and cytidine monophosphate. Reaction of the reagent with RNA in the presence of lanthanum and magnesium salts introduces a specifically detectable signal into the RNA, which is evidence of formation of the aminoacyl ester. When the same RNA is initially oxidized with periodate to convert the 3'-terminal vicinal diol to the cleaved dialdehyde, reaction with the aminoacyl phosphate no longer occurs as evidenced by the lack of a signal in the 19F NMR spectrum. The results are consistent with a requisite chelation mechanism in which lanthanum serves as a template for both the aminoacyl phosphate and the 3'-terminal diol of RNA and nucleotides. The coordinated diol will then react through specific base-catalyzed intramolecular addition of the alkoxide nucleophile to the acyl group of the aminoacyl phosphate. Assessment of the method with a single tRNA was also achieved using the fluorescent reagent N-dansyl-glycyl ethyl phosphate. Lanthanide-promoted aminoacylation at the 3'-terminus of tRNAPhe is detected by the introduction of fluorescence (detected directly and by antibody-enhanced emission). This does not occur if the 3'-terminus is converted to the dialdehyde by reaction with periodate.  相似文献

NMR-based determination of the configuration of complex molecules containing many stereocenters is often not possible using traditional NOE data and coupling patterns. Making use of residual dipolar couplings (RDCs), we were able to determine the relative configuration of a natural product containing seven stereocenters, including a chiral amine lacking direct RDC data. To identify the correct relative configuration out of 32 possible ones, experimental RDCs were used in three different approaches for data interpretation: by fitting experimental data based singular value decomposition (SVD) using a single alignment tensor and either (i) a single conformer or (ii) multiple conformers, or alternatively (iii) using molecular dynamics simulations with tensorial orientational constraints (MDOC). Even though in all three approaches one and the same configuration could be selected and clear discrimination between possible configurations was achieved, the experimental data was not fully satisfied by the methods based on single tensor approaches. While these two approaches are faster, only MDOC is able to fully reproduce experimental results, as the obtained conformational ensemble adequately covers the conformational space necessary to describe the molecule with inherent flexibility.  相似文献

Seven new irregular linear sesquiterpene lactones, epi-antheindurolide A (1), epi-antheindurolide A-5,6-oxide (2), 5-hydroxy-5,6-dihydro-6,13-dehydro-epi-antheinduro lide A (3), 5-hydroperoxy-5,6-dihydro-6,13-dehydro-epi-antheindurolide A (4), epi-antheindurolide B (5), 6-hydroxy-5,6-dihydro-4,5-dehydro-epi-antheindurolide A (6) and 6-hydroperoxy-5,6-dihydro-4,5-dehydro-epi-antheindurolide A (7), were isolated from the flowers of Anthemis auriculata Bioss. Their structures were established by spectroscopic techniques. The discussed compounds were found to be stereoisomers of recently reported lactones for A. arvensis.  相似文献

The distribution of Pb, Cd, Bi, and Cu in Black Sea brine system (solution--colloidal particles--biota) produced in Burgas and Pomorie salterns is studied. The established distribution of the title elements among the brine components is as follows: Pb--25% in the salt solution, 30%--in colloidal particles, 45%--in biota (Halobacterium salinarium and microalgae Dunaliela salina); Cu--30% in the salt solution, 22%--in colloidal particles, 48%--in biota. Cd and Bi are not detected in biota. They are uniformly distributed (50%: 50%) between the salt solution and colloidal particles. Two procedures for analysis are developed. The first one is designed for determination of the total content of the studied metals in brine. It involves elimination of the biota interference by addition of ethanol, extraction and pre-concentration of the metals with NaDDC into CCl4 followed by FAAS determination. The second procedure intends determination of the elements in the separate components of the brine. It involves separation of the colloidal particles through centrifugation, separation of the studied elements from the resulting solution as dithiocarbamate complexes on a Millipore filter, dissolution of the retained metal species and subsequent FAAS analysis.  相似文献

The sorption behavior of a newly synthesized silica gel sorbent with thioetheric sites (STS) towards microgram levels of Au(III), Pt(IV) and Pd(II) was studied. Au(III) is quantitatively (>95%) sorbed in the pH region of 1–9. The sorption of Pt(IV) starts at pH 1 and does not exceed 25% in the entire pH region examined. The sorption of Pd(II) starts at pH 7 and reaches 80% at pH 9. The sorption of Au(III) on STS at pH 1 is not affected by milligram amounts of Ni(II), Zn(II), Fe(III), Cu(II), Pb(II), Cd(II) or Co(II). Au(III) is quantitatively eluted with a 5% aqueous solution of thiourea. The adsorption capacity of STS towards Au(III) is 195 mg g−1. The detection limit (DL) of Au(III) (3σ, n = 9) is 25 ng mL−1. The RSD at a level of 10 × DL is about 2%. Solid-phase extraction of trace amounts of Au(III) on the STS sorbent, followed by its flame AAS determination in the eluate was applied to the determination of gold in geological samples. The results obtained for the gold content in the samples were in good agreement with those of the ICP-AES analysis.  相似文献
